Good morning everyone, I'm Tim and I'm here with good friends Rishad and Christine who are climbing a mountain today so this is beautiful Honolulu and we got to enjoy the great beaches, the great food and of course the great friends And we were a little surprised by some of the prices here. I guess it's a tourist area so we paid the tourist premium and the other day we were looking for a great Pokey and someone mentioned the best Pokey here or one. The best thing is a

called Foodlands and in fact we had the opportunity to visit a great store and incredible people like Jr and Maryland who gave us endless samples of the variety of Pokey there is, not only salmon and tuna, but also of king crab and who. gives king crab as a sample and they did, we had a big feast there and as we were exploring we discovered that they have a bar and a grill area and they even have a

Again, this is early, it's around 8:30 and I think it will be better. I think I'd better start with a buffet and this is the Foodlands breakfast and I'm only going to have one dish so this is pretty good here $35 with drinks and a wonderful variety of breakfast items and I think I'll start with a little tomato salad right here a little fruit here and more vegetables this is broccolini with crunchy elements here right here and this is one of the healthiest dishes I've ever had, okay and let's move on, let's see what's under the closures. CL wash number one, a little bit of fried rice and a little bit of potato croquettes and since it's morning we're going for the potato croquettes and this is it. becoming a little unhealthy but very tasty oh and I can see Elizabeth there making the wonderful drinks let's see what else is next and it wouldn't be breakfast without the French toast and this isn't just scrambled eggs this is scrambled eggs with tomatoes and asparagus, let's try it and of course some French toast, oh, dripping in syrup, okay, and breakfast wouldn't be complete without the Hawaiian Portuguese sausage.

Look, I think this is it. We are going to have a few and this is a good problem because there is no room on the plate and we will do one more and I think we will leave the chicken because the plate is too full and I think it will be a good first course, thank you. Greetings and oh, that's very good. A little bit of fresh peach, a little bit of fresh Yuzu and a lot of sparkling wine, very smooth and dangerously easy to drink so I can't wait to try it, so what a great way to start. On the day I think we will go the healthy route, some roasted broccolini, well charred, perfectly cooked, great flavors with sesame and a little spice. I got used to the broccolini, but let's try a little of the savory products and because this is breakfast, we will go for some scrambled eggs, the eggs are rich and tender and I think we will combine them with a Portuguese sausage, both together very good, the sausage Wonderfully fatty Portuguese, nice and meaty, perfectly seasoned, not too salty and full of flavour.
Good and Mad mentioned that the hash browns were really good, try it M, you are right, the hash browns are really good, yes they are really good. Oh and dish three, I'm just going to eat all the broccolini, they're so good. and as good as a broccolini is maybe some french toast, the rice is really good, oh not only is it the rice, i'll try the rice, but the french toast is nice and fluffy like a custard, lots of cinnamon, lots syrup. So the first round and Rad is already on the second or two and a half, two and a little bit three, so I'm going to hurry up and finish this and catch up and take you back, cheers, over, so the buffet is filling up and it's almost 9: and it's good to see people eating and drinking too and this time I'm going to go for more hot food and I saw the amazing New York strip there so I'll definitely go for some, but let's see what I have on the rest of the buffet, so this was from before and this is the jasmine fried rice.
I think we'll need this for all the sauces to come and I couldn't help but get some more broccolini. it's so good so let's skip the scrambled eggs and the french toast and here we have the chicken and this is the Hawaiian chicken okay just a small piece here okay and this fish looks absolutely amazing they are fish fresh and I'm so glad we got some rice, let's have one of these, okay, right here with some sauce, okay, and I think we have to go for the steak. Hello Chef Darius, tomorrow morning, this looks amazing, can I? a fatty cut of prime rib oh oh that looks wonderful are you interested in any meat Sho oh uh yeah maybe a little roast made with fresh cream oh okay and roasted garlic is okay oh and I see you have pork belly oh can I get a little piece thank you very much this looks amazing thank you and with the New York strip and the pork belly we have to eat it well it is nice and spicy the second round is substantially more and I am really glad to have this steak from chef Darius and his team and We've got a little bit of fat here hiding underneath, we have to fold it over because the plate's not big enough, but let's try it, so just a butter knife, let's see perfectly pink, let's see a little bit of Jew, oh, nice and tender and if you want a little more fat, this is it and usually the final pieces being nice, charred and fatty are the best.
A little bit of horseradish, fresh and with a little bit of tone, very nice, and if you saw a great job when you walked in. The bottom round is round five, but I think I'm going to try some fish and it's tender and the only thing stopping the fish from cutting is the shikaki mushroom, here we go, try it, sometimes steaming it. Fish is the best way to do it because it makes it very tender and perfectly flaky. Alright, it's great to see the team stocking the buffet and keeping it well restocked, but all I need is. some smoked meat and clam chowder oh the chunky potatoes look good and just a little more hi Che Darius the pork belly was so good I was wondering if I can put some in the soup oh oh thank you so much that's ok , uh It was nice of Chef Darius to brown the Lily, so to speak, with pork belly in the soup and Mishad is having his biggest hits.
The fish is really good, oh, and this, the meat is always excellent, and the scrambled eggs, the scrambled eggs. the eggs are nice and soft and a little bit of tomato, yeah it's great, really nice, it's a breakfast after all, did you try this? I'm dairy-free, right, okay, so it's a little bit of a problem with dairy, but I think we can. try it and I'll try it like a small spoon absolutely dig you go first okay that soup is rich and creamy and the only thing I regret is waiting so late to get this soup so you're here go for this wonderfully. seasoned and to add a little flavor to the pork belly.

I think this is a Cheese and Ham Quant and I could have used it with the soup and unfortunately the items here don't have any signs on them so I guess we'll have to find out for ourselves. This looks like an apple dessert followed by a wonderful cake with care and it could also be a nice tart and, to finish, a donut. only one will do and I think this is guava and that's it and I think it will work well so Rishad is still going strong and I couldn't resist a clam chowder and smoked meat because we have the savory stuff and we will definitely do that.
I opted for dessert, but after the goat cheese gallette, very tasty, beautiful goat cheese and aromatic aromas, and I think it will be even better with some clam chowder, this is really good and I see that rad points out, yeah there's a chocolate inside that's really nice it's nice because there's no description here and it's like a nice surprise everything is a surprise it was really good so I have one of those here and I can't wait to try it but first the cheese and ham I can't a little cheese a ham in the best possible way a little clam chowder which was my favorite which the pie pie oh the pie M is very light it's not super sweet I can't wait to get to the pie, but I think I'll have to finish the savory items first, we have to try the fish soup, and before working on the dessert, Elizabeth was kind enough to bring a cup of coffee and some cream with care and much need, so I think that we are going to deepen.
For dessert and with coffee, I think we should start with the dut, sugary and bright pink, as it should be, because this is a guava donut that is a little sweet, a little sour and very tasty. It needs a little more coffee and I think I have to go with what Rishad mentioned as his favorite cake, let's cut it, okay, I was just cutting it and it's soft and flaky and the surprise has been that the chocolate layer inside is sticky, it's banana, no way mhm, I don't know. I think so, we found out that this is cream and that is chocolate, very good and unfortunately there is a layer of banana here and if you love banana this is for you, unfortunately banana is not my thing, but still, let's try it, no way, banana.

This is an unexpected supermarket buffet and great people like Cynthia and Elizabeth and Chef Darius with all the cavities and again this is $35, $3 $35 with the drinks and the mimosas and the coffee and all the good food it's priced pretty well and ironically the only thing that ironically is that at Foodland where they have some of the best poke they don't have any poke here but I think what you can do is after this just go out and get some samples or even buy a couple of containers or two so it's really nice and thank you so much for joining and until we meet again.
