I should probably grab a bag of trash that I need to sort out first and then the need disappeared. I'm not cleaning anymore because I have all this little friction between me and actually getting the task done, so I create a cleaning cart that puts all the cleaning supplies in one place so it's super easy to get to you, just pick it up. up and done, there's no more friction which means you're actually cleaning the house, you can also make a decluttering kit, so if you know you need to tidy up but now you have to find cardboard boxes and garbage bags and, where do you start doing? a decluttering kit for you that includes a checklist of lots of things you can find to declutter.

You've probably heard of seasonal depression that occurs because we have less light in the winter, so if you're always in your house and the curtains are always closed, you don't have enough lamps or you have the wrong type of light. You can get the same effect all year round, but it's easy to change it up by literally opening the curtains, opening the blinds, or simply changing the bulbs to daylight, and a higher wattage can dramatically brighten your entire space, brightening your mood. mood, so add lamps, change the light bulbs to make it brighter, even paint the rooms a lighter color.

In fact, I'll link it below because you have to listen to it, it proves that your immune system can listen. Noise, so relaxing low-intensity music can actually

improve

your immune system, as your immune system is stronger and works better, while loud, annoying high-intensity noise can actually suppress your immune system, which means they may get sicker, so if your house is like mine and there are always like irritating sounds or background sounds that could make you sick, that's okay, we can drown them out with relaxing sounds, maybe like a water fountain or listen to classical nature music if you want to get really fancy or just have white noise machines.
Honestly, it can not only make you feel less stressed, but also healthier at the same time. Let's talk about smell. This is really fascinating. Did you know that smell can trigger an immune response? Bad smells, like dirty trash, dirty dishes, maybe dirty clothes. Bo cat. Garbage, all those things can make your immune system go into overdrive and become overactive because it doesn't know if this is something that can make you sick, so when you smell something bad your body tries to attack, get ready to attack whatever it is. It could potentially make you sick, which sounds amazing, except it's uncomfortable.
Ely, an overactive immune system can actually cause a lot of problems like inflammation or worsen autoimmune disorders, like Hashimoto's, which is something I have rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, the list goes on and on, so eliminating stinky odors can actually make you healthier, which is really fascinating, so empty the trash or wash the sheets, make sure you're always loading the dishwasher or getting rid of those smelly dishes, you can actually make yourself healthier, so yes, bad smells can make you sick. So good smells can probably make you healthier, at least they'll make you happier, so make sure you clean with non-toxic cleaners that you really like the smell of.
You can add essential oils or get one you like. You can use essential oil diffusers to add a beautiful smell to your home, but I like to make a small pot, cut up some oranges and add some cinnamon sticks to a pot of water, turn it on the stove and let it boil at low temperature. low heat during the afternoon it smells amazing and is completely natural and non-toxic. Your home affects your emotions. Your things subconsciously always send you signals that affect your mood, your happiness and your health, because there are tons of things you have to deal with or work on. everywhere you look of course you will feel stressed and overwhelmed if everywhere you look is chaos of course you are not going to be happy we can even take it a step further if you have things in your house that make you feel guilty like workout equipment you should wear but that you never really use or gifts that people bought you that you don't really like or things that you haven't returned in a long time and you keep looking at them, it just makes you feel bad about yourself, but the opposite is also true, so when You look around and see family photos from Cherished Memories or things you find, Bey, beautiful gifts that you really appreciate, things that trigger positive emotions in you, you will feel happier and, yes, lighter overall and That's why it's so important sort out, we have to dig out the good things.
If you have a kitchen table that belonged to your grandmother and youlove to look at, but it's piled up under a lot of stuff, it will take away that good memory. feeling and it is replacing it with something negative so deleting it will make you happier because every time you look at it you are going to feel a little bit of joy and connection with your grandmother and this is it if you have beautiful family photos but you can't see them because of everything clutter and you are distracted, tidying up will change this, let's leave out the incredibly positive. things in our house right now we spend 90% of our time inside and that affects us, it does more than you could imagine, although we have the power to change everything simply by changing our environment, change your home, change your

They don't like the word skank skank means hoe, they did it right, okay, sorry, here we go, it wasn't always wrinkled. I would vaporize them and since it's so comp, it's comp, its compartment, its crushed cons, it's too tight here, okay, okay, so this. It's the embarrassing part that I get to the stairs, that smell? oh my god, that's what makes me nauseous. Hello guys, thank you very much to those of you who stayed until the end.
The last update I gave you on Operation Cast becomes a firefighter. It was the aptitude test. that I thought I had failed, guess what I made it to the final round, which was my physical test, which was just a few days ago. I should have prepared and exercised, maybe at least lifted a weight, no. Cass is going to improvise, so I show up. You put on the firefighter gear and I'm surprised at the weight, then they put an oxygen tank on your back and then you do these things, these seemingly easy things are going to start with the first mortifying thing that happened: picking up a loaded person.
Hose, put it on his shoulder and walk towards the pylon about 30 feet and then come back and then put the loaded hose. The only rule is don't open the valve, don't spray everyone or the cars with the fire hose. I would never do it. I pick up the hose I put it on I grab the handles I start loading It's not a handle It's a valve Now I'm opening that was embarrassing That was super embarrassing Embarrassing moment number two I'm supposed to open a hydrant and I'm supposed to put things in and use tools and I'm doing it so well I think I'm amazing and then I'm supposed to close the valve so I close the valve on the fire hydrant that's actually opening because right handed ordered Lefty Lo Lucy I know but Somehow I don't know this, that was embarrassing and then I did interesting things.
I climbed a big staircase, climbed 50 feet and got over this, hopefully I think, but then it came to the stairs challenge at full speed with the oxygen tank, then we took a hose on our shoulder and went up and down flights of stairs, we also use like a mask on top to simulate them and I'm and it's fogged up and sweating buckets. and the boy says: are you okay? and I'm like, yeah, yeah, man, I'm fine, trying to pretend and act like I'm not the most out of shape 45 year old woman that's ever walked the Earth, the point is I did it.
I was proud of myself. Here is the positive side. For the first time in a long time, I'm actually motivated to exercise. That was like a mirror of my weakness. I know how weak I am. I knew it, but now I know, I'm joining a gym, I'm getting a personal trainer and I'm getting better. I'll see you next time.
