You see, I have a good track record of doing things while lying down, so I guess the next question is why do you work lying down? Well, let me ask you a question. Why do you work at your desk? We've all done it before. Wow, sorry, we're all doing it right now, whether you're an employee. working, whether you are a student, studying, you will go to your desk, you will sit in your chair, you will look at the monitor for eight hours a day and what the sedentary lifestyle is like, really the definitive answer is, really, the best posture to work or for anything.

I have an Alexa device installed in every major part of my house and believe me, it's a huge boost to productivity and quality of life if you know how to use it well. I start the day and the expectations part of the video is also real. In fact, I start my day with an Alexa briefing every day. Mine is old, but newer generation Alexa devices usually cost between $40 and $50 and I visit amazon.com frequently. As offers come out quite frequently, another interesting option to have in combination with Alexa is a smart plug. My favorites are the ones from home.
These are smart home Wi-Fi plugs that work well with major virtual assistants, including Alexa and Google Home. You can get one. of these for just under 10 bucks or 4 as a pack for just under 30 and with that you can plug them into an electrical device and turn them on or off without having to lift a finger alexa living room here we come to the last one It's nice to have it in a setup productivity couch and it's not a virtual assistant but a personal assistant like my wife, honey, can you get me some coffee? No, okay, now let's talk about some pros and cons of this setup.
Let's start with the pros. You can say goodbye to all the pains of sitting for a long time, which includes back pain, neck pain, pelvic pain, etc., two, it is so comfortable that once you get used to it, it takes a while get used to this new lifestyle, but for me it is definitely worth it three, I am more productive because I no longer feel any pain, it allows me to concentrate one hundred percent on my work without discomfort that hinders me among four, there are actually so many Things you can do while you're in bed with the Driven Businesses, for example, remember how I worked, ordered pizza, played games, watched YouTube, and sorted through meetings.
