At a Loss for Words (Devotion on Psalm 139:4)

Aware that I have need in those moments but I'm not quite sure how to express it every time I feel the weight of my life pressing down on me and I'm not sure what to say I think of Psalm 139 4 which says before a word is even on my tongue behold, oh Lord, you know everything, the same God who created me and gave me my personality and my moods and put dreams and desires in my heart is the one who understands where I am suffering and what I long to say that when I still can't fully formulate it, there is intimacy in knowing that my heavenly father sees and understands the deepest groans of my heart.

in prayer, rest knowing that there is a God who sees you and understands your deepest thoughts. He loves you more than you will ever begin to understand. Won't you rest in his love?
