today we are going to make a culinary mash up application, yes why yes

SD, mash ups have been in fashion as lately people combine different cuisines and different ethnic backgrounds, so your challenge today is to serve an appetizer of original puree. I never made mashed potatoes before I was in fine dining. I don't normally put two things together, so I'm thinking of showing off my French cooking with a little bit of Italian cooking. I'm going to choose the caprese. salad that I'm really known for and I pair it with the reception crusted sea bass and beurre blanc.
