I can only speak on my own behalf, obviously, we talked about the power of visualization and preparing yourself for possible scenarios and obviously I try to play the game in my mind before I go on the court, and I always try to do that. I imagine myself as a winner and I think there is a power in that and um, but there also has to be along with willpower, you know, a strength that comes not only from your physical being but also from your mental and emotional being. and it's me, I think it's good for me at least it's a constant battle inside you, you know more than what happens outside, it's really not the situations you experience that affect you, but how you internally experience those situations, how you accept them .

Tell them how you live them so you know. I told myself before the game. I'm going to try to disconnect as much as I can from what's going on around us and just be there, be present. and you know there's no specific formula for finding courage, I mean, at least from my perspective, you know you can do everything you can and you just close your eyes and hit the ball as hard as you can and then I can call that courage, but you know I wouldn't necessarily call it courage in any particular situation, so you have to be consistent, sorry, playing well constantly for 5 hours if you want to win the match like this, so you know, I guess there is a part of resilience and, but you know, I think there's always this self-confidence and you have to keep reminding yourself that you're there for a reason and you're better than the other guy and just as tough as the moment. what you know is that you are in what you know the more you have to remind yourself the more you have to talk to yourself I mean, that's what you know, at least in my case I wanted to talk to you about the decisive moments that you are in those situations, how do you avoid distraction?

Breathe consciously first. It's probably the simplest thing you can do, but probably the most effective. I think the experience of being in this particular situation so many times before in my career helps me next time. that I have to face adversity and distractions and you know my thoughts and what ifs and my fears and so on. I think everyone goes through that thought process, it's just um and I don't think it's particularly bad. I was thinking it's bad, so I was trying to ignore it or I was trying to shut it down, but I think the biggest transformation in a positive way for me started when I started to recognize it and accept it as a part of me.
It's there it's my ego it's there my fears are there everything is there it's present but then how do I approach it in a way that helps me overcome it to transform it into positive fuel that will help me overcome the clutch? moments that you talked about um just be happy and joyful and present on the court and make the best of that experience how do you do it well? I practice a lot of mindfulness um so you know meditation, you know, journaling, talking to my team with my parents with my wife and with everyone around me trying to address certain of course with my life coaches that I have and spirit guides that I also have that help me address certain emotional issues, you know, trauma or whatever. is that thing that tends to show up on the court, so when it shows up on a break point when I'm facing a HCM point or a break point or you know, decisive moments, they tend to come to the surface, but they are, uh , I manage to gain control over them much faster and I manage to impose my positive affirmation and my positive feeling, or if that doesn't happen, then I just try to be aware that I have to accept that moment when that is going to happen, but I concentrate. on my breathing and focusing on being in one moment and what needs to be done in the next moment, which is playing the right shot, positioning myself well on the court and just focusing on executing the right point, it just takes years, years of dedicated practice. mentally, not just physically, and you have to do it, you can't expect others to really solve your emotional or mental problems, they can encourage and empower you, understand you and give you tools, but you have to use those tools and do it the right way, in those Times when you face adversity and when you are challenged, you must always look within because that is where the answer lies.
I didn't quite understand that. I heard that before. but I think when I went through this journey I really understood what that means and now I know where I can always find strength, faith and motivation to keep going. Thank you very much for this wonderful evening. Thank you so much. Lords I appreciate it
