You REALLY hate to see this..

Coming into last night's game four matchup against the Avalanche, the Kraken had scored first in the previous three games, so just four minutes into the first, Borgen opened the scoring for the Kraken again, breaking one over the glove and then They became the second team in history to score first in each of their first four playoff games as a franchise, tying pretty well with the 1918 Toronto Arenas, and were a much better team early in

this

one, just four minutes later and the veneers short-handed they would find McCann, who breaks down. comes out with a great save as we see the puck clearly deflected on the glass here and then

this

happened, my car would still end up with its head on McCann anyway, who fell and stayed down and you

really

hate

to see something like this that McCann has.

He had a tremendous year scoring 40 goals for the Kraken in the regular season and to see him go down like that is terrible and

really

unfortunate as he would go back and not come back, so let's break this down a little bit now first, the hit itself is IMO , it's not that bad, this wouldn't be a big deal if McCann had the puck and that's the problem, the puck is nowhere near McCann right now, it's basically in some fan's lap when a car hits this. and you can see that McCann simply wasn't expecting it and shouldn't be.

More Interesting Facts About,

you really hate to see this...

He saw the puck come out and let his guard down, while Makar on the other hand is not on the same page as he didn't see the puck come out and finishes the hit, but something to consider here is the whistle, there isn't a whistle until after of the hit and McCann accelerates now, maybe the referee lost sight of the puck too, but that's a very late whistle and McCar places the hit before or just as the whistle blows, but regardless, McCann again is not even close of the puck at this point, so it's obviously an interference call and after being disgusting, even though there wasn't a call initially, it was actually called a five-minute major for interference and I think it was the right thing to do. call but being a major they reviewed it and narrowed it down to two, which I'm not a referee and can't claim to know what they saw, but I just don't understand this.

I think McCar intended to maliciously hurt McCann here, no. I don't really think he's the type of player he is, but it's not just about intention, unfortunately it's already been confirmed that McCann will be out for game five and who knows if we'll see him back in this series, which really sucks. for Seattle, but with that said, let's do a quick recap of the game to see how this one happened, as the Kraken would score on the ensuing power play. Schultz to attack, comes down and shoots one to take a two goal lead off the post and on the second it was What we've seen in every series, the Avalanche were outshot 27-11 at this point, but they hold firm and McKinnon comes back to Rantanen and scores to bring them within one and then gets a power play in the fourth period, it was him. again finds the angle and scores as Moose would square this one with his second of the night, so that was it for the second and it brings us to the third and final period where the Kraken continued to be the better team in my opinion. but I just couldn't figure out Georgiev and since neither team scored in the third, we would head into overtime wearing shorts the entire time and a huge opportunity would be lost when Seattle goes to the power play on that power play and only one minute later.

Eberly blocked Schwartz. Eberly finds it and finishes it off with his first of the playoffs and it couldn't have come at a better time for the Kraken as they now tie the series at home and head to Colorado for game five, where again. I'll be without McCann which is unfortunate and Makar has been called to a hearing so we'll see what happens with that but yeah that's it for this one. Thank you all so much for watching and we'll see you next time.
