Deadly targeted shootings in San Antonio may be linked, Chief McManus says

killing of a man inside the North Star Mall. San Antonio police began a new week with a new series ofshootings
to investigate and some of those cases that investigators Now they are investigating they involve only teenagers, our Jonathan. Koto joins us live and takes us through those events as they happen Jonathan and what the police say could be the root cause of all this violence, that's right Steve, we're outside Public Safety headquarters where Chief William McManus held a press conference detailing some of these.shootings
that occurred during a very busy weekend and details some very important updates to this story ahead of a particularly violent weekend, San Antonio police responded to several shootings at 5100 Eisenhower on Friday, June 2 at 2 10 p.m. . m. for the victims, three transported in critical condition one later. stated that that person was 16 years old.The fatal shooting, according to Chief McManus, began at Roosevelt High School weeks earlier. It was a fight. This was revenge. This was not the first attempt to reach the individual they were targeting. The next day, another shooting. one happened in the 1500 block of Upland around 12 45 p.m. three victims one 18 year old DOA two transported in critical condition shots were fired inside a barber shop in North Star Mall, this time involving a 33 year old man who has been identified as Adam Glass surveillance video captured two unknown suspects being dropped off and entering the barbershop. Police say one suspect was wearing a black hoodie and light-colored shorts, the other a black hoodie and dark-colored pants.
