and this is breakfast number one a while ago JJ Watt shocked the world when he revealed his huge

. JJ required two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners, he's so big it's around five. days of food for the average person. I have until midnight tonight to finish every meal JJ had on his massive meal plan, but this is where it's going to get interesting. He also loved cheat meals. I'm going to have to finish all of JJ's. favorite cheat meals plus your huge meal plan that will really make this challenge even more challenging, okay this is something french toast is very filling after pouring myself some tasty milk, I decided to dive head first into eggs, made quick work of eggs and moved on to the next item, very good, start, next item on JJ's first breakfast, some healthy strawberries, these strawberries were very tasty but also very filling, strawberries are low, moved on to the next item, blueberries, I knew that all this fruit was going to fill me up quickly but the next item was going to be the most difficult.

I feel very healthy. Let me move on to our Rock oatmeal and don't worry, I'm just going to put a little bit in. There are two types of people in this world. people who eat oatmeal with brown sugar and people who eat oatmeal without brown sugar which team are you on comment below at first I regretted the brown sugar but after my first bite I can safely say that the regret disappeared oatmeal is one of the most filling There is food available so I knew this could cause problems for me. Oatmeal is delicious, but it's dense, it's like a brick.

Although this oatmeal felt like a bag of starchy sand entering my stomach, I was able to get through the rest. Well, that could be it. uh, catching up with me later, the last part of JJ's first breakfast was a banana and an apple. Fun fact about bananas. The most effective way to peel them is actually from the bottom. What can I say? I know my bananas very well. It's okay, everyone is JJ first. breakfast is complete now it's time to start breakfast number two, the first part of JJ's second breakfast consisted of two slices of wheat toast with peanut butter and banana along with one more tasty addition.

Alright, we have banana and peanut butter toast with some glorious honey. It's been a while since I had a peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwich. I moved on to the next item, which was two slices of wheat toast with gelatin. This was pretty basic, but hey, if you can't go wrong with toasted jelly toast, you're at the end. The last part of JJ's second breakfast was 4X, I like this shirt, so it's about 1:30 in the afternoon right now, which means I have about 10 and a half hours left in this challenge since I combined the breakfast one and breakfast too.

I decided that my strategy was going to be to do the same for JJ's lunches and dinners, but with all the dense, healthy food JJ ate for breakfast, I was pretty worried about the rest of the day, luckily the next meal on my list was the furthest from healthy, okay everyone, it's time to take the challenge to the next level. I guess since JJ was able to eat two breakfasts, two lunches, and two dinners, he has some experience in the art of eating, but now it's time to find out. Yes he has experience in another art the art of eating cheat meals apparently JJ is a big fan of brunch and when he eats brunch he really likes stuffed French toast.
I also really like stuffed French toast. Oh yeah, I knew these French toast were going to be good, but this French toast was an explosion of flavor like no other. I've had a lot of french toast in my life but for some reason it tasted amazing but when I went back to work on the rest of the french toast I started to feel the effects of that giant bowl of oatmeal I ate earlier okay this one is The French toast is very filling, but there were only a few slices left. I went back to work on the remaining French toast despite how full I was.
This French toast was delicious. The next article. I wasn't so sure about that, well, that giant plate of French toast now it's time for something I'm really not sure I'm going to like. This will be my first time trying a potato pancake. Oh, that was weird with Albertson. maple syrup I was able to make this very mild tasting potato pancake and a few minutes later this first cheat meal was complete. I must say the French toast was absolutely magical. I felt pretty good after meals one and two, but those meals were the easiest meals of the entire day.
The next meals on my list were lunches one and two. They both had the most filling foods you can eat during a massive food challenge. oh this is not going to be good, the first positive part about broccoli, shout out to all the vegans watching this for you this is about where things started to go downhill oh well ah with the help of some ranch dressing I was able to make this broccoli more tolerable questions it's hard to say what is more satisfying during the food challenges broccoli or what I ate to eat next okay our broccoli is ready that was we're just not going to talk about it the next on the list, three chicken breasts, chicken breast time, apparently JJ likes to wrap his chicken breasts in bacon, so that's what I decided to do.
I think I've had bacon wrapped chicken before. I never think I've had bacon wrapped chicken before. Not bad. I was actually rocking pretty good with this combination, but JJ's choice of sauce. He wasn't that much of a fan of yours. I know I'm going to piss off a lot of people, but the only thing in this world I truly despise is Italian dressing, and unfortunately, JJ had it as a side for this lunch. He hoped he didn't like Italian dressing. I went into this meal and didn't do it so I paired it with some ranch after going through the next chicken breast all the protein was really starting to hit me I thought these are big breasts well these things are huge.
I was able to lower the rest of the chicken and then move on to the carbs. Next, everyone. I'm starting to sweat meat and that's not good. The final part of JJ's first lunch was whole wheat pasta. It looks like we have some money, but I can. I didn't just eat plain pasta, so I brought some treats to the party. Pasta with Alfredo sauce is one of my favorite things, so it tasted magical. I'm going to say something very controversial, but in my opinion, penne pasta is the best pasta if you're with me, go ahead and drop a pasta emoji below.
I worked my way through the rest of the pasta and then it was time for lunch number two, right, lunch number one is in the first part of JJ's second lunch, steamed carrots, which wasn't there. The

fan of ranch dressing was able to mask the taste of the carrots, but next on JJ's list there was nothing in this world that was going to mask the taste of that stuff like baby food, oh my god I can do it. this situation has to take one for the team, all I can say is that this dish was disgusting and I never plan on eating it again during the last item of lunch number two, the last part of JJ's second lunch, more chicken breasts, which again I decided to eat completely wrapped in bacon which has been the first lunch and lunch too.
I can't even remember what I have next. I hope whatever I have to eat doesn't have so much Pro. I'll definitely go vegan after this challenge, apparently barbecue is one of JJ Watt's favorite things to eat. He likes them so much that they mail him smoked turkey and lean cuts of brisket. Unfortunately, there is no place near me that serves smoked turkey, but I was able to get the best brisket. In my city we all have it there, we have a very tasty authentic brisket. I thought French toast was going to be my favorite thing in this challenge, okay it's pretty toasty, but this BBQ brisket stole the show.
I made sure to really enjoy it because The meal I ate next was going to be difficult, okay everyone, and just like cheat meal number two is over for everyone, it's around 5:30 right now and I have the dinner number one and number two along with the final cheat meal right now. They cut just over 14,000 calories, which is honestly nothing if you've seen my food challenges before. The difficulty of this food challenge had less to do with the calorie content and more to do with the high volume of foods in JJ's meal plan, such as sweet potatoes and broccoli.
They take up more space in your stomach and are harder to digest, but the hardest thing to digest right now was protein and for the past few hours I had been eating total protein for weeks and dinner was about to have a lot more to go around. I had dinner here first and I just have to say I've never had lamb chops before so you know, I'm going to try them first. I expected I wouldn't like them very much, but surprisingly I did, it actually wasn't bad. I almost forgot my drink, no it's not me peeing, it's me filling my water cup, as soon as I got back to the lamb chops my stomach started fighting.
I was able to push through the rest of the lamb chops, but the next item was really going to give me trouble. The lamb chops are low. The next part of JJ's first dinner. Another pasta dish. Very good. Now let's get into our pasta. Right here for this pasta dish. I decided to bring a known friend. party and topped it with some bacon bits as I took my first bite a few seconds later, I took a look at what I had next, let's just say I wasn't very excited and then the Alfredo sauce is catching up to me at this point.
Running out of space in my stomach I quickly ran out of pasta and had to finish dinner with some asparagus which was only going to fill my stomach even more apparently we have our ever so tasty asparagus I know this is going to suck oh no way no way I can eat that, luckily, I had a backup plan, another plan, y'all, I gotta do what I gotta do, well, using a side of nacho cheese that started with the asparagus after I finished, I only had one more dinner left. Very good, the asparagus. is down along with the first dinner hour for dinner number two for your second dinner JJ Watts started with a tasty filet so I have some filet mignon right here everyone I feel like I'm about to turn into a chicken breast or a piece of steak.
I've done a lot of things in my life but it occurred to me that I've never dipped a filet mignon and nacho cheese into it now this was all my taste buds needed my mouth just can't stand any more meat this would be too buttery bite go big or go home to be honest. I'm surprised my taste buds even worked at this point. The snake now has my stomach close to incapacity. Taking down the next item was going to be a battle. Another side of steamed broccoli. Broccoli can be. Anything else in the world right now could be a giant shoe on a plate and I'd rather eat the shoe than this broccoli.
Time to bring a family friend over from the party using some of my signature wow sauce, it was time to go after the last side of broccoli well I just hope you help me oh man that's so bad I hate broccoli so much right now, oh my god, I'm so sorry I made it to the final article, the last part of JJ's second dinner was another dish. of Hawaiian pasta more pasta right now I'm full to the brim oh it's like I have a newborn child there the only problem now is figuring out how I was going to eat the pasta.
I can't eat Alfredo sauce again, although I could have something better, oh what happened to this marinara sauce? Damn, I know I'm going to get a lot of heat for this, you know what everyone, thanks, dishwasher. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I know all the Italians just didn't like the video, but they all left it. I present to you the most Americanized pasta dish you have ever seen in your life for a second. I actually contemplated whether or not I should put this Creation vowel in my mouth, but this was the last thing on JJ's meal plan and I had to do it.
Doing what he had to do is actually not bad as I stopped this abomination in my mouth the feeling of fullness really hit me with plenty of time left in the challenge. I could take a break but I made the decision to pass on this pasta and a few minutes. Later, with only a few bites left, I ate the rest of the pasta and the challenge was almost complete with just over three hours left. I successfully finished every meal on JJ Watts' massive meal plan. Now he may have finished his usual

diet

plan, but everyone, he's not done yet.
As I walk through the supermarket looking for the latest item, I finally realized how crazy these diets for professional athletes really are, not only that, but with the amount of vegetables, lean proteins, and fruits that JJ ate every day. He really looks like a guy whoreally likes to eat healthy foods according to people.com. JJ Watt enjoyed an entire package of Oreos for his cheat meal.
