Excuse those witnesses. I want to show you the video of the scene again. It was around noon. Today, according to a woman who was driving and stopped trying to get to the

bridge

, she says she saw a man walking on the south sidewalk even though the barrier was lowered again for the Kilborn Avenue Bridge when the bridge began to rise, she She says he held on to the railing and hung for three minutes while continuing to climb about a minute later, she says he fell about 25 feet onto the sidewalk.

Another witness described an almost immediate police response and a new perspective after that incident.
