Students often make mistakes. Now focusing on specific question types or spelling isn't really going to be beneficial for this student, they could completely master all the different question types here and still get a lower score than they expected because strategy isn't really the issue for them. For them, the problem is their listening skills and their vocabulary, so they need to work on that and eventually they might get a student who is just trying to get a lot of questions wrong, but when you talk to them and ask them why you got these questions wrong, They usually say something like I don't know or I just lost focus now, if that's the focus you need to work on.

Depending on how much listening practice you're doing, it's like a muscle.
