sky hmm, no one, they're vibratos, they all have really interesting vibrators because they're kind of vibratos but also tremolos. Tremolo is when you have a modulation in volume and pitch, while vibrato is just pitch. and so you're getting this kind of extra boost, which is interesting because everyone has it, at least let's assume you know, brothers, the combination is beautiful and I guess doing harmonies like this, I think with that phrasing it's so unusual that it's definitely I went with the phrasing, there are little staccatos in the middle, but that kind of mix only happens when they sing with each other a lot and you know they're brothers, so I'm sure they've been singing together since they were.

His voice to me is very interesting because he doesn't really sing the way a lot of people would think as he goes up into that falsetto when he's in the middle type of mix. it's in what we would say is a lovely balanced spot, it's not too nasal, it's quite warm, it just sits in a nice warm place, but as you go up it adds a bit of nasality to it, which gives it that really distinctive sound. like no one sounds like barry gibb, no one sounds like him because most people wouldn't go for that nasality, but it really shows that sometimes it's your limitations or the things that seem like flaws that are actually what make you unique, It's not a flaw, I mean, I don't think I would ever teach someone to do that little race, it's a little slippery, it's got that nasality, it's such an unusual tone, but this is where you know, as a teacher, that it's really important. understand what each student wants. and keep asking them if you like that sound, that's how you want to sound, because if you like that sound, then someone else will and my taste isn't necessarily right or, um, the standard type of singing isn't necessarily right. is always right for you or the standard sound is not necessarily right for you and I often think that it's those little idiosyncrasies that make people so brilliant, so brilliant and unique and why not sing however you want as long as it's healthy , that's the key and the tears, I can see a beautiful, I just love his phrasing, it's so together, there's something that made it really interesting there, obviously, you have all these really tight three-part harmonies, perfect phrasing and then Barry just held one note a little bit longer so then he brings out that mix and then it comes back together, that's what's brilliant too because there's that really distinctive voice that can really stand out but then he can bring it back and they go for this tone really choppy so they would actually match if they were all like a steering wheel tone wouldn't it just not work? small, quite choppy and really matching, the harmonies are so tight, pitch perfect, I love the orchestral accompaniment, as well as that little change, too much, adding those two little slidey in there, oh, I just can't get over how cool their is phrasing. get it right and how together they are and how they can combine how they can stand out, you know, I have to say that I personally have never been that much of a fan of BG, it's not something I would sit and listen to, but I can certainly appreciate it. this and I said it, I really appreciate it, I said it really weird, yeah, like crying, how everyone is adding that little h in the middle of the slide at the same time, I mean, he can certainly sing up there, Connie, I feel like this is a master class and just recognizing who you are, this unusual tone can be used in a way to make something so beautiful and people often feel like I don't like my tone, it's not like I want it because they are comparing themselves to others people, but you can find beauty in anyone's tone, whether it's nasally or very heavy or breathy, there is beauty in everything and everyone's voice, thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed it, if so , please like and subscribe and I will see it. you in the next down
