Wade with the help of the justices he appointed to the Supreme Court. What he is now saying about a nationwide abortion ban tonight. The Biden campaign swoops in here.Rachel Scott tonight, after months of hinting that she would support a national ban on abortion, now Donald Trump is declaring that the matter should be left to the individual states which the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both and what they decide should be the law of the land.
In this case, the state law just last month Trump said he was leaning toward supporting a national ban in about 15 weeks. Number of weeks. Now people agree on 15 and I'm thinking in terms of that, but now, today Trump made a change. It's clear that politics was at the center of his decision, well aware that abortion rights have won in all six states where it appeared on the ballot, even in conservative states like Kansas, Kentucky and Ohio. You must follow your heart in this matter, but remember that you must also win. tonight's election President Biden notes that 21 states have banned or severely limited access to abortion since the dispute was overturned Donald Trump just endorsed an all-state ban on reproductive care Nationally Biden's campaign taking advantage of the Trump's new and false claim found that both sides of the abortion debate were happy when the Supreme Court nullified I was probably the person responsible for the end of something that all the jurists on both sides wanted and in fact demanded the row end v Wade wanted it to end today Vice President Harris responds that she is proudly responsible for one in three women of reproductive age now living in a state with an abortion ban if they were again in a position where they could pass a law, they would pass a national ban on abortion.
Biden's campaign reminds Americans that Trump often boasted about appointing overturning judges. taking away a woman's right to choose tonight warning voters not to be fooled Trump says he supports exceptions for rape and to save mother's life won't say about mother's health David Rachel Scott with us tonight Rachel , Thank you is another breaking headline involving Donald Trump late today at the New York Court of Appeals denying Trump's last-minute attempt to delay his first criminal trial.
