There are scams everywhere, there are shows that are trying to ride the wave of other popular cartoons. This is a joke. There's so much to love about an episode of Bluey that the show's writers never expected the cartoon to blow up the way it did. It sounds very natural on the Chilla chip. I feel like the director told the voice actors to sound deliberately and try to act like a little girl as much as possible.
