I played with the angle of the hat a couple different ways, but you won't see this. You can also print a Santa hat template if you don't want to do it freehand but have it in the shadow that I like to stick it on the trivet, now I accidentally glued it in the wrong place, you are supposed to put it on the You didn't remove your little feet. I want them to stay underneath, but I removed them. I cleaned the pieces in the second and now it's the best part, the most fun. I'm taking some white chalk paint to make it look like there's a ton of fluffy white cotton on this hat.

I feel like this does it completely and then up. I sprinkled it with some white glitter I had now. I know I was going to add glue to join these two pieces together so I wanted to camouflage it so I went ahead and added some extra snow with the white paint. and glitter around the edges and then every time I add this glue, I'll camouflage it a little bit more. I recommend trying a different glue if there is one you like. This one really took a long time to dry. It's just Dollar Tree glue. So you can definitely try something else or the E6000, but camouflaged it a little bit with glitter and then here's another way to use the trivet.

I actually use a textured one for this and took a family photo as well as scrapbook paper. and I just modified it using a thin layer of glue so it didn't take long to dry, but it turned out really cute and a great gift idea. Okay, I know this is a glassware video, but definitely pick up one of these little plastic ones. snow globes, this goes perfectly with one of the bubble vases from Dollar Tree, if you actually flip it over and stick it on top, how beautiful is this snowman silhouette. I love them so I knew I needed to paint them white.

I go ahead and remove them. At the bottom of the snow globe, remove all the papers, tell you how to make the real snow globe, and I'm going to pour some acrylic paint. Now you can do this in two different ways: you can use a brush and paint the ball. the inside requires a couple coats of paint or you can paint the outside but I didn't want to risk it getting scratched so I'm just doing the pour method by filling it with acrylic paint and then just pouring in as much as I can and letting this weird completely dry go back in there and this will give you the perfect Little Neck shape so you can tie a little ribbon like a scarf around it.
I feel like this is so cute. I love how it looks. It turned out and this is so easy to do that everyone can do it now. I played. I had some fuzzy socks on hand from Dollar Tree so I went ahead and gave him a little black knit hat, but I went ahead and tried him on for a gray one just to fit my style more and gave him this white buffalo Tech headband and black as a scarf and then like I said I just made the gray sock for the hat and tied it so it had the little bit on top and then I used hot glue for his nose and this will give him a more 3D look and he'll be a lot more fun to paint and highlight.
I think it makes it look prettier and then using the back of the brushes I put in dots. the eyes and mouth with just a little bit of black paint, but this is one of my favorite things. I think it's the cutest foreign thing ever. I've been sharing these vintage style lanterns on my channel forever. I used to put them as the oil heater bases. and I love them so I thought it would be fun to put it on a clear base so we could decorate it, so Dollar Tree came out with these fun little jars and they're a unique little shape, it's actually shaped like an original. like an old oil lamp, so it was perfect.
I filled it with faux pinecone berries and some greenery and then glued this top upside down in place and it instantly looks like a beautiful lamp that I put together for about 250. So the secret to this is to pick up these LED candles and I get a lot of questions every time I use them, how do I stick them on the bottom? But it has a removable vase, so when you glue them on you can still place the candle. and outside to remove the batteries or turn it on, so I just glued it in place and then added some tape.
I added a couple of Jingle Bells to the front, these didn't want to stay. I had to hold them in place until the glue cooled. off, but it's a super cute project that I will use for years to come. It fits perfectly inside that little jar, but is absolutely beautiful and is clear so you can decorate however you want inside the base. I just shared a huge video on how to use these clear cups for Christmas, if you haven't seen the video I'll leave it linked below, but another fun way is if you pair it with a clear plate, like a small mini plate from Dollar Tree , which you can attach. any style or color of fabric on the bottom and really give it that pop of color so Dollar Tree has tons of Christmas fabric right now grab it whenever you see some.
This specific fabric actually came from Walmart. I love going in there because they also offer little. like the fat quarters, you need to get them in these little pre-cut sections for a very cheap price, so I modified the Podge that under the dish I let it dry completely and then I'm pouring a candle into the cup so you can use any type of candle . What do you have, if you have a better quality one, I'll just take these cheap candles from Dollar Tree and melt a couple of them on my stove, pour them into this cup and let them cool completely because you don't want to handle it while the wax is still wet. , it will splash and then I'm going to decorate around it, so I put some of this faux greenery around the bottom and then I just used a couple of floral picks that I had to cut out. the little berries or you can add anything you want but I think this is so cute it's a whimsical and fun piece that reminds me of the Grinch or Dr.
Seuss with those big polka dots but how cute is it I love it. and I love that touch of red, thank you. Another fun way to use one of these mugs is to cut it out with a Cricut or you can just use stickers or whatever but put milk in it for Santa and then just paint the inside to make it look like faux milk, it looks so adorable placed in a cookie tray, you can obviously replace this on Christmas Eve with a glass of real milk, but it just allows you to style it on a cocoa bar or something and look super cute.
Foreign style videos. I always love to remind people to check out their local thrift stores, you can get amazing deals here and actually reuse all this glassware that's going to waste, so I'm using a little candle dish from Dollar Tree and then that little pot came from the thrift store looks like it originally came from Dollar General for about three

fifty and I knew it was the perfect shape for what I needed, so the thrift store I walk into has walls of this glassware, so many things. to choose if you're looking for a specific shape that you need, you're going to find something, so I went ahead and painted both pieces black and then I glued them together and I want this to look like a little snowman. top hat so this shape worked perfect for me and then I went in and added some greenery and then some fake snow.
You wouldn't even have to use white paint if you didn't want to, you could just use it. a little glue to attach the snow but I really wanted it to look and be like a bold contrast so I just let the glitter adhere to this wet paint but you could add a coat of mod podge but holding some candy canes or you could. Even put a candle here. I love this so I found these little mini jars at my Dollar Tree with a rope handle. They look so luxurious. I think they are so adorable, so I knew I could spruce them up to look like little mini Christmases. lanterns, so I just filled them with some artificial snow added with a small LED light from the Dollar Tree and then glued on a little piece of greenery.
