My favorite translation app has been Deep R for a long time. It is only available as a website, but also as a Mac app. The following languages ​​are supported here, which you can now see listed here and it is not only possible to write or copy text here yourself, but also extract documents as. a PDF or Word document and then the entire document is translated directly. Of course, I can copy the text here in the classic way with the C command and then the V command and insert. It is also possible to select text and then press Command and C twice. deepl opens automatically the text is inserted directly and translated just try it and decide for yourself if you are satisfied with the quality of the translation personally.

The practical feature is also that the app can show you the corresponding battery values ​​for an iOS device, i.e. an iPhone or iPad. In the free version, I have to connect the iOS device to the Mac via USB and grant access to both devices. and then it should.
