from Walmart and let's decorate this. I picked up some semi-circular pieces of wood and I need to cut them to about 4 and 1/2 each, now it's time to attach them to the drawers. I want to cover the front of the drawer to give it this kind of natural boho look. I took a multi-surface glue, so it will work great on wood and plastic and it dries clear, so I'm just going to put a little bit of glue on each piece of wood and place them along the drawer now that everything is dry.

I'm going to take this outside and add a coat of spray paint. I'm going for a real neutral beige color and I'm going to cover the front of the drawer and the wood. I opted to leave the rest of the set of drawers blank. I really like the contrast between the beige and white and I think these drawers look so good it's a big improvement over the basic drawer set I originally had, let's head to Walmart and it's time to grab your favorite budget bucket, we have We have to take those handles off, we don't need them, take them off both sides, they cut right off, next we're going to take that cube and turn it over, we need to put two strips of wood that will fit right on the edge, just go ahead and put it there , you don't need a tape measure and just mark it with a pencil.

You're definitely going to need two of these, just use your favorite saw, it's easy to do, then stick them in there, make sure they fit perfectly inside the slots, then you can use a little hot glue, just three good touches on the edge will do enough, just turn it over. stick it and press it against the plastic. Now I know what you're thinking. This GL glue does not stay permanently. Okay, we just needed to hold it until we can turn it over, so do it with both pieces right on the edge and just hold it. Lowering it until it sits takes about 20 seconds, then flip the bucket over and what you're going to do is grab just some small screws, they don't have to be long, we don't want them to come out at the end. the wood, so just take your drill and put it in two or three on each strip of wood, it will be perfect, just put it in there, don't overtighten it and that will keep it in place.

We're going to attach four of these legs, so once you get them. marked, go ahead and let's drill it, you can drill all the way through the plastic, it won't be a problem because when we put the leg on it will block the hole, so these little wheels are perfect now. time, take that hot glue, place it right on the edge of the hole and put the paw on it.

It will hold it very well now, if you don't want to use hot glue and want a slightly different glue, go ahead. work too just let it set up I like to use hot glue because it's quick once we put the legs on look at this they are great exactly what we need now it's time to go ahead and decorate the cube. Grab this twine at Dollar Tree. take our favorite hot glue again, place it right on the edge, this is our starter piece, just stick it there, you want to make sure this first row is perfect.
I use the edge of this cube right on this line and that's going to be what I call my reference line, just go ahead and set it all the way up and we're going to go around the entire cube once you have that, it's time to grab some of your fabric economical cut to approximately 12 inches wide. I'm going to use that hot glue again and we're going to fold the edge over which will give us a nice edge to finish this off. What I did was I just worked down with that hot glue and kept folding it, be careful.
Because it can get a little hot once we get both edges nice and ready, what we're going to do is fold it over the cube, it's going to cover all that plastic, put that glue right on the last piece of rope, spread it out there. and just mark it right there, let's take this around the bucket and look at this, this will be a great container where we can store books, dog toys or even toys for the grandkids, it turned out great, grab a plastic container from Walmart for this project . I'm going to start by drilling some holes in the side of the container, this will be for handles in the future, then I'm going to turn the container over and drill four holes, one in each corner of the plastic container.
I want to decorate this container, so I took some gray and white printed fabric and cut it to the right size so that it is now the correct height of the container. I'm going to use some spray adhesive to adhere the fabric to the plastic when I get to the corners. I'm going to cut out the side and then I can fold these two pieces over each other creating a really nice seam to add the handles. I'm going to locate the hole I punched with my finger and then just pierce the fabric with a pair of scissors.
Now I can pull the jute through and tie a knot on the inside to secure it in place. to add some feet to the bottom to raise it off the ground and make it look a little better and there you have it. I have a very nice container that I can keep outdoors, it looks much nicer than the basic one. plastic container and I can store all kinds of things here. I have the

container and would love to use it for my office supplies, but I really don't want to see what's inside. I'm starting by giving the container a quick try.
Sand to make the surface a little rougher so the exterior looks a little better. I want to add some clay designs before I do anything else. I always sprinkle my molds with cornstarch before adding the air dry clay so it releases easily when I'm done. I'm going to keep adding clay until the mold is slightly full to remove excess clay. I'm going to take an old ruler and just run it from the center of the design to the outside edge. Now it's time to loosen the clay, look at that beautiful flower and all those details for now.
I'm just going to place the clay where I want it. I went ahead and made a few more prints and I'm going to place them all on the side of the container now that I've decided where I want the prints. I'm using some tacky glue to stick them in place once they're all glued together. I'm going to let this dry overnight with the clay attached. Place them and dry them, it's time to paint them. I chose a silver spray paint for the first coat. This will cover the clear container and provide a really nice background. Now that the silver spray paint is dry, it's time to give the container a beautiful faux stone look.
I'm using Stone spray, it's a textured spray with different aged shades to give it the stone look. The trick with this spray is to apply many light coats, each coat has to dry and then the next extra coat. Help build that fake stone. I think this box and the texture are really fun. I love what's inside and now it's hidden too. Next time you're at the dollar store, grab one of these inexpensive plastic containers and give it a farmhouse shape. Makeover I want to give this

piece a farmhouse feel, so I headed to my painting supplies and grabbed some sandpaper and white paint before painting the container, although I want to make sure the surface is a a little rough, so I'm going to give it a quick sand with medium grit sandpaper.
Now that the container is ready, I'll give it a coat of white paint. I'm not going to paint the inside of the container because I actually like gray. I'll match the dresser next to where it will be to create the Farmhouse look I want. I'm going to add some faux wood grain. I'm using a chip brush because of its uneven bristles and a little bit of brown polish, just a little bit of polish. as needed on the brush and then lightly run it over the surface, this creates the faux wood and I can even create some foam knots with the polish too if I want to soften the lines, just this wet paper towel is all I need .
I need that once I've finished all the sides with the glaze and the faux wood grain, I'm going to let it dry overnight now that the paint and glaze are completely dry. I want to give the handles an elegant touch. I've grabbed some of this thick twine and I'm going to wrap it around each one. I'm going to use a little hot glue to hold each of the ends in place. I love the rustic touch that the twine gives to the container. I love how pretty it is. The plastic container looks now, you wouldn't even know it's the same one, a little paint and it was easy to do.
