Thanksgiving, when you're going to make your plate focus on protein sources like turkey, ham, yes, it's going to have more calories, probably sugary things, butter spread all over the turkey than normal, but choose those things because there would be a higher amount of protein and then your carb sources and other delicious things don't make the portions as big, still have it on your plate so you can enjoy it, but don't take the whole bucket and put it on there, You know it's me unless you want to. and you know the next day you'll be back to plan, but that's my advice when it comes to preparing your Thanksgiving dish, just be aware of what you're doing, don't mindlessly eat.
I know many of us. I usually like bacon bits, but I'm out and I'm just using what I have on hand before I leave here for a week of vacation, so this big salad, I mean, this huge bowl is 445 calories, 48 grams of protein, 20 total carbohydrates and 22 grams. of fat oh, they're not going to lie, it's a lot of food, it's a big sound, a lot of food takes a long time to eat, but that's the point, and a couple of you asked them live about the loud volume.
