In a small hole in the wall. This is satisfaction in the street. Ok, we are in a small banmian place. And we're going to order something from Xinjiang. Good morning! Good morning. That is wonderful. Let's sit down and eat some banmian. You can eat banmian all over China, also known as noodles without broth. But here in Xinjiang, handmade noodles are taken to the next level. They are super thick and have a nice, chewy texture. texture that you are sure to enjoy. They are pulled slowly and hit hard to loosen the dough. And here, you choose the ingredients and they are fried in a delicious sauce that is poured on top of your freshly pulled noodles.
They will blow Super simple, but so filling and delicious. So our noodles just arrived. Taken by hand. And this is the sauce they've been frying. And they are going to pour it on top of the noodles. You come here in August and you'll get super plump, juicy grapes. It's April now, so it's not the season. But I must say that you come here at any time of the year, especially now in April. out of season It's super fun and I'm impressed by this city Our taxi is right there And we're taking it to go eat delicious meat for dinner We're heading out to get some meat And we actually found the jackpot Lamb heaven So We've been walking around exploring And we got a tip from the local taxi driver to come eat here To eat a lot of meat Because meat is famous in Xinjiang It's hard to get it That's a skill We're going to have a nice big plate of this But I'm really bad at This What we stumbled upon was a real meat jackpot.
There were these huge juicy, big, fat lamb kebabs covered in salt, cumin and garlic and pressed directly into these grilled nang buns So the juices would seep out. But the real prize was this huge oven full of lamb legs Ribs and steaks All lightly seasoned with salt 10 minutes before they were ready to come out of the oven People started gathering and competing to try it first Look at that That's it This is beautiful! Oh, look at that! This is meat heaven! Beautiful meat! This is the craziest meat festival Gorgeous I'm so excited for this meat Look how much meat is there Everyone is so excited to eat this This is lamb heaven I can't believe my eyes right now Even the shop owner is taking photos it's so magical Now everyone's fighting over the meat It's crazy Everyone's fighting over the meat I'm just waiting patiently I don't want to...
I'll take the last That meat is so bulky Let's get a leg now We have two ribs. Oh, there it is. Precious. So I had to wait for everyone to arrive. And now… Awesome!! We have it all here now, guys. This is like meat heaven. Oh, look at this beautiful, huge piece of bone-in lamb. And the yellow fat is about to burst. And I also have two pork ribs! Guys, this is totally lamb heaven. Lamb's paradise. It is a sanctuary of the lamb. And then here I have 5 beautiful lamb kebabs on top of the naan bread, which is also seasoned with chillies and cumin.
And the lamb juices are soaked in that bread. I have a mixed bread. lamb organ It is called yangzasui, so there is the fat, the lung and the liver. I actually don't know everything that's in there And there's stuffed intestine Intestine stuffed with rice I think it's going to be good We'll see And then we're done Here we have mianpian tang, which is those pinched slices of noodles in a nice, hearty, healthy broth. It looks like there are some legumes in there. And you know what we're going to go to first. This beauty. Look at that piece of meat.
Looks like I just have to go in. Wow! Oh wow guys, I've never had lamb like this. It just explodes with juice and it's quite salty and the fat just explodes. That gives it a lot of flavor. Apart from the mixed lamb organ salad. This was a meal to remember. Everything was fantastic. And Turban really is a city you have to visit. If you come, you will have the time of your life and you will also eat the best food. So we've had an amazing day here in Turpan.
