There are thousands of Dos

game

s, most of them are terrible. I play a

ly selected one with a 20 minute time limit and record it live. This is the result. Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another

random

dance

game

show

. This is from zor and we have. there is some serious construction going on on some CGA graphics and this is

oligopoly

, sounds a bit like Monopoly, we have a beautiful PC speaker theme designed by James Kerwin, program by John blue and Michael D C hippolyty wow, press any key to start, okay, how many players are there? a good multiplayer game, player one's name Lonnie, player two's name gems, I know I could have chosen a silly name, but let's follow the rules.

Lonnie's turn, okay, James chooses the red cabbage, you choose the Boston lettuce. Boston lettuce wins and gets 8 million dollars. Oh my goodness, and then we have a nice closeup of the world, oh right, at the top we have our cash and our value, and Greece is apparently worth six million, so yeah, let's buy Greece, okay, it's James' turn, he's Okay, so I. I'm approaching the planet here, uh, Indonesia, it's worth 8 million, will you buy it? Yeah, sure, why not, okay, other businesses, uh, let's press Y and see what happens so we have the option to invest, borrow, sell or quit, uh, it seems to be. keyboard controlled and pretty slow and it feels like a first person Monopoly game, which is interesting except it's

oligopoly

, you're an oligarch, you have millions of dollars and you can do whatever you want, so I jumped in the boat and nothing happened. maybe I need to press the space bar now, okay, it's Lonnie's turn, so I think the bits at the bottom, if you choose to try again, actually do something to make the 10 million Hong Kong, yeah, Let's take Hong Kong James' turn, so he didn't ask me.

More Interesting Facts About,

random dos game show 737 oligopoly 1987...

If I had any other business there, I would just go back to my shift. I have to say that the graphics, the CGA graphics, are quite well done and here is a country that no longer exists, Yugoslavia, will I buy it? Yes, let's keep shopping. everything and keeps asking James if he has other business, so Lolly is currently defeating James, possibly because of that horse race, so it's Lonnie's turn again and I think I'm starting to see the limitations of the game here. It's a good concept, will I buy it? Iraq, uh, look at the oil icon, no, I've decided not to, other matters, yeah, let's take a look and see, with the option to quit, presumably we have the location there as detailed on the icon, um, there's a car, oh, is that these are. just the icons of all the things that we have good, so with the option of buying a shelf we can continue on our happy journey and then each of those icons, I believe, is a country that we own so that we can invest, borrow, sell or whatever.

Interesting, so back to James' turn, I think I've seen most of what's going on here. I think he picks a random country in the world and gives you the option to buy it and then it's a lot like the housing system in Monopoly if you then buy it. I almost say owned a country and then the other person lands in it, so yeah, so there are quarterly shipping interest reports, so shipping costs and shipping profits have a big marginal impact on everything, so that changes the cash and value, okay. I wish I knew I didn't sail.

Those menus correctly, but West Germany, wow, that dates back, yeah, sure, why wouldn't I buy other businesses in West Germany? Yeah, let's take a look at this, so if I press, I invest the current profit of 1.5 million, the expected profit is 3 million and I think invest. If you see a little square under the car, I think it's the equivalent of putting houses on your property, but the problem with this is that there are so many countries that it's not like Monopoly in the sense that there are a limited number of squares on the board, I wonder. press Enter to reverse, so the previous profits were 1.5 new profits 3 million and we can just escape from that, so we get to what turned six or seven or whatever and no one has hit anyone else's country until now.
Will I buy China for 8 million, okay, no other business. James is boring and Lonnie's net worth is still skyrocketing, but his cash flow has slowed down a bit, it seems to stay that way and unfortunately there seem to be a lot of countries like the ones I could see. It would work great if it was just Europe or just Africa or some other place you know rather than the entire world, but since it's the entire world you'd need a significant number of players to justify a monopoly style game here. I won't buy Thailand. and I have no other matters, well, I mean, if you're going to have Taiwan, you're going to have absolutely everything, the next thing we're going to have in Mozambique, you know, so I'll leave it here, not because it's a bad idea, a game of Monopoly first person in which playing with an oligarch buying random countries is a great concept, the interface is okay, but not tremendous.
I'm serious, you'd say if you looked at the manual you'd pick it up pretty quickly, and obviously it's a local multiplayer game so you need someone else. there to enjoy it. I've already pointed out the big problem here, so unless you have four or five different friends all gathered around the same screen, you'll have to wait a while before someone arrives in your country and you'll get that sweet, sweet money. and if you like me talking about random dance games, I do that all the time, feel free to check out the hundreds of other videos on my channel and if you like what you see there you can always subscribe and if you don't have that much money like an oligarch but you have strength of character and an ambiguous spirit, you could be one of my rich patrons at heart, look at those big names, wonderful people and their collective value to me is much greater than that of any country, so yes, an interesting, interesting idea. execution but there are some bugs oligopoly until next time
