He burned the fat, the kidneys and the long lobe of the liver of the sin offering as the Lord commanded Moses, the flesh and skin he burned outside the camp, then he slaughtered the burnt offering, his sons gave him the blood and he sprinkled it against the sides of the altar they gave him the burnt offering piece by piece including the head and he burned them on the altar he washed the internal organs and the legs and burned them on top of the burnt offering on the altar Aaron then brought the offering that was for the people he took the male goat for the sin offering of the people and he slaughtered it and offered it as a sin offering as he did with the first one he brought the burnt offering and offered it in the prescribed manner he also brought the grain offering he took a handful and burned it in the altar in addition to the morning burnt offering, he slaughtered the ox and the ram as a communion offering for the people, his sons gave him the blood and he splashed it against the sides of the altar, but the fat portions of the ox and the ram the tail fat the layer of fat the kidneys and the long lobe of the liver these were placed on the breasts and then aeron burned the fat on the altar aeron waved the breasts and the right thigh before the lord like a wave Offering as Moses ordered, then Aaron raised He raised his hands toward the people and blessed them, and after having sacrificed the sin offering, the burnt offering, and the communion sacrifice, he came down.
Moses and Aaron then entered the tent of meeting, when they came out, they blessed the people and the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people. Fire came out from the presence of the Lord and consumed the burnt offering and the portions of fat on the altar and when all the The people saw it, they shouted for joy and fell face down leviticus chapter 10 air on the children Nadab and the Baihu took their senses, put fire in them and added incense and offered unauthorized fire before the lord against his order, so fire came out from the presence of the lord and consumed them and they died before the lord Moses then said to Aaron this is what the lord spoke to him about when he said among those who come near me I will be proven holy in the eyes of all the people I will be Honored Aaron was silent.
Moses called Michelle and Elzaphan, the children of Aaron's uncle Aziel, and told them to come here, take their cousins out of the camp, away from the front of the sanctuary, so they came and took them away still in their robes. outside the camp as Moses commanded, then Moses said to Aaron and his sons, Eliezer and Ithamar, do not let your hair become disheveled. and do not tear your clothes so you will die and the lord will be angry with the whole community but your relatives all the Israelites can mourn for those whom the lord has destroyed with fire do not leave the entrance of the tent of meeting or you will die because the oil of the anointing of the lord is upon you, so they did as Moses said, then the lord said to aaron, you and your sons must not drink wine or any other fermented drink every time you enter the tent of meeting or you will die.

Take the grain offering that is left over from the offerings prepared without yeast and presented to the Lord and eat it at the altar because it is a most holy thing, eat it in the sanctuary area because it is your share and your son's share of the offerings presented to the Lord, for so they have commanded me, but you, your sons and your daughters may eat the breast that was shaken and the thigh that was presented.

I am the Lord your God who has separated you from the nations. Therefore, you must make a distinction between clean and unclean animals and between unclean and clean birds. Do not defile yourself with any animal or bird or anything that moves on the ground. that I have separated is unclean for you, you will be holy to me because I, the Lord, am holy and have separated you from the nations to be mine. A man or woman who is a medium or spiritualist among you must be executed. you will stone them their blood will fall on their own heads leviticus chapter 21 the lord said to moses speak to the priests the sons of aaron and tell them that a priest must not become ceremonially unclean for any of his people who die except for a close relative, such as his mother or father, his son or daughter, his brother or an unmarried sister who depends on him, since he has no husband for her, can defile himself, he should not defile himself with people related to him by marriage and thus priests should not defile themselves. shave their head or shave the edges of their beard or cut their body they must be holy to their god and they must not profane the name of their god because they present food offerings to the lord the food of their god they must be holy they must not marry women contaminated by prostitution or divorced from their husbands because the priests are holy to your god consider them holy because they offer the food of your god consider them holy because I the lord am holy I who will be sanctified if the daughter of a priest defiles herself by becoming a prostitute dishonor his father must be burned in the fire.
The high priest who among his brothers has had the anointing oil poured on his head and has been ordered to wear the priestly vestments must not let his hair become disheveled or tear his You should not enter a place where there is a corpse, you should not defile yourself, not even for your father or your mother, nor leave the sanctuary of your god nor desecrate it because it has been dedicated by the anointing oil of your god. I am the lord. The woman he marries must be a virgin. He must not marry a widow, a divorced woman or a woman contaminated by prostitution, but only a virgin from her own people so that her descendants are not contaminated among her people.
I am the lord who sanctifies them. The Lord said to Moses, tell Aaron, for generations to come, none of your descendants who have a defect will be able to approach to offer the food of their god, no man who has any defect, no man who is blind or lame, disfigured or deformed, no man crippled in his feet or legs. hand, nor a hunchback, nor a dwarf, nor one who has any defect in his eyes, nor one who has suppurating or suppurating sores, nor damaged testicles, nor a descendant of the air in the priest who has any defect should come forward to present food offerings to the lord He has a defect, he should not approach to offer the food of his god, he can eat the most holy food of his god as well as the sacred food, however, due to his defect, he should not approach the curtain or approach the altar and thus desecrate my sanctuary.
I am the lord. that sanctifies them thus Moses said this to Aaron and his sons and to all the Israelites Leviticus 22 the Lord said to Moses tell Aaron and his sons to treat with respect the sacred offerings that the Israelites consecrate to me so that they do not profane my holy name I am the lord tell them for generations to come if any of your descendants is ceremonially unclean and still approaches the sacred offerings that the Israelites consecrate to the lord that person must be separated from my presence I am the lord if a descendant of aeron has a contaminating skin disease or bodily discharge cannot eat the sacred offerings until he is clean he will also be unclean if he touches anything contaminated by a corpse or by someone who has omission of semen or if he touches any crawler that defiles him or any person that defiles it, whatever the impurity of the one who touches such a thing.
He will be unclean until nightfall. He will not be able to eat any of the sacred offerings unless he has bathed with water. When the sun sets, he will be clean and then he will be able to eat the sacred offerings because they are his food. He will not eat anything that is found dead or torn by wild animals and thus become impure through it I am the lord the priests must perform my service in such a way that they do not become guilty anddie for treating him with contempt, I am the lord who sanctifies them, no one outside the priest's family can eat the sacred offering, neither the priest's guest nor his hired servant can eat it, but if a priest buys a slave with money or if slaves are born in their house, they can eat their food if the priest's daughter marries someone.
Apart from a priest, he cannot eat any of the sacred contributions, but if the daughter of a priest becomes widowed or divorced but has no children and returns to live in her father's house, as in her youth, he cannot eat the food from his father no unauthorized person. However, anyone who eats a sacred offering by mistake can make restitution to the priest for the offering and add a fifth of the value. The priests must not desecrate the sacred offerings that the Israelites present to the lord by allowing them to eat the sacred offering. sacred offerings and thus bring upon them guilt that requires payment I am the Lord who sanctifies them the Lord said to Moses speak to Aaron and his sons and all the Israelites and tell them if any of you, whether an Israelite or a foreigner residing in Israel, presents a burnt offering to the lord whether to fulfill a vow or as a voluntary offering you must present a male without defect of the sheep or goat cattle so that it can be accepted in your name do not bring anything with a defect because it will not be accepted in your name when someone brings from flock or flock a communion offering to the lord to fulfill a special vow or as a voluntary offering must be without blemish or spot so that it is acceptable not to offer to the lord the blind, the wounded or the maimed or anything with warts or oozing or festering sores. do not place any of these on the altar as a food offering presented to the lord, however, you may present as a voluntary offering an ox or sheep that is deformed or stunted but it will not be accepted in fulfillment of a vow you should not offer the lord an animal whose testicles are bruised crushed torn or cut you should not do this in your own land and you should not accept such animals from the hand of a foreigner and you offer them as food to your god they will not be accepted from you because they are deformed and have defects said the Lord to Moses when a calf is born, a lamb or a goat must stay with its mother for seven days.
Starting on the eighth day, it will be acceptable as a vegetable offering presented to the Lord. You shall not sacrifice a cow or a sheep with its young on the same day that you sacrifice a thank offering. Sacrifice the Lord in such a way that it is accepted in your name. It must be eaten that same day. Leave nothing for the morning. I am the Lord. Keep my commandments and Follow them I am the Lord do not profane my holy name because I must be recognized as holy by the Israelites I am the Lord who made you holy and who brought you out of Egypt to be your god I am the Lord Leviticus chapter 23 the Lord said to Moses speak with the Israelites and tell them these are my appointed festivals the appointed festivals of the lord that you must proclaim as sacred assemblies there are six days in which you can work but the seventh day is a day of sabbath rest a day of sacred assembly you will not do any work wherever you are live, it is a sabbath for the lord these are the festivals designated by the lord the sacred assemblies you must proclaim at their appointed times the lord's passover begins at sunset on the 14th day of the first month on the 15th day of that month the festival of the lord the bread without yeast begins for seven days you should eat bread made without yeast on the first day celebrate a sacred assembly and do not do any of your ordinary work for seven days present a food offering to the lord and on the seventh day celebrate the sacred assembly and do nothing of Your ordinary work, the Lord said to Moses, speak to the Israelites and tell them when you enter the land that I am going to give you and gather its harvest, bring the priest a sheaf of the first grain you harvest.
It is to wave the sheaf before the Lord so that it may be accepted in your name. The priest must wave it on the day after the Sabbath. a fifth of ifá of the finest flower mixed with olive oil a food offering presented to the lord of pleasant aroma and his libation of a quarter of a hin of wine you must not eat bread or toasted or new grain until the same day you bring this offering to your god. This will be a lasting ordinance for generations to come, wherever you live, from the day after the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, count seven full weeks. count fifty days until the day after the seventh sabbath and then present an offering of new grain to the lord from wherever you live bring two loaves made of one fifth of ether of the finest flower cooked with yeast as a wave offering of firstfruits to the lord you will present with this bread seven lambs each one year old and without blemish a bull and two rams will be a burnt offering to the lord along with their grain offerings and libations a food offering of a pleasing aroma to the lord then sacrifice a goat as a sin offering and two lambs each one of a year as a communion offering the priest must wave the two lambs before the lord as a wave offering together with the bread of the firstfruits they are a sacred offering to the lord For the priest, that same day you must proclaim a sacred assembly and not do no ordinary work.
This will be a lasting ordinance for generations to come, wherever you live, when you gather the harvest of your land, do not reap to the ends. from your field or gather the ears of your harvest leave them for the poor and for the stranger who resides among you I am the lord your god the lord said to Moses tell the Israelites on the first day of the seventh month you will have a day of rest an assembly sacred commemorated with trumpet blasts do not do any of your ordinary work but present an offering of food to the lord the lord said to Moses the tenth day of the seventh month is the day of atonement hold a sacred assembly and deny yourselves and present an offering of food to the lord do not do any work on that day because it is the day of atonement when atonement is made for you before the lord your god those who do not deny themselves on that day must be cut off from their people, I will destroy them from among his people to anyone who does any work on that day, you will do no work at all, this will be a lasting ordinance for generations to come, wherever you live, it is a Sabbath day of rest for you and you must refuse from the evening of the ninth of the month until the next evening you must observe your Sabbath the Lord said to Moses tell the Israelites that on the fifteenth day of the seventh month the Feast of the Lord's Tabernacles begins and lasts seven days the first day is a sacred assembly do not do anything of your ordinary work for seven days he presents offerings of food to the lord and on the eighth day he celebrates a sacred assembly and presents an offering of food to the lord it is the special closing assembly not doing any of his ordinary work these are the festivals appointed by the lord the which you must proclaim as sacred assemblies to bring food offerings to the Lord, burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and libations required for each day.
These offerings are additional to those on the Sabbaths of the Lord and in addition to your offerings and everything you have promised and all the freewill offerings that you give to the Lord, so beginning on the fifteenth day of the seventh month after you have gathered the crops of the land, celebrate the festival to the Lord for seven days, the first day being a Sabbath day of rest and the eighth day is also a Sabbath day of rest; On the first day you will take branches from leafy trees, palm trees, willows and other leafy trees, and you will rejoice before the Lord your god for seven days. days celebrate this as a festival to the lord for seven days each year this will be a lasting ordinance for generations to come celebrate it in the seventh month live in temporary shelters for seven days all native Israelites must live in such shelters so that your descendants will know what I did that the Israelites lived in temporary shelters when I took them out of Egypt I am the Lord your god so Moses announced to the Israelites the appointed festivals of the Lord Leviticus chapter 24 the Lord said to Moses command that the Israelites bring them clear olive oil pressed for illumination, so that the lamps may be kept burning continually outside the curtain that protects the ark of the law of the covenant in the tent of the air of meeting, is to keep the lamps before the Lord from evening until morning continually this It will be a lasting ordinance for generations to come.
The lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the Lord must be continually cared for. Take the finest flower and bake twelve loaves using a fifth of an ifá for each loaf. Place them in two piles, six in each pile. the table of pure gold before the lord next to each pile place a little pure incense as a commemorative portion to represent the bread and as an offering of food presented to the lord this bread must be placed before the lord regularly Saturday after Saturday in the name of the Israelites as a lasting covenant, it belongs to Aaron and his sons, who must eat it in the sanctuary area because it is a most holy part of their perpetual share of the food offerings presented to the Lord now the son of an Israelite mother and an Egyptian father went out among the Israelites and a fight broke out in the camp between him and an Israelite.
The son of the Israelite woman used the name blasphemously with a curse, so they took him to Moses. His mother's name was Shalometh. The daughter of Dybride, the Danite, they took him into custody. until the Lord's will was made clear to them then the Lord told Moses to take the blasphemer out of the camp and all who heard him were to put their hands on his head and the whole assembly was to stone him, tell the Israelites, whoever curse their god will be held responsible, anyone who uses the name of the lord blasphemously will be executed, the entire assembly must own them, whether foreigner or native when they use the name blasphemously anyone who takes the life of a human being must be executed Anyone who takes the life of another's animal must be executed.
He must make restitution life for life. Anyone who harms his neighbor must be injured in the same way. fracture by fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. wound he who kills an animal must make restitution but he who kills a human being must be executed the same law must have for the foreigner and native I am the lord your god so Moses spoke to the Israelites and they took the blasphemer out of the camp and stoned it the Israelites did as the Lord commanded Moses Leviticus chapter 25 the Lord told Moses from Mount Sinai to speak to the Israelites and tell them when they enter the land that I am going to give them the land itself they must observe a Sabbath at Lord for six years so that their fields and for six years they prune their vineyards and gather their crops but in the seventh year the land is to have a year of rest on a Saturday for the Lord do not plant your fields or prune your vineyards do not harvest what grows by itself nor gather the grapes from your unattended vineyards the land must have a year of rest whatever the land produces during the sabbatical year you will have food for yourself, your male and female servants, the day laborer and the temporary inhabitant who lives among you, so as for your cattle and the wild beasts of your land, everything that the land produces may be eaten, count seven sabbatical years seven times seven years, so that the seven sabbatical years are equivalent to a period of 49 years, then blow the trumpet in everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month, on the day of atonement, blow the trumpet throughout your land, consecrate the 50th year and proclaim freedom.
In all the land for all its inhabitants it will be a jubilee for you, each of you must return to your family property and your own clan the year 50 will be a jubilee because you will not sow or harvest what grows by itself or harvest the abandoned vines because it is a jubilee and it will be holy because you will eat only what is taken directly from the fields in this year of jubilee each one will return to his own property if he sells land to any of his own people or buys it. Their lands shall not be used by one another;
You will buy from your own people according to the number of years since the jubilee, and they will sell to you according to the number of years left to harvest the crops when the time comes. The years are many, the price must be increased and when the years are few, the price must be lowered because what they are really selling you is the quantity of crops, do not take advantage of each other, but fear your god, I am the lord, your god follows my orders. decrees and be careful to obey my laws and you will live safely in the land then the land will bear its fruit and you will eat your fill and you will live there safely you can ask what we will eat in the seventh year if you do not sow or harvest our crops.
I will send you such a blessing in the sixth year that the land will produce enough for three years, while you sow during the eighth year, you will eat of the previous harvest and continue to eat from it until the harvest of the ninth year comes in the land must not be sold permanently because the land is mine and you reside in my land as foreigners and pilgrims inall the land they have as a possession must provide for the redemption of the land if one of your fellow Israelites becomes impoverished and sells some of their property, their closest relative must come and redeem what they have sold, if however there is no one to redeemed, but then prosper and acquire sufficient means to redeem it themselves, they must determine the value of the years since they sold it and repay the balance to the one to whom they sold it, then they can return to their own property, but if they do not acquire the means to pay for what was sold they will remain in the possession of the buyer until the year of the jubilee it will be returned to him in the jubilee and he may return to his property anyone who sells a house in a walled city retains the right of redemption a full year after If it is sold during that time the seller may redeem it.
If it is not redeemed before a full year has passed, the house in the walled city will permanently belong to the buyer and the buyer's descendants. It will not be returned in the jubilee, but houses in villages without walls around them will be considered belonging. to the open field they can be redeemed and must be returned in the jubilee. The Levites always have the right to redeem their houses in the Levite towns that they own, so the property of the Levites is redeemable, that is, a house sold in any town. They have and must be returned in the Jubilee because the houses in the cities of the Levites are their property among the Israelites, but the pasture lands that belong to their cities are not to be sold, it is their permanent possession if any of their fellow Israelites become impoverished. and they cannot support themselves among you help them as you would a foreigner and stranger so that they can continue living among you do not take any interest or profit from them but fear your god so that they can continue living among you you must Do not lend the money with interest or You sell them food at a profit.
I am the Lord your god who brought you out of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan and to be your god if any of your fellow Israelites become poor and sell themselves to you. do not make them work as slaves, they will be treated as hired workers or temporary residents among you, they will work for you until the year of jubilee, then they and their children will be freed and return to their own clans and the property of their ancestors because the Israelites are my servants whom I brought out of Egypt, they must not be sold as slaves, do not rule them without mercy, but fear your god, your male and female slaves must come from the surrounding nations, from them you can buy slaves, you can also buy some of the temporary residents who live among you and members of their clans born in your country and will become your property, you can bequeath them to your children as inherited property and you can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule your Israelite brothers without mercy if a foreigner who resides among you becomes rich and any of your Israelite brothers becomes poor and sells themselves to a foreigner or to a member of the clan of foreigners retains the right of redemption after having been sold one of their relatives can be redeemed by an uncle or a cousin or any relative blood of their clan can redeem them or if they prosper they can redeem themselves and their buyer must count the time from the year they were sold to the year of jubilee the price for their release will be based on the rate paid to a worker hired for that number of years if many years remain They must pay for their redemption a greater part of the price paid for them if only a few years remain until the year of jubilee.
They must calculate it and pay their redemption accordingly. They should be treated as workers hired from year to year. They must ensure that those to whom they owe service do not rule them mercilessly, even if someone is not redeemed in any of these ways, they and their children must be freed in the year of jubilee because the Israelites belong to me as servants. They are my servants whom I brought out of Egypt I am the lord your god chapter 26 do not make idols for yourselves nor set up an image or sacred stone nor place carved stones in your land to bow down to it I am the lord your god observe my sabbaths and have reverence for my sanctuary I am the lord if you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commandments I will send you rain in its season and the earth will give its crops and the trees their fruits your threshing will continue until the grape harvest and the grape harvest It will continue until the sowing and you will eat all the food you want and you will live safely in your land I will give you peace on earth and you will lie down and no one will scare you. remove the wild beasts from the earth and the sword will not pass through your country you will pursue your enemies and they will fall by the sword before you five of you you will pursue a hundred and a hundred of you you will pursue ten thousand and your enemies will fall by the sword before you I will look with favor and make you fruitful and increase your number and keep my covenant with you you will still be eating last year's harvest when you will have to remove it to make room for the new one I will put my dwelling place among you and will not sustain you.
I will walk among you and be your god and you will be my people. I am the Lord your god who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians. I broke the bars of your yoke and allowed you to walk with your heads held high, but if you do not listen to me and do not fulfill all these commandments and if you reject my decrees and hate my laws and do not fulfill all my commands. and so you violate my covenant, then I will do this to you, I will bring upon you a sudden terror, devastating diseases and fever that will destroy your sight and sap your strength, you will plant seeds in vain because your enemies will eat them, I will set my face against you. you to be defeated by your enemies those who hate you will rule you and you will flee even when no one pursues you if after all this you do not listen to me I will punish you for your sins seven times as much I will tear down your stubborn pride and make the sky above you like iron and the ground beneath you like bronze.
Your strength will be spent in vain because your soil will not bear fruit nor will the trees of your land bear fruit if you remain hostile. towards me and you do not listen to me I will multiply your afflictions seven times as your sins deserve I will send wild beasts against you and they will steal your children they will destroy your livestock and I will make you so few in number that your ways will be abandoned if in spite of these things you do not accept my correction and you continue to be hostile towards me, I myself will be hostile towards you and I will afflict you seven times for your sins and I will bring the sword upon you to avenge the breach of the covenant when you withdraw to your cities I will send a plague among you and you will be handed over in the hands of the enemy when I cut off your bread supply ten women will be able to bake your bread in an oven and they will distribute the bread by weight you will eat but you will not be satisfied if despite this you still do not listen to me but continue to be hostile towards me then in my wrath I will be hostile to you and I myself will punish you for your sins seven times you will eat the flesh of your sons in the flesh of your daughters I will destroy your high places I will cut down your altars of incense and I will heap your corpses on the lifeless forms of your idols and I will hate, I will turn your cities into ruins and I will devastate your sanctuaries and I will not delight in the pleasant aroma of your offerings.
I myself will devastate the land so that your enemies who live there may be horrified. I will scatter you among the nations who will draw my sword and pursue you, your land will be devastated and your cities will be left in ruins, then the land will enjoy its sabbatical years as long as it is desolate and you will be in the country of your enemies, then the land You will rest and enjoy your Saturdays all the time. While it is desolate, the land will have the rest that it did not have during the Sabbaths that you have lived in it, since I will make those who remain of you have their hearts so fearful in the lands of their enemies that the sound of a wind - broken blade will put them to flight they will run as if they were fleeing from the sword and they will fall although no one pursues them they will stumble over each other as if they were fleeing from the sword although no one is chasing them so you will not be able to stand before your enemies you will perish among the nations the land of your enemies will devour you, those of you who remain will perish in the lands of their enemies because of their sins also because of the sins of their ancestors they will perish but if they confess their sins and the sins of their ancestors, their infidelity and their hostility towards me, which made me hostile towards them, so that I sent them to the land of their enemies, then when their uncircumcised hearts will be humbled and pay for their sin.
I will remember my covenant with Jacob and my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham and I will remember the land because the land will be deserted by them and will enjoy its Sabbaths while it lies desolate without them. They will pay for their sins because I rejected my laws and hated my decrees, but despite this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them or hate them to destroy them completely, breaking my covenant with them. I am the Lord their god, but for love of them. I will remember the covenant with your ancestors whom I brought out of Egypt before the eyes of the nations to be their god I am the Lord these are the decrees the laws and regulations that the Lord established on Mount Sinai between him and the Israelites through moses leviticus chapter 27 the lord told moses speak to the israelites and tell them if anyone makes a special vow to dedicate a person to the lord giving him the equivalent value set the value of a male between the ages of 20 and 60 in 50 shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a woman set its value at 30 shekels for a person between 5 and 20 years of age, set the value of a man at 20 shekels and of a woman at 10 shekels for a person between 1 month and five years fixed the value of a man at five shekels of silver and that of a woman at three shekels of silver;
For a person of 60 years or older, they said the value of a man at 15 shekels and of a woman at 10 shekels. If anyone making the vow is too poor to pay the specified amount, the person who dedicates himself must be presented to the priest, who will set the value according to what the one who makes the vow can pay if what he promised is an animal that is acceptable as an offering to the lord such an animal given to the lord becomes holy they should not change it or substitute a good one for a bad one or a bad one for a good one if they must substitute one animal for another both it and the substitute become holy if what they made the vow is a ceremonially unclean animal one that is not acceptable as an offering to the lord the animal must be presented to the priest who will judge its quality as good or bad whatever value the priest then establishes that is what it will be if the owner wishes to redeem the animal a fifth must be added to its value if anyone dedicates his house as something holy to the lord the priest will judge its quality as good or mala any value that the priest later establishes will remain so if the one who dedicates his The house wishes to redeem it, he must add a fifth to its value and the house will once again be his if someone dedicates part of his family's land to the lord.
Its value will be set according to the amount of seed required for it, fifty shekels of silver. to one homer of barley seed, if they dedicate a field during the year of the jubilee, the fixed value is maintained, but if they dedicate a field after the jubilee, the priest will determine the value according to the number of years remaining until the following year of jubilee and its fixed value will be reduced if the one who dedicates the field wishes to redeem it must add a fifth to its value and the field will become his again if he does not redeem the field or if he has sold it to someone else it can never be redeemed when the field be released in the jubilee it will become holy like a field dedicated to the lord it will become priestly property if someone dedicates to the lord a field that he has purchased and that is not part of his family land the priest will determine its value until the year of the jubilee and the owner must pay its value on that day as something holy to the lord in the year of jubilee the field will refer to the person from whom it was purchased the one whose land was If each value will be fixed according to the shekel of the sanctuary, twenty tours per shekel, But no one can dedicate the firstborn of an animal, since the firstborn already belongs to the lord, whether it is an ox or a sheep, it belongs to the lord.
If it is one of the unclean animals, it can be returned to its established value by adding a fifth of the value. If not, It is redeemed and sold at its established value, but nothing that a person owns and dedicates to the Lord, whether a human being or an animal or family land, can be sold or redeemed. Everything consecrated is most holy to the Lord. No one dedicated to the Lord. destruction can be redeemed, a tithe must be executed of everything that comes from the land where the grain of the ground or the fruit of the trees belongs to the lord.
It is holy to the lord. Whoever wants to redeem part of his tithe must add a fifth to it. of value every tithe of cattle and flock every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd's rod will be holy to the lord no one can separate the good from the bad or make any substitution if someone makes a substitution, both the animal and its substitute become holy and cannot be redeemed. These are the commandments that the Lord gave to Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.
