It's me Matt, I'm back for another one. Because you guys are great and I missed you. In fact, I'm going to show you how to do that whole fall sequence, which wasn't actually a fall, it was planned. Those are movements that I'm going to show you. (palms clapping) Let's go. Well. Number one. The first thing you saw me do was kneel.

This is one way to get to the ground, right? What you're going to do is take a foot. I'm going to have my left foot go behind you and hook it, right under your knee like this. Good? And what you're going to do is bend your knee and "land" on your toes. So I'm not actually landing on the side of my knee. I'm going, fast, so if you see, I'll land on my toe first and that will cushion my fall. So I'm not actually hitting the side of my knee against the ground. That hurts, don't fall, don't do that.

So once you're on the ground, you're going to want to use these big leg muscles that you have to help you get up. So imagine this is like a little springboard moment. Come on, boom, we got whoa! Back. That's one version. The version you saw me do, staying on the ground, boom, bah and you're there, oh, and I fall and you're there and you're ready to do whatever else you want to do again on the ground. Excellent. Well. So number two, we're doing a knee twist. So if you have a rug or a soft surface, I recommend using it when you first try it because your poor knees or knee pads are highly recommended.

So to get momentum, that's where your arms will come in. So I have my right arm here, I'm going to pass this arm and that will give me the turn to move. So you go, yeah, a little fast. I'm going to continue to rotate on that shoulder as I continue to rotate, I'm lifting my left knee and when you have momentum, this will take you all the way, rotating back to where you were. So take a minute, maybe stretch a few wrists, make sure you're nice and warm. I also recommend doing a couple of these types where you're on your toes and you just lean forward on your hands and lift your back feet off the ground. A couple of those, so you can get used to that rocking motion, which is what you're going to do in this move. So when you're here, after you're nice and warm, you're going to be alert, so you're going to be this way. One foot, I'm going to use my right side and it will be after the side here.
So you are balancing this way. My hands will be in front, I'm going to swing this leg out, like this. First in slow motion, it will go forward and then it will continue in this direction and as you go in this direction, I will let my weight fall on my right hand, to move it and this is the part we are on. I'm going to move forward. Because you want to rock forward on your hands to lift this left knee and rotate the other one.
