Turning YOUR Drawings into Spore Creatures!

Mar 17, 2024
Today I'm going to turn

your

drawings

into real living

creatures

in

spore

s, they're going to live in

spore

s, I asked everyone on my Discord server to submit their

drawings

and we got some gnarly submissions, man I mean what is this, look that? Is that why the first drawing we are going to address today is a drawing that comes to us from muli mek, so here is the drawing that he sent? Ooh, it's a scary looking monster. Now I interpret this as something. Some kind of sticky swamp monster, that's what it is, with four arms and two legs, okay, you know, I think this is definitely doable.

Now I can't really see if there's a queue there or not, but I'm going to assume that kind. It's got a tail, it looks like a tail, it's kind of a guy, so I think this is pretty much the body shape we're going for, maybe make it a little bit slimmer, okay, kind of, I'm happy with that body. Cool body, now let's quickly change colors just so I can fully imagine the swampy character of this hyssop monster. Okay, this guy looks like he has two legs and four arms and I think I'm actually just going to use these limbs here as ours. because they have that creepy, muscular looking limb right there, I'm going to see if I can customize these limbs a little bit, oh, you know what happens if we use something like that baby?

More Interesting Facts About,

turning your drawings into spore creatures...

Okay, here we go, now we have the basic body. we have to make it really look good that's the hard part okay so in the drawing the creature looks like it's screaming and I love that pose man I want that creature to be always screaming always screaming because it looks really cool brilliant. when it screams, so let's see if we can actually pose this creature and make it look like it's always screaming. You have some anger problems. I think I should be able to use these parts here to sculpt some kind of mouth, but the question is will it look good enough.

Well, I did something now. I'm not really sure what I think about this mouth we made, but I think we'll just keep it for now while we focus on others. things and then we can come back to the mouth later that sounds good, sounds good to me now I want to add a tail to this guy because I really think this guy has a tail that just doesn't show up in the actual drawing. Well, there we go, we have a tail, he says it's a cool tail, now let's see what we can do with those little details on his back.

I think we can definitely do something clever with these parts here. Hello, it's the Terrace voiceover, it's different. terrace this is from the future ooh cool, now I had a lot of trouble doing that little thing on his back, doing that thing turned out to be quite a challenge, no matter what I did, it really didn't look as intimidating as it seemed. in the drawing and I really wanted to capture that intimidation intimidation is that that's a word right, it's a word guys, it's a word, it's a word now I finally found a really good combination of parts that really worked well to create that in intimidation guys, I promise you, it's a word, so with the back already and looking good, the rest of the

creatures

still look like that, since I don't know a malformed frog fetus, I'm not sure what it looks like, it doesn't look good now after a few.
More touch ups and a few more parts and stuff like that, it was finally starting to look pretty decent if I do say so myself, and after we found the perfect paint job for our creature it was finally ready, now all we need is a name everyone say hello to sven okay here we have sven our first drawing transformed into a real living creature within a sport and there we have it so here you can see sven compared to the original drawing. I think it looks good now. the next creature, so the next creature is coming towards us from user Red 2.64 now here is the image he sent, look at his long guy, look at that creepy smile, okay, so this creature is definitely creepy and it creates creepy creatures in spores.
It's a really difficult task because all the parts we used are really cartoony parts, so I started by sculpting the head by simply combining two other edges to make this really cartoony rounded head shape that we have in the actual drawing. I'll be honest, I wasn't really feeling what I've been doing so far with this creature, but I tried to get it together, I tried to add some parts and make it look cool, but I will say making its head a little bit at an angle. that made a big difference man and once I did it I decided to lift just one of his arms so it looked like he was reaching for something, probably some snacks, he's a big boy, he eats a lot of snacks so Now I wasn't so pleased with the results which we got, so I decided to try it again, so this time I used a couple of different techniques, for example, I sculpted the head with spheres instead of using the actual mouse to sculpt the head. and then I decided to use invisible limbs for all the creature limbs just to have a little more freedom as to what the limbs would look like.
Now you can see the limbs right now, but no. Worry once you enter the game, the limbs are actually invisible and in the end here is the final product. Now I will say that I think it's a little better than the first attempt. It will have to work at least now compared to the The drawings are pretty accurate, I mean you can see the resemblance, but I will say that after making that creature, my confidence had taken a hit. I needed to call the big boys. I needed to call Hi everyone, my name is Rebecca aka Dark Edge TV. and i will be doing this lovely winged wolf character from mama llama, so thank you very much teresa for this opportunity.
I'm really excited to be here and as always I'll be starting the creature body to get those starting bases. place, so I feel like mama llama's creation has a very elegant and proud design, so I really puffed up the chest, it looks a little too much at the moment, but as I add the fur later it should all come together quite elegant, now it's not like that. The secret is that spawning legs tend to look a little bulbous, especially around the hips, so what I'm going to do is use these fairly large broncosaur fires here and well, at this point I'm sure it's going to look a little funny. yes I quickly grounded them by adding feet.
For now, I really pull them towards the middle and then extend the spine outward. You can see it actually flows quite well and then of course I'll add the other limbs and joints. I'll add some av looking talents to what I've read, this has bird legs and then to make the forearms mimic all that bird looking texture, I'll make the top half of the arms quite large and thick, but the middle lower. they're pretty narrow and I'm going to make the feet a little bit smaller and next is the tail now again I'm really going for all the elegance here I want the towel to perk up I want it to be able to swing from side to side So to do this I'm going to add a couple of extra joints than I would normally add and now I added some hair on the tail without animating or dancing so you can see how it moves properly and just shows a little.
In my opinion, it's better than the opposite of if he were stiff and rigid, and what I'll do next is inflate the chest with the extra first now that his currently rather bob physique looks much more natural and like me. she said really perfecting that whole sleek look at the time, so I think it's a pretty mane so far, it looks wonderfully fluffy now, the next part is the head. I've made a bad jeep, but wolf heads have always been pretty complicated for me. so I'll start with the crocodile kiss early since it's easily the most customizable.
I make the head a little big so everything is nice and proportionate and now it's time to try the magic of using recolored nails and basically forcing the head to be the right shape and I want it to match a wolf so for the wolves There are always two dividing features that really make a wolf look good, one is the eyes and two are the ears, so it is very important to have these two. correct for the eyes I'm going to use the soulless eyes from creepy and cute the important thing is that they have the right shape the right size and the right direction and then to accompany that I need to define the big round forehead and eyebrows now because the mom character llama has glowing yellow eyes, I'm going to go ahead and add a yellow sphere to the eye sockets first followed by a white sphere and then I'm going to add a glow effect to the eyes so now they really shine.
Next are the ears, which I'll place quite far back and pointing quite upwards, although she has a bit of a curious expression, and then the horns, which have nice big antennae, which I should be able to achieve with just these. here so his head and leg look a little thin so I'm going to add some creepy cute parts uh some of the pointier and fluffier parts just to try and add a little bit of mess and now for the final feature those big wings feathered my favorite parts now for this I'll use the same limbs I've been using for the arms and legs, I'll stand it upright so it looks nice and proud and I'll add a little more to the tip of the wing so I have more room to attach the feathers, so I like the look of the wings so far, but it's still a little stubby in my opinion, so for that I'll use the feather to add a couple of larger, wispy looking feathers, so here there is the mama lama character at the end.
I admit there is too much yellow but unfortunately that's the issue because it could be the right color but very cartoony looking or it could be I have good fur but a little too much yellow. I hope Mumbai likes it. I'm personally very proud of this creation and I think it actually animates pretty well as well and overall it was a lot of fun, so thanks Teres again for the opportunity I had. I had a great time making this thanks Rebecca, I made one too, do you like it anyway? I hope you enjoyed today's video. Be sure to leave a like and subscribe if you did and I'll see all of you beautiful faces in the next one. well you guys
