simple, but we were a little late, so Let's continue early in the morning, let's do it right, so it will be the next day. We'll keep moving forward and the next step is to install this main bracket right here that holds a large supercharger and We have to remove some pulleys and also relocate some pulleys on this bracket and we'll go from there, are you ready to see this? Chargers, super time. Gotta get over it. This thing that's huge, oh it's about the same size as the Coast Guard, hey, look at that, man, that thing is beautiful, it's like what they use on the Tennessee River Dam right there.

Dave generates electricity. This is what all Chattanooga generates right here, but. Dude this thing is huge but this is the moment we've been waiting for but this is where it gets fun this is where the engine bay changes for the better mate it's going to look amazing every time you open the hood is that pretty pretty? heavy, that's pretty heavy. I wonder if this exposed pulley is exactly the same as the Hemi pulley. You know, that's probably what they change because the supercharger itself seems about the same size. Probably, if you want more power, go for the smaller one. bigger pulley, whatever, I don't know, let's go ahead and throw this at the Jeep, okay guys, so the supercharger is finally sitting beautifully there with the new bill and we also extended the alternator cables that comes with the kit, so it was super simple.

To just route it, make sure it's out of the way of the fan and the upper gear belt, but now it's time to start on our intercooler, so we're going to have to remove some pieces from here because that bad plate is going to be sitting here. Dude, so let's go ahead and remove all these plastic pieces and see if we can put our intercooler on that son. Pat looks amazingly good, we finally got that intercooler in there and what we had to do is move this cooling system. back a couple of inches there are supports and what else do we have to do?

It's basically just a few brackets to move it back probably about an inch and then we had to drill some holes in the condenser right here where there were already tabs. What I had to do is just drill a 3/8 hole, put some of what are called nut clips, nut clips, nut clips and slap this suction cup in there, super easy, almost looks like it should be There, it seems almost om, although oh yeah, that's it. It has to look really good behind the grill, but next up is the plumbing, oh yeah, next up is some plumbing that should work real quick, yeah, simple and easy stuff right here, all the hard stuff is basically done now, just It's the simple things, so let's go.

Go ahead and do the plumbing and continue from there, so finally we have all the plumbing complete for the intercooler. Everything is nice and tight. Now let's move on to the surge valve. We have all the components here. There should be a pretty simple installation and it actually loops from the top here to the bottom of this intercooler, so let's go ahead and get this out of the way. Let's move on to our driveway, everyone, guys, so that the supercharger is 100% complete. We have just completed our last step. We ended up making a cup of vacuum lines from the intake manifold.

Random vacuum line from your brake booster to the overpressure valve over here. We also put a couple of one way valves or a one way valve here to the intake manifold and also add a line here to the intake and that's it oh yeah and we can't forget we had to add a new map sensor of course Yes, we added a new map sensor, not sure what it does. but I'm sure it's something for the supercharger, but to check it, we're ready to turn it on. I know it will work 100% correctly and we can't really drive it, but man, I think we can turn it on. and listen to that fool, why don't you wait?

I'm excited, man, I hope it goes off right away, man, no, no problems, you know, big ones, maybe this sucker won't even start, we don't know, yeah, well, I say, you jump or I jump. There we turn this thing on, let's do the first boot, let's hope everything goes well. I think I think we did a good job. Let's try it, man, go ahead, buddy, she purrs, buddy, she's going to freak out, she took a little. But she looks in the middle she was pumping, step on the gas a little bit. You have to step on the accelerator. This ain't crazy do it oh my god dude this thing is going to rip it's a little sketchy right now because you know we haven't adjusted anything yet we're sending it to a power tech which should be a while 24 hour response time, but man, in the next video we'll probably have all that. or we can even start lifting while that comes, so who knows what's going to happen.
