Charlie and Dixie's home is located in beautiful, sunny California in Los Angeles County, for the safety and privacy of Charlie and Dixie, as well as the rest of their family. is purchased on the hillside of 0.47 acres of land. with a beautiful backyard that you may recognize from Dixie's famous Be Happy music video. Something to keep in mind is that this house is not their full-time residence since they are natives of Connecticut, which is where they spend a good amount of time and we don't. When reclaiming that house in today's video, the Demelians rented the house in May 2020 for approximately 29,000 per month as this is not their full time home which is incredibly smart because they won't have to worry about maintaining the home that responsibility will fall to the owner and they may have signed a short-term lease because the house is actively listed for sale for four hundred and ninety-five thousand

s, so if you have five and a half million dollars lying around, chances are you can get a piece of history of tic tac as your new home the house is a four bedroom, six bathroom house with five thousand five hundred square feet of living space that breaks down to approximately nine hundred ninety nine dollars per square foot the house was built in 2019 with a price of original listing of five million nine hundred and ninety five thousand dollars and over the last year it has seen a price cut of half a million dollars and if it doesn't sell in the next year it will most likely see an even bigger one, fortunately for the demelios because they are By renting this beautiful house, they won't have to worry about the almost forty thousand dollars a year in property taxes and twenty-three thousand dollars a year in homeowners insurance, but seeing as both sisters have been making some Pretty big brand deals lately.

I don't think that if they had to bear that cost, it would be a big problem to enter through the front doors, you find the beautiful rock garden and the glass staircase that leads to the second floor of the house, around which the home. The main outdoor space as you proceed from the front door you enter directly into the living room and kitchen area. The home has an open floor plan with sliding glass doors creating this seamless indoor-outdoor experience. This home would be perfect for entertaining as you can open all the doors and have plenty of space for people to move around as they please.

The outdoor space features a beautiful in-ground pool with jacuzzi and a waterfall. Heading upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which is equipped with a gas fireplace, perfect for setting the mood on a cozy evening. The master bedroom features two balconies, one facing the front of the house with plenty of seating to watch the sunset, the perched balcony leads to the view of the backyard space and wraps around the back of the house, connecting to the next bedroom, returning to the master bedroom and straight ahead.
