s, so first we're going to start with the dumbbell presses and do 10 times 10, so when it's all said and done. You will do 100 repetitions of dumbbell presses. I prefer to sit alone because you have more stability. If you are standing, you will engage your core much more, but for this particular

In this one, we're going to do five sets of 10 standing, with your hands at your sides raising them so your arms are parallel to the floor and then you're going to target the back of your delts by leaning into this is called back flies, you really want to aim for the rear deltoids. I like to do five exercises, eight repetitions each. The five exercises are front raises, lateral raises, back flies, upright rows and shoulder presses, so you have five consecutive exercises, eight repetitions. each is 40 repetitions, so choose a weight so you can control the weight of each repetition.
