s here, this is all from Rebel Off-Road and honestly I don't know what's inside here because we have ordered so much so let's go ahead and open these things up and see what we've got son of power Gordon Red surprised our blue that's legit and we're going to chill in the front of this Jeep so that's exactly what this is

I'm going to give enough room for the big coil to stay there and lift it up. This is going to look so good under that Jeep it's legit, nice welds and all, but dude, anyway, let's go ahead and open up the rest of this stuff and See you exactly what's cool, so check this out a few more boxes late and we open our control arms, look at these beefy control arms here, these suckers are thick, friend, and you have little welts, is it that I'm joy or just. a normal joint, I don't think so, I think la maja, what does this say?

These are nice I think these are the front ones and these are the rear ones or vice versa I'm not sure or and we have Some extended brake lines there they also have our sway bar links for the front and the rigger and we have a huge cool guy spring, holy moley, this goes on the back so you can throw your starting point 500, it looks much bigger. is what I know it looks like, but 4.5 will actually increase that sucker a lot and I don't even see how people use six inches or 6.5, my two more will run 40, I think we're just going to run 37, but we have a few more packs here and that That will be all for now.

Well, we finally have everything unpacked. We've got a big mess here, but you're probably wondering what some of these things are and this right here is actually. a barbecue grill we are going to build on the back of the rocking bed, yes a smoking prostitute, no we are kidding this will actually be a shelf for the bed, it will look very sick, it will also hold a tent campaign above. We're going to build some kind of overland Jeep and also here these are our drag links or not, dragons, these are our front and rear track bars, they're nice and sturdy, but for now we can't. do anything until we get the rest of our packages, we have a lot more on the way so we'll catch them tomorrow morning okay the next one will stay here and I know we said we technically can't get it.

We'll start on anything until we have more parts, but we might actually start on that bed support because it has nothing to do with the suspension and hey, we can throw this sucker on the lift and start on some of the suspension components . I don't know yet, but before we do anything, we want to address our 4x4 issue why it's not working, so we'll probably grab the scanner, jump in, and see if we can clear some codes, so we have the ankle here. you want to call it ethic 4000 right there so let's go ahead and plug this sucker in, look clear some codes and maybe I can play some Sega on this thing hopefully we'll get some kind of erasable 4x4 code yeah or probably whether it's just some unhooking or maybe even another pinch, why even though we have a mountain man, I hope this here really lets us know, but go ahead and turn it on and what games do we have Mario here?

Hello. guys so we've had no luck trying to figure out what's actually going on in the Jeep and we even tried a little new computer right here but no luck these things are a little weak they're only made for engine codes and stuff things. so because it even says there are no codes stored so basically nothing shows up but we have a code that says 4x4 service and an on off switch it also says something about that so we may have to run. two V Tunes yeah that's right it means they have a much better computer that could probably access that and see what's really going on yeah let's do this right guys so before we get to the V Tunes store we decided to stop by for our property here. to give you a quick update and as you can see our property is still pretty empty we haven't started and that's because we didn't have some issues with the city and we finally got everything approved by the city now. is being delayed by the state because we have a pretty old drainage ditch there that actually drains into the city water so they're trying to address everything and once that's taken care of we'll start digging footers here and start to pour our and that's when the building goes up, so we're getting really close, we're really excited and once those permits come in, I think you and I will probably start building a nice privacy fence, oh oh yeah, I'm excited about that.

We'll be sick, we'll be here a long time, we'll do a lot of the work I think, so that's just a quick update. Right here and the reason we're running this bed stand is because we really want to run a rooftop tent and also a bunch of accessories like water jugs, fuel tanks, anything that can be bolted to a spike, a hammer, any shovel, something you really need to continue. a couple day trip and styles in the woods for quite a while and that's our plan is you know the Overland style so let's go ahead and put this sucker together and hopefully throw it in the back of the Jeep, shall we? are you OK? So we just finished setting up our bed right here.

This thing looks absolutely amazing, it's nice and solid. A jump here just to show how strong this fool is. Yes, I'm sorry, yes sir, it could hold a lot of weight, but you may have noticed that we. I actually got a half rack instead of the full rack that Rebel Off-Road offers, that's because once we put our tent up there we want all the aerodynamics to flow properly and we're going to be traveling at a pretty high speed so That you already know. I want you to cut the air out of the bed and this is where all your attachments go, a jug of water will probably work here, gasp, your beak, don't shovel anything, buddy, all you need to be in the woods for a while exactly, maybe even throw in some glow sticks, right? here all over the place and we'll light up the hole in our camp and it would be sick buddy, but we're definitely going to make some really cool accessories for this thing and if you have any tent recommendations, let us know because we want a high quality one that's going to last longer than the weather because it will probably be there for most of its lifespan, so be sure to include it in the comments section below, but it's right now that we want to get this thing up and running.

Cleaning up that frame because there's a little bit of overspray in there and once we do the lift kit all that stuff will be visible so we want it to look nice and clean so let's go ahead and put those Ferraris down and put this sucker on . an elevator, he saw he barely made it up there, that's how we ran, we left him right there, at that height, he sits at 4.5 feet, right, yes, football, 5 feet, so it's perfectly hot there too yourself, so you know you can go through swamps, mud ponds. Guys, what do we need? Rust-oleum primer and semi-gloss black, that's what we need. It is the only thing that removes rust. Oh yeah, they only have one can here. that might work there but that's usually best paint and primer what else do you want spray I want to do some red touch ups well actually we need some red for the bed shelf yeah we have a little emblem that we want. paint, there's some good stuff here, you lost your red, it turned out so pretty, so when you get this, we'll come back, eventually we'll come back and show you guys we'll use this in a little bit later, but we've got our wear pads here, we're going to start scraping this frame, we'll probably take these wheels off first and then maybe even tape some things down and then spray some paint, so we finally have everything.

I scraped the entire frame, two axles and also some other components, all we have left to do is blow all this dust off, then we will use wax and grease remover and then we will be ready for some paint, but Before we continue, I want to show you some of this factor, your work here. I think they are factors. Look how thick the paint job is on that thing. It started raining and running and all that good stuff. I bet that's a lot of paint. If you've seen this at the dealership and looked underneath, you'll definitely see it right.

I would definitely notice that, but we'll deal with it, probably trade them out for cooler ones, and read those teams too. the shafts are probably eight eighths or five thirteens, but anyway let's go ahead and keep moving and try to make this sucker look new under here looking new, it actually turned out a lot better than we expected, it's still drying out a little bit. You can tell there are some wet areas, but we were a little late, so we'll check it out tomorrow morning. Alright guys, he'll do the same thing the next day from the beginning and look at this guy on the front axle.

It's starting a bit new down here, we even painted all these little bars and things like that and it actually looks pretty cool, but I'm surprised that they actually like updating this Daisy, we usually like to update them and paint them as a color. match them with the Jeep or something, yes, but these already look tough. I wonder how they'll hold up to being hit by a rock when you're off-roading or something. You know what I mean and we're definitely I'll be rocking bouncing this thing from time to time, but look, let's get to the rear axle, now you've got some extra cleaning.

We can walk this side right here. Look at this side of the frame rails. Perfect, nice, good condition and looks similar. what you build here looks shiny and new, the rear axle is very nicely painted, everything looks good, but one of the other things we're noticing on this Jeep is the driveshaft here, which runs on a carrier bearing, but look at this guy, it works. from a one inch tube to two inches, a green back to one inch to three inches, man, that's a little weird, man. I wonder if they have an aftermarket one that goes directly to the rear axle?

Would that be nice? I think Tom would do it. Drive shafts actually have some high quality ones. Thanks chefs and I wonder if you really have one in one piece. I actually wonder ifthey use this little carrier bearing or if they get an aftermarket one it's probably just a shaft and they'll be fine yeah that would be cool but man this thing is a little dirty underneath. I guess they hit like a mud pie, yeah, there's still a lot of stuff they say, like on the top of the transmission transfer case, all that crazy stuff there.

The main reasons we pick up this sucker is because firstly we've never been under a gladiator so we're noticing a lot of new things and secondly we're still trying to figure out why our 4x4 isn't working , friend. so we're looking at pinched wires as much as we can, I mean it's very hard to locate things under here, yeah, and we actually noticed that some things are some damaged pcenter, look at this exhausted one that's probably losing this at about 100 horsepower, 500 horsepower out there, but look. how small that fool is that something should definitely be done about it and another crazy thing is that this exhaust doesn't have any yeah everything yeah this engine doesn't have any headers or exhaust it's just like something built in.

You don't have anything weird about engines so if you want to do a full exhaust all you have to do is buy yourself some cats and that's it, yes the cats just go into the engine. I've never seen that before, yeah, but yeah. definitely cutting some horsepower, this thing should be popping, we got a little leak right here dude, looks like they didn't tighten the bolt properly or they might even take it apart, we don't know, hopefully there's some fluid in there. but look at this, look at these tiny little oil pans, that's funny, but I guess the whole bottom of the tower on these engines is actually pretty big, you know what I mean, yeah, I mean, these are the so-called engines.

Pentastar, okay, no It doesn't have the most power, but we'll work on that a little bit later, yeah, they'll probably add a little bit, they'll probably start with the exhaust right here because this sucker is no good there, but no, that's it here below. There's still a ton of tape on all the screws because we taped everything together, we're going to have to take all that off and what do you say? Put the wheels back on and drop this sucker. Yeah we have some things we need to do actually for the interior we need to change that glass and we have some other good things let's do this right guys we just installed that little rear glass right there very easy but now we're going to install a kit of design engineering sound deadening, this one will be perfect for our Jeep right here, all it does is basically a big ol' sticker that will go all over the hardtop and actually silence the entire Jeep from wind noise and everything else , and it is also an advantage because it is basically a thermal cover. installation, yes, thermal insulation, so it will help in hot and cold climates, so what does it say?

Make the hole in our hard tile wall, place it on the bracket and put this kit on the boom.
