Surviving 100 Days Underground

Apr 28, 2024
I'm going to survive 100

days

underground

in hardcore Minecraft, but there are absolutely no caves, so to progress I'll have to tunnel through everything, because this is a tuner's dream, one of nine secret super flat presets created . of a whopping 230 layers of stone with some dirt on top. I'm on a quest to complete every super flat preset by defeating the Ender Dragon, killing the Wither and making an awesome base and without any villages this might be the toughest challenge yet. Okay, so I'm creating this world in 1.7 for a reason. I want a little friend to keep me company in 1.7.
surviving 100 days underground
Axel's lots weren't specific to any biome, so I should be able to find one, but first I need to cut down trees. and stuff, so I grabbed some wood and tools and immediately started making a little hideout. I was initially a little surprised to see the trees in the snow, but it actually makes sense. The tunnel dream is in a Windswept Hills biome which means above level 120. snow and since there are 230 layers of stone we are way above the snow level this preset also has features besides structures Unlike the classic preset, so we see trees, this also means we'll see things like lava and water pools are geodes and minerals and since the Windswept Hills biome falls into the mountain category, we should even be able to find emeralds. or I saw some sheep in the distance, so I took some seeds and planted them so I could capture them and start breeding them.

Then I found an oak tree so I started planting oak saplings next to the flowers to try to get the bees to lay their eggs, yes spoiler alert. I never had a beast when the sun went down. I built a wall of earth to keep me safe and why is the Fir Gate so smooth, oh why hadn't I realized this before? Shouldn't there be Stripes? Was it always this soft anyway? I saw a zombie in leather armor, so I killed it for some loot and then started digging a hole as deep as I was. I could go, but I ran out of stairs so I had to wait all night, then a vine exploded on my porch and I knew things were getting real, so I made a furnace to cook charcoal for the torches they shot at me. a skeleton while I was writing my notes for the day, which really scared me, so I literally waited the rest of the night and then when the sun came up I went and picked up all the bones from the ground from the charred skeletons.
surviving 100 days underground
When the sun came up it was officially the first day because for some reason Minecraft worlds start on day zero which means all my 100 day videos are technically 101

days

long and I'm a liar and a fraud but yeah , I used the bones I had. I ate the wheat and was able to guide the sheep back to my base, if you can call it that. I even got a rare brown sheep, after that I cut down a bunch more trees, made a lot more ladders and dug until I ran out. I encountered a cloud on the way down, which really scared me at first.

I thought it was like falling into a void or something. It's like the Minecraft equivalent of waking up on a plane while flying through a cloud and thinking that maybe the plane really crashed. while you were sleeping and the afterlife is just an endless economy class flight with no seatback TVs and nothing to eat but Biscoff cookies for the rest of Eternity, so anyway, yeah, when I got back to the surface I was already It was night and a skeleton shot me again, so I really had to play it safe and wait again when the sun finally came up on the second day.
Once again I went out to collect the mob drops on the ground and was able to use the rotten meat to recover some hearts, delicious. I used all my bones to try to grow a tree from two 2X spruces, but I forgot that layers of snow prevent them from growing, so it was a total waste of bone meal since I still need hearts. I decided to make a campfire and kill one of my sheep, which allowed me to cook some lamb and finally get back to health. I then continued drilling towards the bottom of the world and found my first ore even though it was just coal.
I was still very happy to see the ore in super super flat, but then a silver fish quickly rained down on my parade and sent me back to the bottom of the world. half my health. I forgot that these guys are hiding in the stone blocks and mountain biomes that we're actually going to have. To be careful when moving forward, I found my first piece of iron and soon after I finally reached Bedrock. Remember that we are still in 1.7, so the Bedrock layer for this world is at level zero. The climb back to the top took forever. and when I surfaced, it was apparently the third day.
I used my new iron to create a bucket, a shield, and an iron pickaxe, then I took some water from a nearby pond and used it to create a pool at the bottom of my well, so I can safely jump through the hole. going forward. I started to set up a small area for strip mining at the bottom but I didn't get very far as I wanted to test my throw, dying so early in the race wouldn't be that bad so I took a leap of faith and luckily I did. I made it in one piece.
I thought that while I was strip mining I might as well start trying to get a shaft to spawn, so I made what I thought was a good enough spawn room for them. and then I went back to mining. I continued mining until the next day and even made a small smelting area so I could try to get some full iron armor but the aelott room didn't seem to work so I expanded it a bit and hoped for the best, all this strip mining really I had worked up an appetite so I made a farm in my mining area so I wouldn't have to keep going back to the surface for food, speaking of going back to the surface I climbed my ladder for the first time in a few days and I loved seeing It was snowing, oh it's snowing, it's a Christmas miracle, unfortunately I had to kill another sheep for food, but on the bright side, this time it dropped two lambs.
Coming back to my mind, there still wasn't much Axel, so I reviewed the old spawning requirements one more time and realized that the room just needed to be a little higher, so I spent the morning of day six expanding the room. room so that it was six blocks high, after that I undressed again. I mined for a while and got really close to a creeper but then when I checked my Axel tank I forgot about the danger oh my gosh we got some yeah buddy I grabbed one in a bucket and called it a grot since I.
I just wanted an Axel. Now I was ready to upgrade straight to 1 120.4 and nothing really seemed different, but I'm super relieved that now mobs won't spawn at light level 7 anymore. My hunger was decreasing so much that I basically had to do it. I waited for my wheat to grow, but I was finally able to eat some bread and get my hearts back for the first time in days. On day seven I continued mining until I was able to obtain a complete set of iron armor. I felt 100 times safer. In my shiny new suit I also found my first diamonds.
I feel so damned watching them on Superfly next. I started digging a drop for a mob farm so I could collect things like bones and hopefully solve my food problem. I finished the launch. the next day and moved on to excavating the spawn platforms, it took me basically all day to extract everything, but that night I had a little time left to craft more barrels and organize my stuff a bit. The next day I finished digging. the farm and put the water streams in their place. I want to place trapdoors along the sides of the platforms to trick the mob AI into walking into the water, so I mine a ton of wood on the surface and then place them all after that.
I put out all the Torches and the farm was officially up and running. It was awesome to have a constant supply of mob dropping, plus the farm will be a very good source of XP in the future on the 10th. I used the mob farm for a while and then spent some time creating some storage for all the drops. I really want to get carrots and potatoes from a zombie so we can eventually make a villager breeder and an auto crop farm, but since I didn't have enough iron for all the Hoppers, I went back to the mines to get more ore and found my first piece of gold, which was great.
I am rich after 10 days and I am still not monitoring these minerals in super plans. Things got really interesting on the 11th when one of my mines ended up running into a mine shaft oh what do we have here? OMG I looked at it, help, it's okay, we're fine, I found some diamonds in the M pit, which was a cool treat and I wanted to continue exploring, but after fighting a group of mobs, my health was pretty low and I had I have to return to base for some food. The bright side is that one of the zombies in the mine shaft dropped a carrot, so I was able to plant it and chop it up to get a bunch of them.
I spent the rest of the day organizing my items and growing wheat to make bread until my health recovered. I really want to make a nether portal, so on the 12th I turned on the subtitles and went strip mining so I could keep my eyes peeled for any signs of lava, I didn't find any lava, but I did find an amethyst crystal. which was cool to see, but finally, after choosing a new spot to dig, I saw the lava pop subtitle and started digging towards the sound there. I really hate moving Nether Portals, so I wanted to find the absolutely perfect spot for my portal.
I ended up digging a big gap right in front of my mob drop, but then I kept mining to expand. It turns out that the whole room looks like this, since I never get to mine large stone rooms like this in my flat world. I'm a little addicted to it. On the 14th I returned to the surface once again. I brought my carrots with me so I could control the neighborhood pigs back to my base, I raised the pigs on my sheep and then went back to the mines to continue digging a nice big area for my nether portal every now and then.
I was going to clean up my mob's mobs. farm and while I was doing it I discovered that the skeletons were trying to shoot me and produce tons of discs, but you've probably never heard of them, they're super

underground

. I returned to the surface once again on the 15th to spend the day chopping wood. then once night fell I headed back down my hole to officially start making my nether portal using just two cubes. I ran tediously back and forth from the lava pool to my base to create a nice big portal. It took me until the next morning.
I finished it, but I think it was worth it. Larger portals look much better. I lit the frame with a flint and steel and went in to poke my head out. We were right on the edge of a large lava lake and a crimson forest biome. but I was too shy to explore yet, so I returned to the safety of my cave to prepare. I cleaned out my inventory and grabbed arrows and scaffolding blocks so I could corner her if I got into trouble and then dove back into the portal and started exploring right away. I had to brake over lava and then fight a hogland, so things were tense.
God, I hate the abyss on hard mode, man, but then I saw the nether fortress nearby and decided to go there for fire rods once I did. There, I immediately spotted Blaze's generator, so I locked it underneath and began the long, careful process of removing the flames one by one. I played very safely and was able to get eight flame rods in total, as much as I like them. Plus, I was eager to get home, so I returned safely the next day with my rod next. I needed Ender Pearls to find the fortress, so I built some boats to catch Endermen.
I also went ahead and made a clock so I could know when it was. It was night on the surface. I did some peat farming and tended my crops until night fell and then headed to the surface to find Enderman immediately. I almost died when a skeleton shot me into my pigsty with a zombie baby so he could escape. I had to let all my pigs free, which sucked, and then to add insult to injury, Phantom started showing up. I completely forgot about these flying farts. I decided to give up hunting Enderman in the Overworld entirely and return to the abyss to look for a warped one. forest biome using my zoom mod I was able to spot one in the distance from my portal, so on the 18th I started walking towards it once again.
I came extraordinarily close to dying when I tried to place a block against the gravel that was sitting in lava oh god please no no no no please please please oh stop burning stop burning after a scarier lava bridge I finally made it to the Warped biome and there were a lot of Endermen there waiting to be killed at first my RNG was pretty bad, I killed 15 Endermen and only got five pearls. I was so frustrated I kicked a piglinfrom a cliff into the lava. This is swamp M, but my luck changed on the 19th and I was able to get 15 pearls in total, so I ran home as quickly as possible. the best I could and crafted the Eyes of Ender.
It was officially the 20th and I was ready to take on the dragon, so I prepared plenty of food and arrows for the fight and headed back up the endless ladder once I had a taste. In the fresh air, I used my first Ender's Eye to relieve my headache, but before I left my base I had to fight off all the pigs that had escaped back to their pit. I even cooked some of them to really put you guys in your place. a real life Pescatarian, okay I promise I'm not a monster somehow, it was already nighttime so I got going and started venturing into the unknown.
I found a pumpkin patch, which was exciting because I had no idea they were there. With this preset, by the end of the night I had broken two Eyes of Ender, but I was pretty sure I had the right spot, and as the sun rose on the 21st, I started down towards the fortress and along the way managed to discover a lode of six diamonds not bad, I landed in the fortress library and I must have an expired book or something because immediately tons of angry librarians started attacking me, the mobs kept coming, but I fought bravely through the fortress until I was I was finally able to find the portal room with the Four Eyes filled.
Luckily, I placed the remaining eyeballs on the portal frames and with an eerie clang, the cold void of the end appeared before me, beckoning me forward, so after quickly organizing my inventory I took a deep breath and jumped through the portal. after climbing the scaffolding to the main island. I used the snowballs I picked up on the way to the fortress to quickly disable all but one of the towers, then built my water bucket to make my way up the tower and destroy the Final Ending Crystal, the dragon came ridiculously close to killing me in the way down, but fortunately a small puddle stopped my fall since I used snowballs for the crystals, I had many arrows left for the dragon, but it turns out that waiting for it to land was much more effective in the first position.
I took off about a third of his health but I was thrown into the air and had to catch myself with water, it probably wouldn't have killed me but it's good to know my player skills are Sharp, basically the exact same thing happened two more times in the Dragon's perches. I do a third of full health, lunge and grab, then on the fourth hanger a few more hits was all it took to free the end and in doing so we completed our first big task for this video so I picked up the Dragon egg as a souvenir of our achievement and then headed straight through the final gate to reach the outer islands in the distance.
I could see a final city, but there didn't seem to be any ships, so I set off in a different direction. I traveled for a few thousand blocks building bridges and dropping ender pearls until I was finally able to spot two nend cities with ships side by side. I arrived in town on the 24th and carefully made my way up to the To begin with, taking it easy, I had to collect a bunch of perer blocks so I could get far enough to get hit by a shulker shell and tackle the end, but with the elytra secured I was finally safe from most of the fatal falls, plus I have tons of diamonds and other stuff in the loot chests.
I didn't want to push my luck at the end, so I started sliding towards the final door and managed to find it pretty quickly. I passed and then jumped back into my hole. With all my new loot, I organized everything as best I could and then crafted a new selection of diamonds so I could grab some obsidian from the lava pool for a lovely table. Unfortunately, I realized I forgot to grab some books from the keep, so I had to put the enchanting table on the back burner and decided to start going through mobs to try and get a zombie villager on my roll.
I made sure to continue digging space for my base while checking the mob farm. I spent the entire next day continuing to dig and check the mobs until I was finally able to spot a Ziller in the shoot, so I carefully blocked the chute and started killing the mobs one by one. I realized that there were actually two zillig, which meant We could create our breeder, but then a skeleton shot one, no bro, why did I go ahead and craft a gapple for the villager, but I realized that I couldn't make the weakness potion. You need a fermented spider eye for the recipe and I.
I had the brown mushroom and sugar, but no spider eyes, so I thought it would be easy. I'll only kill one spider in that part of the session. I blocked out how naive I was. A group of baby zombies came out of the hole I made and came extremely close. I was about to finish my degree, but after dealing with that, I could literally see the spider eye I needed. I just had to grab it and yes, the creeper killed my Ziller. This felt like a pretty big setback and I was in full gamer rage mode, but I calmed down and decided to head to the M pit to look for spiders.
After all, all of this could have been avoided if I had the spider eye ready in advance while I was in the M shaft. I found more gaps in the mine cart chests and also got glow berries, another chest had a name tag and I also made sure to grab a glowing levy from the walls. I actually found another Ziller wandering the mines, so I captured him in a bow and then spent the next morning digging a tunnel. All the way back to my base I finally got my spider eyes, so I brewed some potions at the base and then ran back to the well to heal our first villager while he healed himself.
I ran around the pit grabbing every rail I could find. While doing so, I found pumpkin, melon, and beet seeds in the various chests on the mine cart, which I also made sure to break. I then transferred our villager to a mine cart and slowly took him back to the base with the limited rails I had. I made a small hole in the wall to hold them temporarily and then planted all the new crops I got while exploring the mines on the 30th. I officially started creating a trading hall for the villagers. I dug some space behind my Axel tank where I want them to go.
I also started digging a space in the wall for a villager breeder. I finished quite a bit and was almost finished the next day, but I wanted some mushroom lights for the walls, so I headed over to The Nether to grab some quickly beforehand. I could even get any. A hogin kindly reminded me how dangerous the chasm really is, but after that close shave I was able to grab some mushroom lights and return to the MOG hole safely. I put the mushroom lights and beds on the villager breeder, meaning I was almost done, I just needed one more villager to get it up and running, so on day 32 I started grinding mobs again to try and find another Ziller one once again.
I made sure to clear more space for my base while I checked out the mob. farm, hey look diamonds, no luck getting a Ziller, so the next morning I went above ground to get tons of spruce wood. I managed to collect about five stacks before night fell and then continued searching for Ziller for the rest of the night while I placed the first one. Some decoration in the MOG hole. The first thing I focused on was making my little trickle pool look better. The next morning, I started building a nice staircase up to the mob farm area.
I left a large open space in the center of the room. that I may eventually make some kind of cool floor pattern here while I was adding a proper storage chest to the mob farm area. I finally saw a baby Ziller in the Sho, so I once again blocked the tube and started taking out the mobs one by one. one and discovered that there was actually an adult Ziller there as well after clearing all the mobs. I was able to catch them both in boats and begin the healing process. Now I just have to be very careful when transporting them to the breeder and We should have infinite villagers while the mob launch was still blocked.
I took the opportunity to decorate the area a little better at the end of the day, the villagers finished baking, so I spent the next morning transporting them to the breeder and to Minecarts once. I put them both in their place. I started shredding all the pitted carrots to make sure the farm was fully planted. The next day, I moved the third villager to that area where I plan to locate the trading hall after a quick wheat harvest. I dug up and cleared a large space for the room, more diamonds. I made a small slot for each villager using spruce logs and then started decorating at the end of the day.
The basic skeleton of the room was finished the next day. I added some. trapdoors that will make the villagers unable to escape from their little capsules and then I put the first villager in his place. I want to make him a librarian, but I need books for reading shift, so I decided it was finally time to go back. the fort while trying to find my way back to the fort I found a four block tall sugar cane that looked quite strange. I was super excited because I didn't even know sugarcane could be found in this preset.
I would have had to get it at the fortress. Wandering merchant and since we spend so much time underground, I doubt you'll see much of him during this video. Not only will sugar cane be great for getting emeralds through paper trading, but it also means I can craft rockets and actually take off with my elytra instead of just gliding, I also found this strange patch of grass gray on the way to the fortress, which I'm pretty sure is like a really weird cursed block. I love how damn Super FL is and sometimes I get super lost while searching for the fortress and it took me most of the next day to finally find it, once there I grabbed a bunch of books and then jumped through the final portal so I could quickly get back to my base.
I finally managed to create an enchantment table and also gave a light to the Prime villager. I also started making books for my enchanting build, but I ran out of wood before I could make them all, then I planted the sugar cane I bought on my little adventure and went back to Turning off my base on the 39th, I returned to the abyss to grab more mushroom lights, everything went pretty well and when I went back to put the lights behind my storage chests I found, you guessed it, more diamonds. I dug some more and then saw that my villager finally accepted his job as a librarian.
I'll need to grow some sugar canes so we can start trading paper with him and get some emeralds meanwhile I started working on building my enchantment table on the operating room floor I think this will look pretty fancy with all the Deep Slate man. I can't tell you how much I wish I had these things in my normal super flat world anyway. I finished the lovely setup except for the last one. I need some books, then I went back to digging and continued doing so for most of day 40. I made sure to stop and expand the sugar cane farm every time I saw it growing.
By the end of the day, the base was starting to look quite spacious. the next morning I did another Expedition to cut down trees on the surface and then returned to the MOG hold to decorate a bunch more which I added to some platforms where I'll be able to mine oaks here for a quick source of wood without having to. I go to the surface that way I can use spruce to decorate and oak wood to craft things like chests and barrels. The next day I put some mushroom lights on my tree platforms to help encourage their growth and finally started breaking down my initial small area. facing the Grotto pool I moved the furnaces down and added some smokers and blast furnaces to break up the wall a bit.
I also added glow berries to my trading room and then dug out some space for a new and improved sugar cane farm, then added some walls. with lanterns around the space to lighten the mood a bit and cleaned out my storage a bit, I really felt like the base was starting to work on day 43. I checked the villager breeder but no villagers had been spawned but sometimes it takes a while . their inventories to fill with carrots to start reproducing, so I thought it was probably just that I needed some oak saplings for my tree farm, so I came out of my hole to grab some and sheared my sheep while I was there, I let myself fall back.
I took them down and planted them and then started figuring out what I wanted my storage area to look like, that's when I made a big mistake oh god ohOh my god, oh my god, no, no, no, the mobs began pouring through the hole at an alarming rate. I managed it somehow. I survived the monsters' attack by digging into the wall and hitting their feet. I was eventually able to clear them long enough to plug the hole after that ordeal. I really needed to do something a little quieter, so I started creating. some new crop farms for carrots and potatoes under the Grotto pool.
I designed the farmland with three blocks between the two fields so that once I have more villagers I can turn this into an auto crop farm. I finished both farms the next morning and then use them. bone meal from my gangster farm to get tons of carrots. I threw all the carrots to the farmer and breeder to hopefully inspire some babies later. I finally finished my lovely setup and then worked on creating a balcony for my strip mines out of a rag. railing Finally I also unlocked my mob drop so we can use the farm again on day 45.
I finally got rid of the big wheat farm in the middle of the room which made the base look huge, then I used my diamonds to create a complete set of armor that should make things a lot less dangerous in the future. I took my new security suit to The Nether to quickly grab some quartz and basal and then returned home that night to create some Redstone components with the quartz. I also used basalt. to set a nice pattern on the ground looked great but for some stupid reason I decided to use blacksmithing tables around the edge which cost two iron ingots each, since I can get iron ore in this preset I commit to I didn't make an Iron Golem Farm in this video, so if I want to finish my floor I'll have to do it the hard way, but that was a problem for another day, so I spent the rest of the day building a sugarcane farm with those.
The new Redstone components I crafted don't have any harvesting system yet, but hey, that's also a problem for another day and speaking of another day, it was now day 47, another morning cutting spruce trees on the surface, then I dove in again in the hole and I started. Decorating the entrances to my open pit mines I expanded them to have even more tunnels on each side and then continued the balcony to the edge the next morning I checked my breeder again there are still no villagers this is so bad it adds up to my problems. My librarian simply refused to take a job, which quickly made it impossible to restore the good books, so I cleaned up the area around my sugar cane farm a bit to cheer myself up and then harvested my carrot farm again.
I brought like five bunches of carrots to The Farmer in the brood chamber to hopefully get things going afterwards, it seemed like my librarian was finally ready to start cooperating, oh no I spoke too soon so I ended up doing some occasional work at the base. I worked in the area around the mafia farm. I spread out my floor pattern a bit more and then started calculating the space for an actual storage room for all my stuff. I gave it storage from a balcony for bulk items that I will get while strip mining like Cobblestone and Deep Slle, the only problem was that I needed a ton of wood to fill all those barrels.
I wasn't ready for another day of outage so I tried doing a couple of resets and managed to get a repair exchange. I immediately picked up a book to resurrect my nearly dead efficiency 5 pick. I called it the tunnel dream because this is the only thing this tunneller has been dreaming about. Okay, that was weird out loud. I'm sorry anyway. I use my mob farm to repair my pickaxe and then check my villager breeder again. Still nothing. I see my frustrations extracting as much stone as possible with my newly repaired pickaxe. I really wanted to finish the whole room soon, so I was in Grind mode, baby. in fact, I mined for the entire next day.
I mined so much that I almost didn't even realize I was halfway through the challenge, but then terror took over. I mean, I only completed one of my main objectives, so far Also, in my previous challenges I had a villager breeder like day five. It seems like starting with no villages in this preset really set me back, but I was determined to make a big comeback in the second act, so I threw a few more piles of carrots at it. The celibate couple and I managed to detect the hearts particle for the first time, which was a very good sign.
I mean, it's been like 20 full days since I built this brooder. It was time for me to add some more details to my mine entries the next day. and then I went up to the surface to widen the drop shot towards my base. I thought a 3X3 hole would look a lot better than the little 1X two I had been working with. I finished the wider shot the next day and then went up. I backed away again to take my pigs to the MOG hole. I set them aside in a small hole and raised them and then spent the rest of the afternoon adding some height to the roof of the base to make things feel a lot less.
Claustrophobic I continued digging the base the next morning to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical. I gave another couple of piles of carrots to my breeder's villagers and then spent the night using the tree farm at the base to gather the wood I needed. For the barrels and chests in the storage room, I also ran out of spruce wood to decorate, so on the 54th I had another lumberjack morning and then my worst fear was almost realized: a neglected block of land, Left Behind, almost he had eliminated me halfway through the challenge. This would have been devastating.
I was quite shaken but I immersed myself in my work and continued shaping and decorating the balcony area before signing off for the night, but on day 55 I returned to the world with renewed motivation. I was talking to my friend. FIP in Minecraft SOS and it taught me that you need space above the beds in the breeder for the villagers to actually start breeding oh my god it worked we finally have a baby yeah buddy after that huge win I sorted a bunch of cobblestones in my bulk storage and then used the last of my iron on some more forging tables for my floor, then built a small Mine Card station to grab villagers from my breeders, this should make my life a lot easier as I get a lot Trading the next day I tried out the new system and put a Fletcher in the trading room so I could start trading sticks for emeralds.
I traded with my repairman villager for a glass and then put him at the back of the Grotto pool so I could see him swimming around since I was out of iron. I did a little strip mining when I got back from the mines. I expanded my pork pit to give the hams more room. I also dug a new hole on the opposite side. side of the base for my sheet. I finished digging it out the next morning and then quickly swapped it out for more glass before going to get my sheep. Ah, I'm falling. Thank goodness I brought my parach sheep, so maybe not.

I just posted the global download for this episode, but for now it's back under construction. I did it. A little more work on my warehouse for the rest of the afternoon to try to make it look a little more finished. Day 58 will arrive. I spent some time filling the trading hall with some new villagers.
I grew some wood for a while. to get sticks to trade and then I created a bunch more Lecter to get librarians. The night is not the best for reestablishing trades, so I decided to spend the night decorating my carrot and potato farm with some deep slate walls, taking my time to finish. little things like this really make a big difference. I created a composter so I could have a farmer villager in my trading room and then managed to get a silk touch trade which I blocked after trading tons of sticks. I also found Unbreaking three, but I didn't have the emeralds I needed to get the trade and I lost the bag, the villager reset his trade and the enchantment disappeared, so the next morning I placed a clock in my trade room so I could keep track a little time.
More precisely, this really helps you know exactly when the villagers will trade or reset that day. Luckily, I managed to find a cheaper Unbreaking 3 trade, so I crafted a diamond ax to quickly grab some sticks and then successfully blocked it and then spent a bit. It's time to transport a villager from my breeder to my carrot and potato farm. I'm ready to turn it into an auto farm now that we finally have leftover villagers to wrap up the day I closed on a Fortune 3 trade. The trading room was filling up quickly. With some awesome deals after another Wake and Chop on Day 61, I started laying down the floor for the auto crop farm, but I needed some jumping for the harvesting system, so I went to do some strip mining to try to get something.
Empty-handed, but the day was not a total loss, I took some more glass from the trading room and also took another villager to the cultivation farm, then I was able to put the third villager in his place the next day and after open pit mining. on one of my second level branches at level 15 I was finally able to get the Hoppers for the farm which I placed in The Hoppers on a mine cart with a hopper and almost killed my villager in the process, but I was still missing the iron I needed . For the second Hopper mine cart I got desperate and Min the iron from the roof of the base and it turned out to be a huge vein.
Then I placed the last mine cart and the farm was ready to go. I threw away tons of carrots and potatoes. to my villagers to start production and then I grabbed some mushroom lights from the background to illuminate the farm while I was in the background. I killed as many hogins as I could to collect some leather since I never found any cows on the surface. I went back to the base and traded for more glass and then finished all the decorations for the farm, but I still want to make one more farm that will be good for collecting emeralds, an automatic melon and pumpkin farm.
I decided to put it. in the same place as the sugar cane farm, but on the opposite side of the Bas, I finished all the Redstone for the farm and then started to give it a nice look with some spruce wood. I got rid of my original pumpkin and melon farm, if you can. Let's even call it that and then I planted the seeds in the new Farm. I dressed up the sugar cane farm a bit more to match the other side and then made a ton of spruce hatches to hide all the balcony lighting which I then changed. with my villagers to get some glass and then I started sealing each farm.
I just needed a little more glass for the sugar cane side. They were both basically finished, aside from a gathering system, so I started digging some tunnels under each farm. I took a short break to check my mob farm and saw a mob wearing some fancy Diamond pants, but unfortunately they didn't drop the next morning. I finished the glass for the sugar can farm and then tried to restart a little with my librarians as usual. I didn't have it, so I went back to working on the collection systems for the Farms. I used water currents to get the pumpkins and melons to the storage chest, but opted for a mine cart collection system for the sugar can, the only problem was that I didn't have enough iron for all the Hoppers I needed.
I'm really starting to regret the blacksmithing table floor. Luckily I was able to find some iron pretty quickly in one of my minds and in the end I finished the mine cart collecting system. day, but my system had a fatal flaw: the noise of the mine cart was going to drive me completely crazy, so I decided to move the entiresugar can farm back a block and just use a stream of water to move the items like we did in the On the other hand, it didn't take me long to set up and I was already enjoying the peace and quiet.
I went back to Rolling for enchantments and this time I was able to secure a loot trade three which I will definitely need to get. wither skulls the next day I added the book to my sword along with repair and Unbreaking I spent the rest of the day collecting wood and emeralds as my villagers were too stubborn to reset once again day 68 was another morning of wood cutting after gathering tons of spruce I returned to hole M to exchange it for some glass. I wanted to finally finish the Grotto pool as it had become the centerpiece of the base.
I also worked on tying off walkways on both sides of the tank the aquarium was starting to build. Looks as good as the days count. I put a spruce roof on the inside which really helped it look more finished after messing around for a bit with my villagers. I added a nice spruce log border to my animal pens and then added even more details to my storage area. I still hadn't finished the storage area, but the next day I just couldn't take it anymore. I was losing my mind no matter how hard I tried. I couldn't get my villagers to take jobs.
It had gone on too long, so I decided to dig a long way. Railway tunnel with a small gap at the end. The plan is to isolate my villagers in the small space to reset them and then move them back to the hallway once I close a good trade. I tried the new system and it worked great. I was able to get an efficiency 5 trade, but I was unprepared and missed my chance, so I spent the entire day 71 making sure I had enough emeralds and then rerolled until I finally found the trade again and was able to block it.
The next morning I took the villager to my living room and was able to set efficiency 5 and repair my diamond axe. I tried it on my tree farm and was very happy from then on. Gathering wood would be much faster. I repaired the ax using my gangster farm and then continued chopping wood to get tons of emeralds, oh my god I can't escape from these guys even here. I really wanted to try to get a 4 protection trade, so I went ahead and charged up one of my villagers and sent them to the isolation chamber. I spent the entire day 73 chopping wood, trading emeralds, and resetting, but I had no luck getting the trade I was looking for.
I finally found the exchange about 5 minutes into day 74 and quickly locked it up, it was time to start searching for emeralds so I could get a full set of fully enchanted armor, so I prepared my ax and then I was able to chop it down since I now had a sword of looting and was about to have a stack set. of armor I was almost ready to go find Wither Skeleton skulls so I could fight the Wither, so I decided to make some fireworks so I could quickly and easily navigate through the abyss without worrying about the deadly lava and harmful hoglin I changed it to the last protection and Unbreaking books I needed and then I started combining everything.
I finished my helmet followed by my pants and boots and then crafted a shiny new chest plate. The next day I put enchantments on my elytra and chest plate and I was basically ready to go, but before I took off I fixed up some ugly walls next to my auto crop farm by adding some deep, fancy slate tiles that I was officially up to. ready, so I headed to The Nether and took it off on the way to the Fortress. I made sure to grab some hanging quartz when I got to the Fortress, there were tons of withered skeletons, but I quickly realized that I had forgotten my bow, this was a big problem because the flames kept attacking me over and over again. so after killing a bunch of Wither skeletons with no luck, I decided to cut my losses and head back through the archway after grabbing it.
I turned around and flew back to the Fortress immediately having a scope. The gun made a big difference. I changed the script. and I started shooting left and right. I even found some good loot in the chests in the Stronghold, including a diamond and some blacksmithing templates, the place was absolutely crawling with wither skeletons and I was killing tons of them, but even though things were definitely easier with the bow , I was still having some tough times with flames shooting at me from all over the world. I managed to collect my first skull, but I almost died doing it, in fact, I was burning through my health like crazy and I was almost out of food, so I fumbled around with my elytra. and jumped straight into a pool of lava, but after spamming rockets I was able to get out shortly after, my food was gone and my arrows were also running out so I had no choice but to return home and restock on food and arrows. chance to clean up my inventory a bit and I wanted to create more rockets but I ran out of sugar cane so I stayed for a while and did some tasks until I was finally able to create some more rockets with it, I was back.
To the fortress I found more loot chests with some good stuff like diamonds and saddles and then I had another near-death experience that made me rethink all my life decisions. I had literally been thrown off the cliff directly into a C magma, but my spam clicked once again. Sav My Life along with the armor accessory I was working on a bit, but on the plus side I found another diamond and got my second skull. I must have been wearing myself out from all these close calls because the next one is probably the most pathetic, but it turns out that I'm actually really bad at switching between my chest plate and my elytra, the truth is that my terrible elytra swapping was proving to be the most dangerous part.
After this whole ordeal shortly after I hid behind a basalt pillar when a Blaze pulled me off the ledge before I could recover from the fall, a withered skeleton was above me threatening to chew on my last few hearts, but blindly I shoved my Voral Sword into the skeleton and with a Snicker sandwich got the third and final one. Wither Skull Now I'm going home somehow I made it back to the hole safely I was so happy I could have kissed the cold cavernous walls of my cave I put my things away and ended the night relaxing chopping wood I really needed to decompress so I decided to do some fun things on day 80, like hanging pictures in the mob farm room.
I also bought a bunch of glass and finished the front of the Axel Lottle tank on day 81. I decided I was done. I was going to create a better path to the surface, climbing the ladder was very slow, so I wanted to make a separate area behind the gr pool for a bubble caller. After marking the wires for the new sprout, I went ahead and used my spruce. To finish decorating all the entrances to my open pit mine, I quickly dove into The Nether to grab some more basalt so I could finally finish the floor patterns around the base.
I also set up some small Nether wart farms next to my sugar cane and melon farms. I spent the next morning trying to get the last of the iron I needed for the blacksmithing tables on the floor. I was pretty sure I had enough, so I put it all in the furnace to melt it down and then added some storage for my new Netherwart Farms once the iron was ready to cook. I put the last of the blacksmithing tables on the floor, it's okay, it looks great, maybe it was worth it after all. I climbed back to the surface and then found the cables I had marked for my new Callum bubble.
I started digging and my aim was perfect. Now I can fly with rockets until I installed the Callum bubble. I created some more rockets and tried it and it turns out that it takes five rockets to reach the surface. I really don't want to burn that many rockets each time, so I started working on digging a large tray of ice into the surface. Usually when I make a bubble column I just place a water block on top and then use seaweed to turn it into Source Block, but since I don't have wandering merchant seaweed I'm going to use the ice method, but to make it we needed a silky touch pickaxe, so I slowly made my way back down to the MOG hole and got rid of the ladder.
I went, then mined enough iron to make an anvil and was able to put the silk touch charm on my pain. I used it to go into my Axel tank and add some gravel and seagrass to make Grotle happier while I was. There I added some rocks and glow berries and the tank looked amazing. I thought the ice was probably ready to harvest, so I flew to the surface and grabbed about three stacks. I needed to wait at least one more harvest to have enough ice. I was back in the mold to make some organ. I really wanted to get rid of all the floating chests, so I started organizing all my stuff in the storage room.
While I was at it, I added more missing chests and barrels to the storage area and started placing logs behind the chest for a more finished look. The next morning, I iced the new sprout and then used a rocket to get to the top and collect the last piece of ice I needed once the sprout was full. to the edge with ice, I fell back into the MOG hole and started mining the ice upwards, it's quite slow but doing it this way guarantees that I won't drown. Each ice block I break becomes a water fountain and continues the column of bubbles upwards, allowing me to breathe, it took too long to extract all the ice, but once I got to the top, there was a creeper there to congratulate me I went down again to test the elevator and it worked great.
It still took me a while to get to the top, but it was much faster than climbing this stupid staircase once I did that. I went back to chopping wood and working on finishing the storage room. I finished placing all the chests and barrels and then spent most of the day moving items around and trying to get everything. organized, I also replaced some of the walls of the mob farm launch with glass so I could see out a little easier. This would have been very nice when I was hunting the zill on day 87. I finished removing every last floating chest and barrel from the At the beginning of the 100 days it felt incredibly good to finally have everything clear, then I spent the rest of the day doing the Tedious job of finishing the back and top of the chest so that there were no ugly stone spikes in the front.
I added some flashlights. I went to the front and got all my torches out and everything looked a lot more finished, but unfortunately there was still a lot of organizing to do, some of my chests were still full of junk, like when you clean your room by just throwing everything in the trash. your closet, so I spent all day 88 organizing my chest and labeling my storage area with the signs above the chests. I even added white dye and bright squid for easier reading. I continued organizing until the next day and in the afternoon I was finally there.
I was almost done, so I took a trip to that geod I had found on the 12th. I grabbed some amethyst and then used the floor of my blacksmithing table to add some sexy purple decorations to my armor with the decorations I had. found in my Adventures. God my friend, we look so arrogant. I spent the rest of day 89 getting rid of the straight torches, adding some finishing touches to the base, and generally cleaning things up as we approached our final 10 days. I felt like the foundation was pretty close to being finished. but when I went to the surface to mine some Brucewood on day 990, something occurred to me even though we have an amazing underground base, you wouldn't even know I spent 100 days on this world looking at the surface, I think it's something like that.
It's a shame, so I decided to try and do something cool here for the last 10 days, so I started clearing all the ugly dirt walls and some silk-touch grass to take back to my sheep enclosure. I quickly set up pasture for my sheep. and then I spent the rest of the day gathering building blocks and my shulkers to bring to the surface. I want to make some wheat and beet farms there, since we only have carrots and potatoes in our base, so I also took a lot of seeds. like spruce wood and tons of B salt and deep slate, the next morning I was ready to start building.
I shoveled all the snow off the ground and then started planting my wheat and beet farms. I was just beginning to form the outer wall of the structure, but night fell and I was terrorized by zombies and fandoms for the next few minutes. I finally realized that I was literally doing nothing and that I was on the brink of death, so I decided to fall back into the game, but I wanted to somehow make the night.productive, so I went to the bottom to take more basalt for construction. I also raised my sheep and pigs as soon as it was light again.
I climbed back up and continued building. I was able to have the exterior wall of the building mostly laid out. I'm going to go for a sort of greenhouse environment since we have the wheat and beet roof. The farms up here, once I started putting in the white glass, the building really started to come together when the Ghosts came out at night. I felt very good about the progress. I spent the rest of the afternoon in the MOG pit trading emeralds so I could buy more glass for the greenhouse walls. On day 93 I went up again and made a path between the column of bubbles and the drop.
Sho, so I took some pods from my tree farm and used them to make a little flower bed at the back of the greenhouse. I needed a place to display my dragon egg and this seemed like the perfect place. I continued building the walls until I was basically ready to go up to the roof, but the Ghosts took me back to my hole to spend the night as usual, so with an eye on counting days I spent the night digging a tunnel to the fight with Wither. I also prepared two healing potions very quickly. In case the fight goes badly, I also want to bring some of my pigs to the fight so I can try to get some wilted flowers, since squid can't spawn in this world.
Wilted flowers are the easiest way for me to get black Dy. which is great because I want to use a gray rug on the roof of the conservatory. I got the pigs into the tunnel and everything was ready to go, so as soon as the sun came up on day 94 I started the final battle by killing Withers using This tunnel method is pretty foolproof, but I was still extremely nervous if I died here, hours and hours of gaming would be completely wasted. I tried not to think about it and stayed calm, taking the fight nice and slow.
I did it, oh what a relief, oh. we got a nice wilted rose. Our second main objective for this video was now complete, meaning we only needed to finish our epic base, so I killed one of my gray sheep and then returned to the surface once again. I didn't really have much time to build after the fight before the Phantoms came out, but sometimes I had a solution if you lie down on a bed but don't skip the night completely, it still takes out the Phantoms. I tried it and it really worked. I was finally able to build. the undisturbed night wow, this looks great.
I continued to spread the wheat and beets as they grew and the farms were almost full, then I jumped in to raise my gray sheet killing all the white ones as I did so when I surfaced the next morning. I brought some amethyst clusters to place next to the dragon egg ooh, that looks great. I then grabbed a bunch of glow leaves and berries to use in the greenhouse, as well as some black stone for the roof. I also took some time to put in a mason. villager in my trading room. I can trade with the bricklayer for bricks that I can use to make many flower pots for decoration.
I worked on the greenhouse roof all night and into the next morning, but ran out of many materials. I needed a lot more gray wool, so I sheared and raised my gray sheep again and then traded them with my villagers for bricks and glass. I also needed a few things from the back for the greenhouse, so I made a quick trip to get Crimson Blackstone. and Nether Bricks then I spent the rest of the afternoon mining iron to use in iron bars and lanterns for the construction of day 97. I had enough materials to continue building so I placed the crimson hatches and nether brick fences, unfortunately I was still I'm missing a few, so I'd have to run one more errand.
I set up a lot of pots, raised and sheared my sheep once again and did some more mining for iron on day 98. I was really feeling the pressure. I was not sure. If I had enough time to finish the greenhouse but I was going to do the best I could, I grabbed some more gray wool, collected some lower brick fences from a nearby fort and then brought everything up to the surface, then finished putting up the lower fences and added some . I then added flowers to my pots and added all the details to the ceiling with chains, lanterns and iron bars.
Once night fell, I went inside and placed some glow berries to help light things up. At this point the greenhouse was basically finished, except for a bit of gray that was missing. carpet for the ceiling and some fine details. I made a diamond hole for myself and also took a luminous levy to decorate with the construction almost finished. I was able to relax a little on my penultimate day in the world. I did some last minute mining. for iron and then while it was melting I filled all the pots in the greenhouse with plants and mushrooms I also placed more carpet on the roof and used my nether star to create a lighthouse behind the greenhouse with some gold blocks now we will never lose I put more chains and carpets on our base, but I was still missing both, but I was pretty sure I had enough time to get everything before I knew it.
It was day 100, my last day on this earth. I wish I could. I stopped to enjoy it, but I needed to scramble to find the last few things that were missing while I thought about it. I used the name tag I found on the M axis to finally give Grotto an official name. You deserve it for keeping me company in this lonely time. hole for the full 100 days please let Grotto know how much it means to me spam we love grot in the comments. I grabbed a bunch of stuff from my storage room to create a super cool fireworks rocket to celebrate the 100 days and then mined iron until I had just enough for the four missing chains I needed.
I also grabbed the last piece of gray wool I needed for the ceiling rugs. I thought it would be cool to have music in the greenhouse, so I moved all my records upstairs. in a barrel and made a jukebox so I could listen to them whenever I wanted, then I went up to the roof to put down the last missing chains and carpet. It was snowing and there was something so peaceful and magical about it that I literally can't. I thought of a better time to officially finish all the tasks in this video. All that was left to do was celebrate, so I put on some good songs and got ready for the fireworks.
I can't believe it guys, we did it, we did it. I'm not going to lie I think this was the hardest challenge but I'm really proud of our little base here we go 3 2 1 wow happy 100 days everyone tell me what preset you want me to do next thanks for watching
