Woman Rescues A Bearded Dragon Thinking He Will Be Calm And Mellow... | The Dodo

dragon
s when Percy came to see me. He was sitting in a dark and dirty tank. I had to use the bathroom sink as a pool to clean it. He didn't splash. and I died swimming for 4 minutes at first I was scared but then I realized that Percy loves water and that's really unusual for a semi-desert lizard. High ceilings and windows scared him a lot, he would hide under furniture due to his fear of open space. I had to build him a large terrarium so he could have space there.I expected Percy to stay in his compound, relax and just be dragon bearded, but after just a couple of weeks he would venture out everywhere once he started surfing and asking out, we tried. to take it out and he loved it. I just couldn't believe it. I made him a couple of different colored harnesses. Most lizards just stay on the ground and don't move, but this guy loves to run around in the winter. We go to Florida or warmer places. so he can be happy because I know he loves it when it's hot outside. A couple of months later, the holidays came and I started seeing a lot of Christmas decorations on the floor.

It turns out that Percy was the culprit. The feeling was like the Grinch from Bearded Dragons. Not only does he like to go for walks and is very active, but he also likes to destroy things. I love Percy and I'm so happy that he doesn't look like any other bearded dragon, not only did he prove me wrong about bearded dragons. He also taught me to be more charismatic and outgoing. We now love hiking and day trips thanks to him. I don't think I
