on Friday. On the night it all happened inside an apartment on Crystally Place near downtown in Virginia Beach, court documents say Jenkins' wife called 9-1-1 after the shooting.

The victim is 28-year-old Timothy Talley III. Family members say he is also a Navy sailor. but he's not stationed in Hampton Roads. Documents say Jenkins' wife told police she was involved in a sexual act with Talley at the time of the shooting. She told investigators that she feared for her life because she believed Jenkins tried to shoot them both once police. The documents that arrived say Jenkins

shots at Talley and told investigators where to find the gun on Facebook. Several of Talley's friends and family are posting about him. Jenkins' preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 12.
