I showed them all the styles they looked like and the price of each one and also let them know that the

lash

es were available for pre-sale today, although it is the official launch of BK Beauty's reboot as makeup

all four BK Beauty styles. Risa does eyelash makeup, which are martini stiletto day club and Vegas, so once again in this video I will show you each of them. styles on my eyes, you can also find images of the styles of both me and Lisa, the owner of BK Beauty, as well as models on the BK Beauty website. I created these four specific styles because I felt these styles were missing.

market and that's surprising because there are so many false eyelashes out there and when I tell you that I tried probably 90 of them, I'm not kidding, I found that the lashes were too dramatic or the band was too thick.

More Interesting Facts About,

false lash masterclass for beginners apply lashes like a pro every time...

They weren't high quality, which is why I created these four styles. I have half-closed eyes. I have a whole squinty eye makeup playlist. They are my most popular videos. As I got older, my eyes became more squinty and I noticed that a lot. lashes just don't look good on squinty eyes because they take up all the space on the eyelid, reaching all the way to the eyebrows, especially if our eyes are small, but I didn't want to just create lash styles that only worked for squinty eyes. Lash styles really do work for

every

one and of course they can be trimmed to fit different eye shapes and I will cover that in the video.

What you will see in this video is once again all the styles on my eyes, but also how I apply the eyelashes how I cut them how I apply the glue the necessary tools also in this video you will see my 75 year old mother applying the eyelashes to her eyes after not having applied false eyelashes and I think he said over 50 years Ok, let's try these eyelashes. I currently have nothing on my eyelashes, no mascara, they are curled. I'll show you step by step how I apply my fall cuts. I always apply my false eyelashes last.

I apply all the rest of the makeup first and then. I go in with the setting spray and then I apply my false eyelashes, so one of the things I need as a 49-year-old woman who is almost 50 in a couple of months is a magnifying mirror. I think I bought this one on Amazon or Ulta. I'll try. to link the exact one or something similar and on one side it has your normal mirror where you can see your whole face very clearly and then when you turn it I don't remember exactly but I think this is a 10

time

s magnifying mirror.
So when you turn it around, it's very blurry, so you have to look very close to be able to see

every

thing clearly and you'll see things that you don't really want to see, every pour, every little wrinkle, everything, but no. We're going to focus on that, we're going to ignore all that because aging is normal, skin texture is normal, we're just going to focus on our eyes so that we can easily see how to apply the falsies, where to apply the falsies, one of What surprised me when I asked my mother to apply my eyelashes is that she didn't realize how close I had to be to the mirror to be able to see everything clearly.
She kept telling me it's blurry, I can't see, it's blurry. I can't see it and I said you have to get closer and she said you mean this and I said yes and she said oh she kind of gasped like we all do when we see our faces so close up but that's exactly what it was needed for her to successfully apply the lashes. If you are having difficulty applying false eyelashes, make sure you have at least a mirror with eight to ten

time

s magnification and don't forget to look as closely as possible until everything is right.
Very clear to you, so let's get into this routine. The first thing I do once I have my makeup on is grab a black charcoal pencil. I've had really good luck with this smoky, voluminous eyeliner from L'Oreal. I like that it is a big, thick pencil. because with a bigger, thicker pencil I feel much less prone to poking myself in the eye when I'm with a tight stroke, so I think most of you are familiar with the term, but for those who don't have a tight stroke. it's when you're lining this area right here under your lashes, that fleshy portion right under the lashes and I do this step regardless of whether I use falsies or not, I find that it makes the entire lash line look fuller.
I don't like having that fleshy space between my eyelashes and my eyeball and I have very, very blonde and sparse eyelashes, as I hope you can see, so when I put mascara on that fleshy part it's even more noticeable, once I have the tight liner and that's when Come in with my eyelash curler, this one is from Kevin O'quan and I just clamped the lashes and I like three or four applications. In fact, you can also do this before tight liner, so once I've lined it and curled it. I now use mascara on my eyelashes. If you already have dark lashes, you don't have to apply mascara first.
You can apply lashes right on top right now and then apply mascara if you want to blend, not blend, but blend. Blend your natural lashes with the false ones to make the whole look look even more natural, but since my lashes are so blonde I need to apply mascara first and this is what has worked for me for years. I'm using L'Oreal the new L'Oreal telescopic mascara and the mascara you use doesn't make a big difference because you'll get that length and volume from your falsies, but I like to have some, especially in these corners or these internal parts. lashes because if I'm just going to use Corners, which is what I'm going to apply first, you want to have at least some length on the inner part of your lash line.
I really like this mask, it really does a good job. At least in my experience when holding the curl, you have to remove the excess because it can get a little clumpy. The first lashes that I'm going to show you, you're Martini, these are the half lashes. I'll take an unopened box of your lashes. they're going to come packaged like this in plastic, so the lashes are going to come like this and then what you're going to do is take a tweezer or an eyelash applicator and you're going to go from the outside of the lashes are never the inside part that you always want lift from the outer corners because that's where you're most likely going to trim your lashes anyway and I'll talk about how to trim them when I get to some of these other styles, so take With your tweezers or your lash applicator, you grab the lashes and then you gently remove the lashes you want to go, slowly and gently, if you find that the lashes bend at the outer corners, try to go up a little higher, do you know what I do?
I'm going to show you this again with another tab because I've already used them, you have to remove some of the excess glue, so what I'm going to do is hold the tab as close as I can. focusing on the base of the lashes and then I will use my index finger and my thumb and gently remove the excess glue and I don't use a ton of glue when applying my lashes so there really isn't much to do. I take it off, then I take my lash applicator and I hold it the way you would see me applying these lashes to my eye, so I'm left-handed, so I hold it with the lash applicator pointing down. once again you can use the tweezers and I'm going to grab the lash, this one doesn't have any glue on it, I bring my fingers up to the top of the lash applicator tool to make sure it's locked firmly there and then I'm going to put it on. the tab right there, once again, still doesn't have any glue on it and you can already see what a big difference it made.
What I'm going to do is I'm just going to put these lashes on without glue and then we're going to glue on the next style. Because I have sensitive eyes, taking off and putting on lashes multiple times irritates my eyes, but there will be before and afters on the BK website in different models so you can clearly see each lash style and now with this eye. I'm holding the tool with the end tilted up and then I would apply the glue that I'm going to show you and then I'd put it right on the outside corner, so these are Martini Corner lashes that will give your eyes a very open, lifted look. effect and one of the things I like most about corner lashes is that they don't cover your eye makeup, let's say you just spent 15 to 20 minutes doing a beautiful eye shadow and then you go and apply the lashes and it they take charge. all over the eye and you can't even see the eyeshadow you've spent that time on, so a tab in the corner will just give you a little more of something you can wear every day, you can also switch out any of the other styles.
I'm going to show you a corner tab so I'm going to remove them, don't worry I'm going to go deeper into the removal process so now I'm going to show you which is the most natural look. all four, this is a great everyday lash, this is a great bridal lash, so this is a new pair and I'm taking my lash applicator, going to the outside of the lash and removing the lash from the tray and the first thing you want What you need to do before applying any glue is what I showed you earlier with Martini, which is to apply Lash, place the Lash where you want without glue and then see where you have to trim and the last thing you want to do, especially if you have maturity. eyes or eyes that slant down at the outer corners like mine, don't you want to apply your lashes like that where it is here and then have excess hanging down or even just a little bit hanging down?
I usually have to cut I removed about two bunches, so cuticle scissors are a must-have tool for eyelash application or tweezers, cuticle scissors, mascara, black eye pencil, eyelash curler, glue, these are the essentials now that my tab is the correct size. I'm not going to do half a tab with this one. Just making a normal strip lash, I cut mine so that I don't have the lash directly on the inner corner of my eye because that's where people have problems. That's where, from the comments I've received, people say it's irritating. their eyes because they have taken the eyelashes too far in this area.
I like to place the lashes after one or two groups of my own lashes, obviously this is not right yet, but I think you can see or I hope you can see. that I'm not putting it too close to my nose now that some people like me have been applying false eyelashes for so long that they don't need to use an eyelash applicator or tweezers. Usually I can just take the lashes and hold them like this and I go in with my glue, but for a lot of people it's easier to just use the lash applicator tool, so since this is for my right eye, I'm going to hold the lash applicator tool in my right hand and what I like about an eyelash applicator tool compared to tweezers is that this part here is quite long, so you can hold a good portion of the eyelashes so that it's secure, you hold it secure and again you want to keep your fingers more towards the top because if you hold down here it's not held as tightly so you want to get closer like this and now I'm going to turn it over so it's easier for me, being left handed, to apply the glue and this is the Kiss Strip Lash Adhesive with Clear Aloe Vera, this is the only lash glue I have found that works for my sensitive eyes, not Duo, or really any other brand.
I've tried them all and I can't even tell you how many of this particular eyelash glue I've used. through my lashes they never lift during the night or day when I wear them, my lashes never irritate my eyes, they don't get red, however if I deviate from this and try using a different lash glue it's a different story and it's not good, so here's the hard part for a lot of people. How much eyelash glue do you use? Well, what I do is I remove the excess when I take the applicator out of the brush and then I take this and I apply the smaller one. amount of glue on the bottom of the lashes and that is about the amount of glue you want on the lashes, although this eyelash glue is clear you can see an iridescent tint to the glue which helps you see exactly where I have placed the glue and if you've missed any spots, if you haven't gotten the inside corner or the outside corner very good, you can go back in and apply just the tiniest amount to that inside corner and the tiniest bit.
We come to the outer corner, what I'm going to say next is what I think causes most people to not like wearing false eyelashes or at least have problems with their application and that is that they don't wait long enough for it to set. apply the glue. sticky, if you just apply the glue and go and try to apply A Lash, a false eyelash on your lash line, it will slide offand you're going to struggle and you're going to get frustrated and you're just going to say Forget this, chances are I'm never going to try false eyelashes again, so what I want you to do is you know how they say to sing the alphabet twice when you wash your hands or you brush your teeth.
I want you to say the alphabet twice or sing your favorite song. What I like to do is put on some music while I'm getting ready and take a little dance break while I shake the Lash and then I don't know what this move was but after about 45 seconds to a minute you're ready and that's when you're useful, dandy. The ultra magnified mirror comes into play, so I'm going to turn this around and yes, it's blurry and yes, I'm going to move my microphone so you can hear me better. I'm going to jump right in and because my eyes are squinted, I'm going to lift my chin up but with my eyes down so that you can see the entirety of your eyelid, even if you have to raise your eyebrows, so you take your applicator and apply . it's right there and because we wait, the lashes are just going to stick down now some people like to apply to the ends first and then pull towards the inner corner.
I like to drop it, but there's no right or wrong way. and when I say drop it in, I mean I usually put it in the center and then press the inside and outside corners and that's another great thing about a lash applicator tool is that you can use it to smudge your lashes. With false eyelashes, many people find it easier to apply the eyelashes on top of a little eyeliner. None of these lashes, except for the Vegas lashes, have a thick band. The Vegas lashes aren't a really thick band either. I didn't want bands that were really difficult to maneuver or manipulate.
I wanted them to be very malleable to someone's eye shape, but most of the time I apply my lashes over a liner or apply it after the lashes have been applied. To make it look a little more cohesive, a question I get a lot is where do I place the tabs? Do I place them right over my natural lashes or do I place them on top? The answer is above, but slightly above. See this? A little bit of meat right here, that's where you want to apply the lashes. Now I have glued it on my finger so it sticks to the lashes so when you put the lashes on you will want them to rest on your natural lashes and I promise you that.
Remove your eyelashes in the proper way, you won't ruin your natural eyelashes. I'm going to put them on so I can show you this look, so once again I just apply a small strip of glue. I wish I had like a videographer or someone who was really good with editing to film this, but I'm doing the best I can and a lot of times I like to hold the tabs in place for about 10 seconds before releasing my fingers, so here it is the Day Club, they are long and wispy, but I feel like I still look quite natural and this lash also looks beautiful as a half lash.
Okay, what I'm going to do now is show you the other two Vegas and stiletto styles and then we'll talk about how to remove the lashes and take care of them. The tabs below are the Vegas tabs. I love the way they make my eyes look, especially on my squinty eyes. I love that they have that flare in the outer corner, it's almost like a super flare that gives you this really elongated sexy look, but yeah. This is Las Vegas and we finally have stilettos. I called these stilettos because even though my days of wearing very high stilettos are over due to my back problems and simply for the comfort, I can still appreciate a beautiful stiletto shoe and I think for a lot of people when they put them on. with stilettos they instantly feel more confident, powerful, beautiful, we may not feel that way after a couple of hours when our feet are throbbing, but they are beautiful and I think these lashes make your eyes look instantly beautiful.
One of the questions I get frequently I'm applying false eyelashes in one of my videos. Is there a style that works with glasses for someone who wears glasses? Honestly, all of these styles work with glasses. I have had to put on my glasses using all of them, except the stiletto. The ones I have now are perfect for those who wear glasses. Okay, now I'll show you how to remove the tabs. What you're going to do is before you start removing your makeup because you don't want to wash your eyelashes. face with eyelashes on, you will ruin them.
You want to keep as little product on your lashes as possible. I said before that you can take your mascara and mix your natural lashes with the false ones, but if you do. You want to only use the smallest amount, you don't want to use a ton of mascara like you would with your own lashes because that will just make the lashes (I don't want to say disintegrate because that's not what) This is going to happen, but I don't know. They will wear out so much if you continually apply mascara, so to remove them again, before washing your face, you will go to the bathroom or wherever you remove your mascara. makeups and grab your box because this is where you'll want to store them, open the box, go from the outer corner of the lashes and gently, very gently, remove them, that's it.
Now I don't remove the glue at this point, I just put them back in their case, in fact, this is on the wrong side and there we go, and then I personally remove the excess glue the next time I use the lashes, which I You saw it done before when I applied Martini if you applied too much glue. For the eyelashes, it will be harder to remove, but look how easily it came off and this is how much glue I always use and I don't. My eyelashes have never fallen out or come loose. Now it's time for the star of this video, my mom, the reason I invited my mom to show you how to apply lashes is because she first wanted to see where her struggles would be so she could address them in this video. and two because she wanted to show women her age, my mom is 75 years old, she will be 76 in June.
I wanted to show older women that you too, with a little practice, can wear false eyelashes and I say with a little practice because that's what my mom told me that with a little more practice she could apply them very easily. Here he is removing the Day Club tabs. Look how cute she is so proud of herself and now she places them along her lash line without glue at first so she can measure them and determine where she needs to trim and then she's applying the glue. I noticed that she applied too much, but getting the right amount of glue on the lashes will just take some practice, then she waited a minute before applying.
The eyelash on her eye, as I mentioned earlier, this was the first time in 50 years that she had applied false eyelashes, so she had to fight a little like all newbies do, but she finally got the perfect application and loved the finished look seeing my mother's confidence after applying it. these lashes were simply a thing of beauty. She told me that with the lashes on she felt instantly younger and prettier and she felt like she didn't have to wear any eyeshadow because of the way she did her makeup in that video and she looked amazing. But if she had gone out at night, she probably would have added some cream eyeshadow to her eyelashes and been ready to go now.
Of course, she would never say that all the people who watch this video have problems with eyes. false eyelashes or applying false eyelashes you will suddenly be a professional and you will never have any problems applying the eyelashes.
