Fallen K-9 cop honored by hundreds

Officer Ryan Davis is reluctantly returning to the crime scene. He is making himself very difficult right now. Last weekend, he and his partner were investigating an alarm at this grocery store in Canton Ohio. It was midnight, 149 a.m. and there were signs of a robbery, we just started making our way into the grocery store. Ryan's partner was a German Shepherd named Jethro and he was more than just a police dog. The Davis family acquired Jethro at eight weeks old. He grew up as a family pet and an everyday K-9 officer transitioning seamlessly from the pillow to police work and back again until last weekend when he charged that robber and took three bullets.

Yes, I'm here because he did what he did. Ryan says the dog saved his life, but surprisingly says he wishes it were the other way around. I would trade places with him in a heartbeat.
