s like Como Creighton Barrel and Pottery Barn will cost you almost 10 times more than me, I can honestly say I can't tell the difference, making this a practically perfect dupe in terms of style.

One thing I like to do is if I'm shopping for a

decor

piece online and I see something I like, but I found it much cheaper at Dollar Tree. I at least like to

look

at the additional images to see how they style them and how these

items

can be used. To create that high-end

look

for less, May Dollar Tree never fails to sell item number two, which is probably the most common DIY vase: the hurricane vase. I have made several different versions of this

home

decor piece myself using this hurricane base and to give you just one more idea, all I'm going to do is grab some acrylic paint that I also found at the

dollar

tree

and fill it with this faux hydrangea plant also found on the

dollar

tree

, making this little floral moment cost just 3.75 cents.

Now next up are the candles Dollar Tree sells a lot of candles and there's really only two that I want to point out in this video and that's the pillar candle that you saw me use in the first project and now the taper candles I found this candle holder. at the thrift

store

for only 25 cents and I bought two packages of taper candles that you can find at the Dollar Tree and from just an aesthetic perspective, it's a much more affordable price than even some affordable stores like Walmart and Target and now. I have this piece of wall decor that cost me less than three dollars, so we've mentioned some of our old faithful dollar tree favorites and now I want to share a new product that I've been loving from the dollar tree and it's this one.

Faux fur fabric made by Crafter Square and Crafters Square as a section in general has been really booming, I would say, in the last year at the Dollar Tree, so I'm going to show you a few different ways you can do different decorating projects for home. on a limited budget, so the first thing I wanted to share with you is how to make a faux leather vase. It's self explanatory. First, I'm just going to grab a glass dollar tree jar, it usually has a lid, but I took the lid off. lid to do this project and I'm just going to place the jar on top of the inside of the vinyl making sure I know how tall it is and then I'm just going to measure it and grab my fabric scissors. and just remove that top piece that I won't need and now I'm just going to take my hot glue gun and glue the remaining fabric around this glass jar.

Now you may decide to fill it with some fresh greenery from your backyard or perhaps. some flowers you can buy at your local grocery store but I found these faux dahlias at my local dollar tree and decided to place them on this base so our next idea is to make this faux leather slouchy basket all you need to do is fold the fabric which they gave you in half and then hot glue the seams so bring the corners together and then glue the whole inside so you basically have that vinyl on the front and on the back if there's a little bit of the inside of the vinyl that looks just cut it out and then we'll make 45 degree cuts in each corner and then all we have to do is fold those cuts together and put some hot glue on now for a while. ornament, you can take the push pins that the dollar tree sells and place them in each corner and then, with some wire cutters, simply cut off the excess so that there is no sharp edge on the inside of your little basket for the next idea that basically could you do.

This with any fabric you find at the Dollar Tree, especially in the Crafter Square section, but I love cognac faux leather, especially as fall approaches, so if you see it at your local Dollar Tree and you like that kind of vibe for fall, go. go ahead and pick it up because I have a feeling this color will especially go out during the fall and all we're going to do for this project is take a dollar tree book that we might not be crazy about on the cover and wrap it using this square craft fabric just like we did in grade school with construction paper, except this time I'll use a little hot glue for a quick and secure hold and then just to amp it up a little more.

I decided to wrap the book in suede ribbon just to give it a more elevated look and I think it's a really fun way to use this fabric, which brings me to number five, it has to be the books, now books can be extremely expensive even. The books you'll find at the dollar tree may have an original tag of $20 to $30 and you'll only get them for a dollar and 25 cents. The next item on my list is definitely one of the more random items, but I'm the type of person that if I'm on Instagram or I'm looking at someone's space, I study every aspect of that space, so I look at what they put on their side tables. , what they put on their coffee table, what's on their desk and when you start separating those spaces and you start seeing things repetitively, I see magnifying glasses all the time in high-end home decor, now I'm sure that They're really just using them.

As more of an accessory, if you're on a budget, it's a really nice way to get that high-end look for less and, for number seven, it has to be the stainless steel spoon rest. In fact, I have bought this for you before and I think it needs to be said again. I know many of us have stainless steel appliances and this is perfect for such an affordable price. It's a convenient, easy and quick purchase for just a dollar and 25 cents compared to a comparable spoon rest. Let's say that at Creighton Barrel it will cost you 12.95 and continuing with our kitchen items, next on our list are the wooden spoons and wooden utensils that the dollar tree carries.

I love seeing a vintage alligator filled with a bunch of wooden spoons and of different heights and varied colors, I think that looks really lived in and if you know me and my channel, you've been following me, you know how much I love an antique or vintage moment . I love home decor that makes me feel. kind of nostalgic, maybe even a little haunting in a way, so I think if you're on a budget, this is a really nice way to get that look for less, maybe find your crocodile at a local thrift store and then maybe buy something. of the spoons in there too, but then mix them in with some newer ones that you can find at the dollar tree because it's a really nice juxtaposition to the next little item on my list, which is a little bit newer item and that's the towels white ribbed ones, so this is the first time I've really been impressed by a towel at the Dollar Tree.

The ones above, I think they look cheap, but they feel really good, like I don't know if they come from TJ Maxx or home goods or target tree or dollar, so for me, when I don't know that's for me a sign that this should definitely be on my list, I think they are a great buy for only a dollar and 25 cents, you can like hang them effortlessly in your kitchen or I think rolled up in a pretty basket they would make a really nice moment in the bathroom, but I think this is the first time the dollar tree really likes to up the ante in the towel department.

Next on our list are wine glasses and there are two specific types that I want you to look for and those are the flat bottom wine glasses that I have purchased for you in the past and also the stemless wine glasses, comparable wine glasses They will cost you a lot more and believe me. I've put them to the test and I still haven't had a single break and I'm still on the same topic. I also love the clear dinnerware that Dollar Tree sells. It is practically an exact copy of the modern Creighton barrel cymbals and is half the price.

Bought again these months ago and they are still holding up very well. I have had no chips, breaks, cracks, no issues so I definitely recommend purchasing them. I definitely feel like I'm going to lose people in the next one. and those are the fake flowers and I really feel like the fake flowers on the dollar tree have improved tremendously, especially in the last few years and the reason I feel like I'm going to lose people is because I really know a lot of people. I hate buying artificial flowers like there are people who wouldn't put them in their house and that's okay but for me I think sometimes it's okay to use artificial flowers if they look good so I think there's a fine line there definitely is. . at Dollar Tree that I don't recommend buying and then there are some that I think you can get away with, so one of the fake flowers I found at Dollar Tree recently were fake dahlias, so the dahlia is the real flower.

It's actually really good quality, but the leaves are scary, so what I like to do is just remove the bad part, so I showed you this in a spring video back in the day where I did that with the lavender, the lavender. same. It looked good but the leaves looked tragic so what I like to do is remove the part that I don't really care about and I can add filler that I have at home or I can even add real and mix the fake and the real. That's an option, but you just have to do what suits you best and stay in the fake section.

I have also purchased these for you in the past and really love the faux files. I know they are very random, but fake fruits can actually be kind. They are expensive and I have also had luck at some thrift stores but I feel like these fake files look so realistic and so much better than the ones I found at Hobby Lobby at Target and many other home decor places still on the list . It is another glass item that bears the dollar tree and it is the oversized glass mugs. It's definitely another product that I really put to the test.

I've had them for months and haven't had any problems with them. I've seen pretty much the exact same thing. The same thing is sold in home products on Amazon and it is always much more expensive so I always recommend them to anyone if you are a coffee drinker. I think they are really beautiful, they look very high end without the high end price tag number. 15 has to be this very sweet ceramic incense holder. I love its neutral color and materiality, and it can essentially match any interior design style, but it's also incredibly practical. Personally, I don't love or recommend the incense sticks sold at Dollar Tree. however, the ceramic incense holder is a 10 out of 10 for me.

Number 16 takes me to the moss dollar tree. It has a couple different variations of moss and I really love it. They are reindeer moss. I know you don't get a ton, but sometimes. I only need to fill a small bowl, so for example, I found both bowls at my local thrift store and they were only a dollar each and I was able to fill both bowls with just one package of reindeer moss that the dollar tree carries. The number 17 takes me to the canvases. I love getting the dollar tree watercolor palette and painting with my kids and we just use our fingers and make a mess and they really enjoy it and I try to find some inspiration. abstract watercolor and is a really affordable way to make some fun artwork.

Obviously you'll get a smaller canvas so this is more for smaller scale artwork that you would maybe use to design shelves but I think it's a really affordable price for just a dollar and 25 cents I'm still on the same theme are the frames. Now I have had too many bad experiences with the 11 by 14 plastic frames. I know a lot of other people really like them, I highly recommend them, I just have to have bad luck with them. They always break in the corners so I don't recommend them, but I've had great luck with 8 by 10 or smaller frames, so I personally think I'd stick with the smaller dollar tree frames and use them again in a different capacity, like in shelf design and things like that.

You can also take the cork that is sold at the dollar tree and place them in an 8 by 10 frame and let them know some organization for your kids or make a nice bulletin board, I think it is also a very good use of the tree frame from dollar number 19. I'm not sure if it's new or maybe new to me, but I found these black heavy duty metal clips in the school section and I think they are fantastic for only a dollar and 25 cents. They're magnetic, which is really cool if you have kids and they're constantly making things and you know you want to show them off.

Canchange one? Changing one out very easily. and I think the metal clip will always look good and last but not least I found this hand soap in an amber bottle. I personally don't love the scent of this soap but I think the bottle is very cute for only a dollar and 25 cents I don't know if you remember many years ago bolero used to make these huge shampoo and conditioner sets in colored bottles amber, and I always used to throw the contents away, remove the label and put my own label. and it was such an affordable way to get aesthetic bath soaps, bath lotions, at least the look of them, and then you can always fill them with whatever you want and that sums up my top 20
