cysto

scopy with

stent

removal

It has a chip on the end where there are no wires running through the headset itself. the deflection on this is 120 degrees versus 210 degrees and it also allows us to place instruments on the tip and through the working channel the image is fantastic, it is as good if not better than the reusable scopes, also because it is a completely new with each use, I'm not worried about infections or cleaning problems and it certainly creates efficiency in our workplace, so as you can see, we are sailing through the bulbar urethra entering the membranous urethra and here you can see the urinary sphincter, the vera montanum. below us, as we now enter the prostatic urethra through the bladder neck and now into the bladder itself, once inside the bladder, we look around to make sure there are no foreign bodies or objects, we know that our stent that was placed in the right ureter it's been in for a few weeks and you can see it's quite calcified so obviously we want to make sure we remove it completely so that as we look through the bladder here.
