What is this? It's not like pork belly with spices. This place serves mazmas. I'm excited about this, I have so many emotions and I just want to take advantage of all that little bite. If you've ever had mod soba before, it's a bunch of ingredients mixed together and you mix them together and you just need the noodles and then you can. add a little vinegar which I will definitely do and at the end they give you a bowl of rice where you can mix it with the ingredients. It's like the ultimate Asian fancy rice and noodles.
We no longer have to choose. Can. add vinegar with a little chili in it, even better, get one with spicy mustard and another with just a giant piece of pork skin on top, first of all, the texture of the noodles is incredibly chewy, they are thick and the sauce just sticks because of the egg, the egg acts as an edible adhesive for all this great sauce and spices in the bowl, compounding the delicious flavor of the noodles and then, well, a little extra gelatinous and chewy something , a piece of pigskin if you come here. get a spicy version as much as I would love a nice thick cut of pork skin the spicy version this is good ramen this is like you can't even see it this good it's super nice hint of chili like you are Feel that all over your tongue, all over your throat, and did I mention the bed of scallions that these eggs and the meat sauce on top have a nice subtle crunch with an amazing fragrant aroma, let me get some rice, keep this party going. the perfect encore of chives is a great touch, not only do you get that nice crunch but it also has that great garlic flavor.

chicken soup, I've never had chicken broth like this before, it's never like Campbell's with crack, it's one of the best ramen balls I've ever had.
I am a big proponent of pork broth. I never thought I'd say this about chicken, can I watch? less chicken a little i have to be honest with you i can't believe it's a piece of chicken tastes like a piece of chicken and a piece of tofu had small noodles perfect perfect tastes like it's from the planet chicken it's just like served to royalty there o something like that oh that broth every time you drink it you just want to close your eyes and savor the moment when the ramen tastes like the best first kiss a sip a sip is his body weakens you know I can't I think it's a butter commercial, it's as well as that extra for the chamber chicken and also the egg god, it's so flavorful and creamy it's also one of the best eggs I've ever had which would make sense because you know a good chicken ramen place will have a good egg this ginger shoe too, oh that drum part just dissolves in your mouth walking these streets around the palace and it's so pretty, tons of shops, cafes, let me show you the most attractive ones I think the Baskin's could be Sexiest Robbins in the world. the tada world welcome to baskin robbins korea is it's not the most attractive baskin robbins you've ever seen it's like a traditional korean house you can buy some ice cream and bring it here you can sit here so the ice cream i have there is tons of flavors which you can't get in the US this is honey butter but look on the side yeah that's right it's corn in my ice cream horn it's cornish very asian so it's not like a sweet corn it makes burst, it's one of those um kind of starch. corn kernels but it goes well with the buttery flavor of the ice cream.
I like it. It's definitely a super unique flavor. Surely Baskin steals anything from us about this. Think about it seriously. It would be unique. You would be the only ones who would do this. You beat a Unicorn is finally back at this always crowded yuzu ramen shop, it's a little less crowded right now so I'll try to go in and get a bowl. This place serves yuzu ramen always filling, not with too spicy yuzu flavor, but definitely distinctive. but it doesn't overpower the great natural flavor of the broth, probably the lightest broth I've had so far in all my ramen trips today, but really good and I could use some extra yuzu that they give you.
I also have a spicy version, oh yeah. a little bit of extra yuzu, oh that hits the spot really well if you've never tried it, it usually has an amazing citrus flavor. The best one I tried before was from a gourmet ramen in Japan, one of my favorite ramens in Tokyo and this I can't wait to try. spicy version now well that's even better trust me pour in the yuzu it just adds flavor to the ramen. See this ridiculously huge hunk of cha-shu? Oh, now I know why there's a line out the door of this place every day. oh, the flavor of yuzu is so good, you get a broth that is spicy, it's flavorful, the broth is just salty broth, but the flavor is incredibly complex in China.
I loved eating this sour and spicy dumpling soup and this reminds me of that. The acidity brings that nice citrus flavor and look at the meatballs. An incredible thin and smooth ramen. I feel like that's what's needed because the broth isn't aggressively meaty. Wow, that usual flavor is just intense. My suggestion is to be pretty liberal with this yuzu sauce, especially if I like things a little vinegary, a little sour and I absolutely do that in this chashu which was the meatiest, smokiest cashew I've had yet. We're also going to taste a slight bitterness from the charcoal.
I walked into this place that was half empty, so I felt good. No, it's already full of people, so I have to eat and get out of here, let's go out and talk about this. Sorry, I had to get out of there. I still don't feel comfortable when the restaurant is full every time. I came here I was lying at the door I never wanted to go in Just 20 minutes before they closed It's still packed and I can definitely see why The then succulent noodles soak up the great flavor of the salty broth The yuzu is really the star This dish is sour and salty It's spicy chashu is smoky you can taste a slightly bitter crust on the meat incredibly good basically although in the four ramen places I tried I didn't know it, I mean I thought there would be, I didn't know that the romance of the soul is so incredibly spectacular, it best thing I had today I have to give it to the chicken broth ramen, that was something I never expected to taste so good, I think texture wise the mos soba is the best, but the broth, the chicken broth, just It's writing down my must-try list.
There are still a lot of ramen places to try so I hope if you like this video I'll make a part 2 too but I'm full and satisfied and happy and I'm about to fall into a food coma so all the places I I went to the list below for you, if you are ever in the country, give them a try.
