and girlfriends, mothers and daughters of families from deployed units and was created by Gareth Malone. It has been an absolute blessing to us while the men are away at every rehearsal we look forward to that date so you have something else to think about you can sing and all your emotion comes out at the festival of remembrance we are singing

you are and was composed by Paul Meer and he took lyrics from letters that we wrote and tried to put them together into a song that will really represent who we are and the kids coming home and that's what we want.

Tell them while the time is gone. I have tried to write every day. Letters are very important to us because you are out there and you have been working hard and you know there will be an influx of letters soon. Then you see the Hilo land with the mail bags and you think, "Oh, I hope I have a letter." The tour has been very challenging when the incidents happened, they came out of nowhere and in many ways we have enjoyed success. There, but it's been... it's been tempered naturally by the sad losses we've had in terms of maintaining morale.

Letters are essential. That reminder of home.
