Patrick's Day for your fake cakes, so let's start again here first, you know, last month I said how important these heart beats are. You see me use them to make animal faces, hearts, shamrocks and you'll see even more for Easter so this is a large one sorry they don't give the medium sizes and then a small one this one is 5 8 inches but the other two are not written there, but you can see how they stack up now, this is the same formula. I used it last month for the Valentine hearts that I showed you how to make and what you do is you make the three hearts together alternating the color to be dark, light, dark or light, dark and you just glue three of them together and add a little stem and you have a shamrock, you can see it here now, here's the shamrock too, I use dark green, then a polka dot, then a little bit of plaid and by the way, this is a dollar tree ribbon, a nice little plaid which I stock up on every time I see them now when I think.

St. Patrick's Day I always think about lace so what I did was I took a doily and I made a little feature there and then when I cut out here I put it on top and then I distressed it a little bit now I like distressed items yes No, don't age them now. What I did instead of just gluing all of this together is I made it to be like a little pocket, so I glued it together. There is a pot with a golden ticket. Here's a little label on the back, but. I just pasted this part up to here and then it's open so you can have little labels and nice things that you can do now.
This is on a five by seven ornament. This is what I call a little collage and you can continue. the front of a greeting card, a gift bag, or on these clipboards that I'll show you in a minute. I took some more of my Kleenex box and turned it over to show you that this is a Kleenex box that I cut up. a shape of a label and I just put some green and white polka dots on it. You see my color scheme here. I think it's very important to have greens purples and creams, maybe with some of that lace here I used some lace from Dollar Tree and again there's that. green on my check here's another one here and look how cute I even put in a little lucky horseshoe that I happen to have that was from Anna Griffin and I also have some of this paper that has little shamrocks on it that you can cut out anyway these are adorable tags , let's say you make some candy or have a little gift, you're having a party, how cute to put that in a bag, speaking of bags, here are two adorable ones, now again, these are the same five by seven pieces that you could go on a card or a gift bag now here I made some crepe paper I made some little layers here I have that shamrock paper I even put a ribbon across like this and again some purple flowers so you can make such pretty things now I want Show you what I did.
I added those same things on the back here, now you can see here. I used a square mat and some green and white paper and then just used clothes pins just to hold this little collage together. the front that would be so cute on the wall and you see my little clothespins just take them off you could put something else for Easter here again these clipboards are from Dollar Tree as well as all this lace ribbon, the burlap ribbon . and here's another cute one with a little saying with the checkered ribbon and again I just closed the pin which at the top was very cute by the way I just wanted to show you these little pots that you can get, I think there are 12 for a dollar 25 or whatever, I've turned them into two things so you can see here here's one for St.
Patrick's Day. I just had some of this. How is this called? I don't know, stretchy things, shiny shamrocks and I just twisted them up and put them in this little arrangement here in the little pot, added a little bit of moss, but you can also take these same pots and make bubbling cauldrons for Halloween, so I wanted to show you how. Pick them up because you can wear them for both holidays. It's the only sign I bought this year that has the top hat on it and it's Happy St. Patrick's Day and I'm going to cut it all out and put a little tongue depressor on the back and stick them on some arrangements that I'm going to make for table layouts, so Don't forget to check out all of my table designs coming out in March, but I wanted to show you these things so you can get started or buy them at Dollar Tree before they come out.
This is one from last year. I like it. that's going to go in a tiered pan, I showed you this last month this is my faux baked white cake here are my little white cakes here and all I did for these was take these shamrocks that were kind of what they call it bowl filling or spread or whatever you call it, I just stuck it on some putty, added these cute little purple flowers that I have and look at the pretty little cupcakes I made, all of this is removable, it looks like when it has nothing on it and then I just put the little one on top, I just put that's right there with the little flower, so again, this is my white Valentine's Day cake from last month.
You'll also see it decorated for Easter and here's my elf that I bought at Hobby lobby and one of those shamrocks that I just glued some icing to one of my purple flowers and then I just have these separate shamrocks on sticks that I just bought this year and that I put there, I put some purple roses on each side and I really like this color combination with this kind of olive color. Kind of a drab green hydrangea, I think it looks really nice, but anyway it's got a pot of gold on its back, I don't know if you can see that and look how cute it looks for St.
Patrick's Day, so for Easter I I take all this out and I can put in Easter eggs and bunnies and everything else, so if you want to make a fake cake, I would because I'll use it every month, we'll put shells on it during the summer. we are going to have all kinds of interesting cakes using this one, I hope you like it, I hope you have ideas to make some shamrocks, even if you just make some shamrocks and put them on some little tags, how cute would that be and you have a little gift to give them your guests when they return home from the St.
Patrick's Day celebration. I hope you like this. I hope you were inspired and see you in the next video. Bye bye.
