I am adding ground coconut mixture, mix some coconut with shallots, garlic and cumin seeds along with some warm water, add and cook. for a few minutes for the chicken make a paste of coconut and some shallots keep aside for tempering fry some shallots in oil along with some dried red chillies add this and cover to set the flavor the chicken is cooked add the ground paste mixture and Let let this cook for 2 minutes in lazy bread. Now whenever I make chapatis, I cook all the chapatis a little more and the leftovers will be put in an airtight box and kept in the freezer whenever I need them.
I take them and reheat them in a tawa this is just a tip in case you are in a hurry as a salad. I made raita by mixing cucumber, tomato, onion and green chillies and that was my lunch.
