NITRO TO ELECTRIC BRUSHLESS CONVERSION 1/8 RC BUGGY

from

to

electric

, watch this video guys for the

conversion

process. Hyper Seven Brushes Conversion. Hello and welcome back to the RC workshop guys, today we have on the bench 1 8 scale your bao Hyper 7 uh

nitro

boogie. We are converting this Hyper 7 Nitro. Brushless and

electric

buggy

. I see, I also know what you're thinking. Our poor nitro car looks so nice, clean and tidy, it's clean and tidy and runs like an absolute champ, but with the second leg cable it goes like you get ready, you pack the whole car in the car, you're going places with it, you've got everything loaded, you're ready to go, you've tuned it, you get there and that happens to the pull cord and it's not even broke, it's the spring inside or the plastic broke the second time, so bye bye to the nitro parts, then let's jump.

Put a

brushless

motor, a brush to control the speed of the

brushless

motor, motor mounting plate and a battery tray, I don't know. We happen to have all of that in the spare parts box right now, so like I say, what we need to do next is cut the servo tray because we don't need the throttle and brake server anymore, we don't need all this big stuff either. radio box. a little radio box on the front, so we'll clean this whole side up, put the motor on this side and the battery and receiver on the other side.

More Interesting Facts About,

nitro to electric brushless conversion 1 8 rc buggy...

This thing should be up and running in literally no time, so the only hard part is going to be and we're actually going to be very, very precise using one of these motor mounting plates. This is not actually the

conversion

kit. This is a standard 540 engine mounting plate. When it is on the car, it will. I've actually run them before they are strong enough to hold the motor against the middle spur gear there, as soon as it's done and it's in place and we have the motor running there we'll be laughing. so the motor mount is there, the motor is mounted inside the mount, we've temporarily set up the speed control, all the little bits of metal there, just from the drill holes to mount it there, uh, it looks like it has a nice mesh of gears, to be honest, really right next to the fields, we should fire this thing up and see what happens, ready, let's speed up a little, oh hey, there we go, daddy's fast and a little bit of reverse, you go slow. reverse okay and then wow of bitsad lying around the shop and absolutely buzzing about those 3000kv guys too hopefully we won't have any problems when this thing is on the floor there's only one way to try it and let's temporarily lift everything up. this is on make sure something catches give it a tap run the floor let's try it absolutely great news guys you just tried it on the floor no fuss this is going to work fine.

The next thing we need to do is manage where we are going to place. Everything else we have to place the battery box where we are going to place the speed control receiver and so on. We have battery boxes assembled. We have speed traps mounted. We have the engine there. I even found a cooler that is also plugged in and keeps the engine cool. Look at this, so guys, that's fast and that's for us too. Just go do some more cleaning and find a small receiver box that is probably behind the engine. We pull up the wiring and I think we're laughing.

Plus, I think the case will fit pretty well there too. The hole will still be there for the motor, which is good because we have air coming in. keep the speed control cool there but I don't think it's that bad to be honest I think we've got a bit of a winner going for a cheap brushless conversion and by the way guys this whole thing can be totally undone so that literally We can put the nitro engine directly in there if you decide it's not a problem at all, just a couple of holes in the chassis, that's not too happy with it so far, so we've done that before we uproot all the cables. the boogie the only thing we're going to do is run outside while it's dark, we just tied everything up, it's dark outside, we're just going to get some test material to see if this thing really moves well if these wheels spin at a really fast speed high. light constant slow running then perfect if it spins and if it gets hot then we need to change the motor and the employees also here we go yes great pretty good also that's pretty successful check for hot engines no it's perfect let's come back here Look it's cold so I would call it a success.
Wow, we just got out quickly, sorry it was so cold, just to try it again. It would be a little different off-road, but what we're going to do is slap on some nice chunks. all-terrain tires there too and there we have it, the thing is complete now the body fits very well, also removes the body, brushless conversion, all electrical systems waterproofed and of course we have the extended wastelands there. Also, let's get this out right now. Get some images. Check out this video to see this in action. We also go to the first timeout and then with the newly converted Hyper Seven.
Okay, let's have a rapid burst sensor. This thing doesn't work. tooth which he's good at, that's long grass too guys stir it up a bit oh yeah happy days eat the beans yeah that's as fast as you want your boogie to be look at that wow and there you have it , I would say it was a success anyway, if you like the video, hit the subscribe button, hit the like button and I'll see you in the next one.
