ing. First: gossip. Speak ill of someone who is not present. Second: Judge. We know

people

who are like this in conversation and it is very difficult to

listen

to someone if you know they are judging you. Third, negativity. And another form of negativity: complaining. But in reality, complaining is viral misery. Excuses. We've all known this guy, maybe we've all been this guy. Some

people

have someone who blames them. Penultimate, the 6th of the seven: Exaggeration. In fact, it sometimes degrades our language. For example, if I see something that's really amazing, what do I call it?

And finally, dogmatism. The confusion of facts with opinions. I would like to suggest that there are four cornerstones, really powerful foundations... The word is HAIL. So what do they represent? The H: Honesty of course. Be sincere in what you say. Be straight and clear. The A is Authenticity. Simply being yourself. The Self is Integrity - being your word. Really doing what you say.
