Try some new and exclusive special treats and Universal is even hooking us up with a private

tour

. of a Jurassic space on a property I've never been to and I'm very excited to visit. I hope you're ready. I hope you're excited. It will be Dynamite's first stop on our Jurassic adventure today, the new 30th anniversary.

tribute

store

, so Universal does these tribute stores, they do different ones quarterly, they are one of my favorite things that Universal does because they are incredibly detailed and over the top stores that are worth checking out even if you don't want to buy anything, but I assure you.

More Interesting Facts About,

dinosaurs jeff goldblum 30 years of jurassic park at universal orlando tribute store room tour...

I'm going to want to buy something here during the Halloween season, they'll do a hhn themed store, they'll do a Christmas themed store and this summer obviously they'll do Jurassic Park because it's the 30th anniversary if it wasn't like that. Aware that Universal is the studio that made Jurassic Park, so they have a lot of real props and behind the scenes and Easter eggs, enough talking, let's get in there, okay, uh, the pre-production offices, August 1991. Here we go, T-Rex head. My nerdy pop culture movie making self is going geeky right now with all these different models and blueprints, so this is what the offices around Universal 1991 are supposed to look like before the movie came out in 1993, but fun fact of Jurassic Park is that I actually started working on Jurassic Park before Universal even knew that Michael Kreit was an amazing author and he's doing this new book about

dinosaurs

, so we don't even need to read it.
dinosaurs jeff goldblum 30 years of jurassic park at universal orlando tribute store room tour
Here's 1.5 million dollars to give us the rights and them. I actually ended up paying Michael an extra $500,000 to come consult on the movie, but isn't it crazy to be offered $1.5 million before your book comes out? As if Universal was saying, yeah, we'll do it, we'll take it. For us, there's actually a bidding war for it, so many people wanted it

universal

ly, oh my gosh, I could literally spend hours here, look at this little setup model of the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex Flair scene with the Jeeps flipped, it has all. from storyboards, small figures, Jurassic Park was revolutionary for many reasons, they revolutionized the way CGI would work, they actually built animatronics, real practical parts of giant

dinosaurs

, so that's why the T-Rex looks so realistic because it was real.
dinosaurs jeff goldblum 30 years of jurassic park at universal orlando tribute store room tour
This is so cool, oh my gosh, this is amazing on this little TV here, they're actually showing you the stop motion sequence that these clay figures were used in so they could lay out the scene before filming it with the actors and with the dinosaur, imagine, goes from these storyboards to stop motion clay animation, essentially to the real thing. What I also love are all the Easter eggs and nods to the people who actually worked on these movies. There's a sticky note here that says "Hi Steven." Can we fix this leak? I guess it's a note to Steven Spielberg, of course, the director here, you have different notes, you have a note too, John, which I think would be a nod to John Schlag, who was one of the graphics. designers who did the computer graphics for the dinosaurs Phil, that would be Phil Tippett, he was on the special effects teams and as a fun fact, he is actually credited as the Wrangler dinosaur in the credits of the movie and then here you have to talk to Stan about the scale.
Design Stan Winston is one of the best special effects people in the Hollywood business and was in charge of creating all the real dinosaurs, especially the T-Rex, so I love that they are paying homage to all these people who made this movie. will come to life because I think we can all agree between the use of cutting-edge CGI and practical effects. It's been 30

years

, this movie is still amazing, of course this really is a merchandise store so there will be a lot of cool Jurassic merchandise. I'm going to highlight some of my favorite things as we walk through the store.
I love this collection from Ian Malcolm, including this sweatshirt with objects in the mirror that are closer than they seem and then you also have the I'm Always Looking For A Future sweatshirt X Mrs. Malcolm hilarious, that's on a mug too. If you choose to drink your Jeff Goldblum shirtless, when it comes to some of the 30th products, you have a charcoal t-shirt, a green t-shirt, and glass a mug to wear an Isla Nublar 1993 t-shirt I like that iconic Jeep license plate A welcome kit awaits, oh cool, it's like a lot of good stuff that would be in the movie, like safety glasses, instructions, a visitor's badge, etc. a bag I don't think it's exclusive to the number 30, but it's cool mystery pin set pit pit pit teaching drawstring drawstring bag jean jacket I'm trying to convince myself I don't need it because it's 110 yellow t-shirt sign mug spirit jersey shot glass t-shirt magnet different freestyle Coca-Cola mug and cup holder only all the pictures here of all the details of things like the iconic jeeps from Jurassic Park, you can see real photos of them on set, you can see storyboards and drawings of them and all the little notes of details they want, I could literally stay here for hours drawings of real dinosaurs, here's some concept art.
I'm really drawn to this picture in the bottom second on the right because it's an RAF

tour

because in the book, it's not a Jeep Tour, it's a raft ride, but they decided to change that in the movie, obviously, and make it a Jeep Tour because it's very difficult to work with water, as Steven Spielberg learned doing Jaws, so he learned his lesson there and they went. a land dinosaur tour and also the fun little easter egg in the raft picture, although he says it looks like a funny exclamation point because of course over Islands of Adventure Jurassic Park River Adventure is a fun ride oh also check out the costumes here.
You have drawings of the children You have drawings of John Hammond You have Dr. Alan Grant's hat You have some costume pieces here for what the Jurassic Park employees looked like. I especially like the sticky note about Dr. Ala Grant. that says less cowboy and needs a red paisley bandana oh my god here's a video of them making the giant T-rex unfortunately the original T-Rex was destroyed it was like rotting and falling apart but I've actually seen some of the others. dinosaurs using the Jurassic Park sequels and stuff. I went to this cool exhibit in Los Angeles, you can see it in our 12 Hours in Los Angeles video, but I saw real dinosaurs and the scale of these things is a huge CGI desktop, now you can see. a couple more fun easter eggs here is the movie script there is also a nod here for Gerg the Flame who was originally Greg but appears in many of the tribute shops.
I guess it's a nod to Gregory Hall, who is a

universal

. creative team member um and he does a lot of these things he was instrumental in veloci Coaster oh my god I'm going to get nervous about all this another fun easter egg there's a sign here for acorn soda Earls Acorn soda if you're a Universal fan You probably know Earl the Squirrel, he's the Christmas mascot named after a real squirrel who would cause electrical problems when you were chewing on wires on Universal's big Christmas tree and now he's taking on a life of his own and It's like a huge thing in the universal fan community moves into our next

room

, but there are a couple of things in this display case, this is obviously a nod to Tim, the younger brother, although in the book it's interesting that he's the one. older, it's an older boy, a younger girl, they took him out of the movie, but Obviously, you have the night vision goggles that he puts on and then you have the 10,000 beam danger signal, which of course he has fun, he should be absolutely dead, but anyway, it's not dead for some reason.
The scene looks like it's the kitchen which is very exciting and we even have a smart girl who is so creepy and they have some of the sound effects from the movie. The noises from the Raptor, they have the kitchen making noise, you can see things being knocked over. You even have the door here. I think that's probably one of the most iconic scenes in the movie, when she breathes into that door and then uses her claw to open it. Thanks, it's fun. The fact that Jurassic Park actually used a lot of different real life animals to make the noises of the different dinosaurs and that blow effect was a horse exhaling but also for the Raptors um how do I say this on a family channel they used turtles that They were making more turtles than some of their Raptors.
It also sounds like a goose, so it's not an animal you'd think would make Raptor noises, but you know, whatever works, it certainly made a couple of other fun dinosaur sounds for you. meet the T-Rex. Some of their noises were made by Gary Rystrom, the sound directors, Jack Russell. Terrier's name is Buster, there is a big difference in size, there is also a baby elephant and probably one of the most famous moments in the movie, besides the Raptors, is the Brachiosaurus when he sneezes on Dr. Alan Grant and Lex and Tim when They hide in the tree that The noise of the sneeze was made by the blowhole of a whale.
All the Easter eggs and accessories are off the charts. I guess a lot of the stuff behind the glass was actually used in the movie. Just because this is a universally owned movie and they are known. to place your movie props in the

park

s like if you have some of the walkie-talkies, you have some of the dishes and some of the items that would have been in the Discovery Center, you have the manual override switch. You have the night light or flashlight that Dr. Ellie Sadler has to use. You have the hat that John Hammond wears.
Nice hat. You have the can of barbasol that Newman uses to steal the dinosaur embryos and it's even fake. where you can see the little dinosaurs that would go there you have some of the different laces including Phil and I'm going to say it's Phil Tippett who again is the special effects person so it's a fun Easter egg but my favorite on this case so far it's two different books this is a real book written by a real paleontologist named John Horner he was the inspiration for the character of Dr. Alan Grant and he was actually a consultant on the movie as a paleontology consultant so they could get things as realistic as possible, of course, it's still a movie, so they took some creative liberties, but they had a paleontology consultant and thanks to him we have Dr.
Alan Grant and here is Dr. Alan Grant's book. The fictional book that exists within the Jurassic Park universe. When Tim meets Dr. Alan Grant, he says: I read your book. I read your book. This is the book he is holding. If you looked at the back, it would be a photo of Dr. Alan Grant, but let's take it. It's a step further because not only do these books look very similar, not only is Dr. Alan Grant based on John Horner, but if you look closely, the trailer for John Horner's book is by legendary British documentary narrator David Attenborough.
Dr. Alan Grantz is from Sir Richard. Attenborough, who is not only David Attenborough's brother, but also played John Hammond in the movies, this is also amazing. Here are all the storyboards and photo scenes from the sets that they have here to take photos, so, for example, here is the kitchen scene. You can watch the Raptors. As you turn the corner, look up the nose, Tim sits still, you've got your notes there, you've got your master diagrams and, oh, this is funny, they're color-coded, so it looks like Lexus red. Tim is purple, Raptor is green. and Raptor B is yellow and they have this whole scene mapped out, the iconic kitchen scene with the paths of all the different characters.
Look at these pictures of the kitchen sets, you have the different boxes and stuff, and then you can see them. here on this recreated set which is amazing, another scene they have in the storyboard here is the maintenance shed scene when Dr. Ellie Sadler goes to save the day and says don't forget the arm because Samuel L Jackson's arm comes out in it, you have in the bath

room

scene Polaroids of the dinosaur and the bathrooms, the jeep in the night scene where Wayne Knight is attacked by the dilophosaurus, this is cool, oh my god, look at this, look at that, that's the car when hangs from the tree that uh Timis still in it and he and Alan Grant have to get out of the fruit tree very quickly.
I'm looking at y'all a couple more pics including this one with the Dilophosaurus and you can hear his little Chirps, here's a cool Easter egg that's actually tied to Walt Disney World so this source of weather information, warning hurricane and this Survivor poster from the Kawaii team are because a huge hurricane hit Hawaii when they were on the set of Jurassic Park and all the airlines. were down, so Steven Spielberg called in a personal pilot who knew Fred Sorensen, who he had actually used as a pilot in Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark and was so good and charismatic that they put him in Indiana Jones as the jock Lindsay , the pilot in at the beginning of the movie, uh, that's why Jack Lindsay's Hangar bar in Disney Springs is called that and it's an Indiana Jones themed bar, but to go one step further, there's actually a tooth of T-Rex in a box on Jack Lindsey's porch and there's a little note that says jock, thanks for getting us off SS Island and it's a real T-rex tooth that was used. in the Disney movie, which I think is hilarious and cool, more products in this transition room, as well as another manic mold, if you wanted the Raptor claw moldo-matic, I hope there is a T-Rex one and then there is another one photo shoot this time with that scene I was talking about with Ellie Sadler in the Raptor Mr.
Hammond, I think we're back in business and there's another Earl the squirrel nods around the corner of the Raptor if you look at the box of voltage, it's like dangerous, it says electrical danger Hazard and it has a drawing of Earl getting electrocuted, which is very dark humor, but I find it funny. I love it. I love that Universal does things like this, they're not afraid to poke fun. and jump into the story and be quick and timely with things like Earl the squirrel, so we love that and now it looks like we're heading into our final room, more collectibles and merchandise, but the most important thing is the candy case, what do they have there?
King Kong, this case is really funny, it is not for sale, but it is merchandise from the last 30

years

because, obviously, Jurassic Park is a phenomenon that we are celebrating three decades later, it was a great success, it revolutionized the How movies We Do, was innovative, as I said before. it still holds. Jurassic Park actually costs $63 million, but to date it has grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide and the entire franchise has grossed over six billion dollars worldwide. Quickly guess which are the lowest and highest grossing movies in the franchise. Well, time's up, the lowest one, Jurassic Park three, I just had shit, they actually said it was a trap that burned pennies, pennies, basically 358 million dollars, embarrassing, honestly, and the highest one is Jurassic World, which grossed more than $1.67 billion worldwide, is one of the highest-grossing franchises of all time.
Plus, people love it so it's really fun to see this vintage merchandise like, oh my gosh, look at this little vintage wood cutout of a sexy Dr. Ian Malcolm. You have ties, collectible mugs, oh my goodness. McDonald's french fries collector. I remember those newspapers. and articles about the movie when it came out, I mean, oh my god, spitting watch, that's hilarious. I wish you could buy that, that's hysterical, I had the VHS in my house, games, old shirts and lunch boxes, dinosaur bath soap, gelatin molds, hilarious, friendly team. The member also just pointed out this big secret to me.
If you look at the tan label on the back of this magazine, it has the numbers 090123 and that's because Halloween Horror Nights starts this year on September 1, 2023. I really like this collection, it's very bright. and retro. A really important question. Do I need a Jurassic Park cardigan? There's a T-Rex on the back and everything. OMG, I'm obsessed with these ducks too. I have the three main Jaws characters, but do I need a Dr. Alan? Duck Grant, let's take a look at the treats we have Dino Chow, which are cinnamon glazed pecans. A Mr DNA cookie. cute that's with the gummy dinosaurs on top cookie dough balls that look like different dinosaur eggs lava candy plus fudge brownies what to get what to get who am I kidding there's only one option I have my sexy Dr.
Ian Malcolm Brownie and I'm going to eat here near Trixie, this is a real start, he used Triceratops for the sick Triceratops scene. She actually currently lives at Give Kids the World Village, which is the nearby place where Make-a-Wish kids and their families can stay outside when they come. the theme

park

s, but they brought it here for the tribute shop and it's really cool and it has an Easter egg right here, there's a little sign that says caution: don't eat West Indian lilac and there's some lilac if you're familiar with it. in the movie you'll know that's what she eats and she gets sick and Dr.
Ellie Sadler, our paleobotanist heroine, has to save the day. That's a big stack here, it's in all the glory of it. This is very fun for me. This is really generous. people what they want life uh find a way to get that little thing looks like it's going to be maybe peanut butter or caramel frosting on top of a chocolate covered brownie and there it is, it actually is and Malcolm here we go sexy doctor Ian Malcolm like his head feels strange. I'm going to need its pie, so obviously when you look at it, you can see that it's an incredibly dense and rich chocolate brownie, it's very, very thick, two C's, it's a very good brownie, although some brownies are sometimes too. rich for me and it certainly is rich, but it's not overwhelming.
I would say the frosting is not peanut butter caramel and the chocolate is added as a nice crunch, there is like a layer of chocolate on top that adds a nice texture difference, honestly it's a pretty simple flavor. It's a classic chocolate and caramel brownie, not something I would personally choose from the case except for the fact that it had Dr Ian Malcolm on it which I think makes it a real treat, it's definitely shareable and I like it Let them give it to you to take away. cases so you can throw them in your bag and eat them later or take them home, but I always like the bakery case.
Treats, but now it's time to get dressed for the other park. I can not, I can not. Don't keep making this joke, it's not working, now it's time to go to Islands of Adventure, where of course there is the Jurassic Park themed land and they have special food and treats there, so we're going to Islands of. Adventure and Jurassic Park came in first to see if maybe we can meet a dinosaur, then I'll try some of the special snacks, maybe take a ride on the roller coaster. I love walking through this section of the park and listening to Epic John.
Williams Jurassic Park got one of the best movie soundtracks of all time in my opinion, anyway on our way to the Velociraptor experience I just want to point out this Jeep here on screen use you also have a Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3. but If you look closer inside the Jeep, you can see who's driving based on that yellow rain jacket and that nameplate. A fun little Easter egg to look for next time you watch Jurassic Park. You can actually watch a scene from another. of Steven Spielberg's most famous films, my favorite film of all time, Jaws, which Ted Lasso in the season finale just called A Perfect Movie That Makes It Law.
Ted Lasso says it must be true anyway on Nedri's screen at one point in Jurassic Park. I see that he's actually watching Jaws, which is funny because of course Steven Spielberg directed them both to encounter the Raptor. This is where you can meet a baby or adult Raptor, including Blue from Jurassic World, one of my favorite low-key experiences at Universal. I think it's so underrated and so much fun that I can't wait now that there's no way to know if you'll encounter a baby Raptor or an adult Raptor other than asking the friendly Raptor Wranglers outside.
They are both very funny, of course. The baby Raptors are cute, but the big Raptors are where they are and it's one of my favorite things because I feel like everyone looks at the group in front of the Raptor encounter and is like you dumb idiots, which isn't a real dinosaur, but then Get up there and I guarantee you'll think it's a real Raptor, show up for me, there we go, it looks like you work here, which please be careful, he doesn't like us so I want you to think of something you really want. tell blue something that's important and then I want you to turn around and try to tell blue this, see how that goes.
I love, love, love meeting the Raptors and of course saying hello to the Raptors guys who not only joked about my outfit, but are always really funny, really talented, really enjoy it. Now let's go buy one of the new exclusive gifts for the 30th, stopping by The Watering Hole. This is a drink stand near the Jurassic Park entrance on the Hogwarts side. Here you can get it. a variety of frozen drinks as well as beers and other cocktails, you can get my favorite of the exclusive beers here at Universal, which is Jurassic World Isla Nublar IPA, that fruity IPA that I love, you can only get it in the Jurassic Park area.
You can get freestyle Coca-Cola refills here, but they have some new cocktails for Jurassic Park and a new souvenir cup, that's why we're here, the real dinosaurs are here, the birds, how fun is this new souvenir cup, in They actually had it at Universal Hollywood before, but they brought it here to Orlando and there are four mixed drinks that you can put in this cup. I went for the Nublar Libre, which the waiter recommended when I said no. I'm a big fan of sweet drinks as most of the drinks here are Nublar Libre, the President's Reserved Spice, Rum, Lime and Grapefruit Juice, Vanilla, Passion Fruit Puree, Cinnamon Syrup and it's topped with Columbiana Soda .
For me, it was light on the juice, which I really liked. I appreciate the other drinks you can put in this mug. The other new drinks here are the guava capa, which is a vodka and guava drink. The zombie, which has absinthe, rum and lots of juices, and the colada de cucumber and basil, which is absinthe, cucumber, basil and kiwi. and coconut cream, but he told me this was the most popular and I would enjoy it the most, so I hope he's right and something fun to know about this souvenir glass is that if you bring it here you can refill it with any of those four drinks which I just listed for two dollars off or any of the classic mixed drinks, not frozen drinks for four dollars off, here we go.
Moment of truth, oh, that's not so bad. I like soda. The soda actually reminds me of Beverly. It's bitter and most people may hate it, but I don't really hate Beverly when used as a mixer since it's definitely not supposed to be sweet. You can taste the rum. You can taste that bitterness. I like it. They also have an exclusive Fanta in freestyle. machines right now that were made just for the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park, we'll understand that in a minute. Would you choose this drink over IPA? No, the IPA is my favorite drink, probably a Universal olive, um, but I wanted the Q cup. and it's always fun to try something new, so the bartender did a good job.
Now he let us grab our drink and go to the Discovery Center, heading to the Discovery Center, which is modeled after the Discovery Center from the movie and you can certainly tell that when you walk in here and see the T-rex skeleton and the whole design of the building. Curious fact. It's great news. Dinosaur, but before we go down I want to point out an Easter egg. I know I've mentioned this one before, but it's cool, Dr. Alan Grant's book is hiding in here too. I know I mentioned it in the tribute shop, but there are the dinosaur detectives loving the new decorations here.
Now up there, you also have Burger Digs here, which is a burger place. As the name suggests, I actually really like Burger, one of my favorite places to eat in this park, if I'm not eating at Wizarding World, not only because you can sit on the balcony and overlook the roller coaster, but because I really like their burgers. I think they are better than Disney's quick service burgers and you can add sautéed mushrooms and onions and they are pretty fun. They also have a themed bagel. It used to have the Jurassic Park logo, now it has Raptor claws which is cool, but we're going to get a new item at the other quick service restaurant at this location in a moment, for now let's go around and see what we can find here at the Discovery Center.
There seem to be some eggs. I love hunting for Easter eggs here. Take a look at the shelves. You'll see a couple cans of barbasol right here. You have a tissue Dr. Ian Malcolm. You have Mr. DNA. Happy pride. OMG, they colored one of the. Dinosaurs are rainbows. I love that this area is so much fun for little ones, especially if there are people who are too short to ride the roller coaster.speed or Jurassic Park River Adventure, they can come here and do different activities with dinosaurs, like the ones we can scan. look what kind of egg this is insert the egg slide into the scanner check oh stay I'm going to use my knee okay scan it's scanning select knobs the egg has been inserted select a scan mode oh Oh my God, look at that thing I want to do X-ray, let's see what's there, look, there it is, do you think it's a Raptor?
Let's check out DNA sequencing now, where you can match your DNA with dinosaurs, see what kind of dinosaur you would be, it's definitely not scary, okay, let's make a dinosaur a molly sword wait okay thanks welcome to Mr DNA hello Mr DNA it was like Santa your job I'm definitely a carnivore um strong I'm big I'm a I'm a lonely dinosaur wants to scan my brain so I have to put my face here this is what my brain looks like apparently it's doing a Molly Soros I bet she's beautiful oh oh oh no oh no she's an unstable nightmare she's next.
I'm taking my souvenir drink in line here at the veloci roller coaster, one of Universal's newest attractions, one of my all-time favorites, and while this attraction has an express pass and I could use it because my annual pass Express gives me after four, I head to wait. line because there are a ton of really awesome Jurassic Park Easter eggs in the waiting line, so let's go check them out. The speed coaster has a height requirement of 51 5-1 inches, it's a lot of fun, top speeds of 70 miles per hour on hanging inversion. Top Hat Two release, it's a lot of fun if you are a roller coaster fan, you have to see this one, but let's see what we can find in the queue, so the plot of the speed roller coaster is that we are in Jurassic World, the park theme created for the Jurassic World films, but we are before the events of The First Jurassic World that we are before or the Indominus Rex.
In fact, when you're in line you can see a poster for Indominus Rex as an upcoming attraction and, as you may remember from that movie, Claire Deering says that the engine has requested more teeth. So this is one of the toothiest experiences that Jurassic World has ever done on a rollercoaster ride through the Raptor Paddock, so you'll see real Raptors in the queue, you'll see Owen Grady and Claire Deering, it's so much fun, I can't . Hide this roller coaster long enough and post 60 and Away, we'll see if that's true. First you'll see Mr. DNA giving you instructions on the lockers, which are very important, and then when you enter the locked area you'll see all four.
Blue Jurassic World Raptors Echo Delta and Charlie, where's the alpha? You're looking at them, kid, that's Chris Pratt, for those of you who also know, when you pass this section, when you see the red lights, that means the Raptors are going to run. It's very exciting on this tray you will see a glass of water that is actually a nod to two different things the first I'm sorry the Raptors are coming hello oh foreigner the first is the waves you see when the dinosaur walks in the water and the second is the glass of water that Dr.
Ian Malcolm uses to explain Chaos Theory to Dr. Ali said why because small variations, the orientation of the hair depends on your hands, yes Ellen, look at the next step and you skipped all this part if you stop by Express but you will see Dr. Henry aka PD Wong who appears in most of the Jurassic movies, he is right internationally, is he the real villain of these stories? It's interesting because when you think about the first Jurassic Park there's no clear answer. -villain cut, he's really like humans versus nature, but as they go on, you get more of those kind of base-building stereotypes.
All vertebrate embryos are inherently female anyway, they just require an additional hormone administered at the correct stage of development to make them male. we just deny you next take a look at these lockers because you will see some books by some notable names, you have Dr. Ian Malcolm's book on how the world will end and then in this program you have the book. We've been talking about dinosaur detectives, but there's the back shot with Dr. and, not to be left out, here's Dr. Ellis' past slant and then, of course, the best part of the tail that you can see if you see in standby or Express mode, but not just Rider the Raptors.
I really think this is the best view ever. They're so cool, they're some of Universal's best animatronics, they're so realistic. Look at them, is it weird? I want to caress her and now here she is. The lockers where you have to store everything cannot carry fanny packs or anything on board. Make sure you remember your color, your number, or your dinosaur because you're actually going to enter through the other side of these lockers. I'm not going to come to the same room, it will help operationally. They have two faces, so yellow pterodactyl. One is what I need to remember.
That trip is simply the best. It is fun. It's so soft. It is so exciting. The back is mine. favorite because you move around a lot, but the front gives you the best view, five stars and now you're headed to get an exclusive Jurassic Park. 30. Eat another fun little detail along the way, though outside on the lower level of the Discovery Center where you charge to gain speed. The roller coaster is this giant mural and it's inspired by the one you see at the Discovery Center in the movie, you know, the one with the jello directed now to eat something in Thunder Falls Terrace, now again, I'm usually more of a hamburger . a little girly, but Thunder Falls has some special items for the 30th, so I have to try them obviously and no, despite loving Jurassic Park, I won't be doing River Adventure today, you know, no I don't feel wet right now in the I walk, although I have to pause. and take a selfie with another screen, used vehicle and, of course, our friend the T-Rex.
I love all the photographs here. Thunder Falls Terrace has barbecue, so they have roasted pork and turkey ribs and legs. I love the details here. I'll say all the iron work on the outside, the different dinosaurs. I love Triceratops skeletons and yes, you can see other people getting wet from here, which I prefer to getting wet myself. It's kind of a lie because I really like Jurassic Park River Adventure. but not today, a team member took me to a seat at Thunder Falls. I placed a mobile order before I got here and then I clicked I'm here when I got there and then I paired my phone with my table number, my food arrived and it looks like. and it smells delicious, these are prehistoric Raptor wings.
I chose the plate, so here you have some Char grilled chicken wings, marinated in olive and spices, tossed with a sweet chili sauce and then the plate comes with a side of cilantro. lime rice and black beans, you can also upgrade to the combo that also gives you a shake, but I opted for the Jurassic Park 30th Cup of Coca-Cola Freestyle because there is a special Jurassic Park drink in the freestyle machines , they don't have free style. machine here so I filled it with unsweetened tea and then I can refill it outside and we'll talk more about the freestyle cups at Universal in general, but a very good cup.
I have to say what I really enjoy about these Wings is that they really look like Raptor wings because of the way they removed them from the chicken because normally you know you have your flats and your drums, but they like to take the whole leg, which sounds gross, but it looks like a Raptor, I guess Raptors. it's just birds, it's a pretty good dinosaur, these are pretty good chicken wings, first of all, they are cooked very well, the skin is nice and crispy, the chicken is very moist a lot of times when you cook bulk chicken, especially, it can get very dry and it is not, it has a slight sweetness.
I was worried that because it's marinated with olives it would have that salty, salty taste and it doesn't really have a little bit of sweetness from the chili sauce and a little bit of spice, if I'm honest I want more heat. I bought hot sauce and a sweet tea. I remember you were very kind to bring me Ranch, so I'm going to make a dipping sauce, but overall I think they're pretty. Well, they won't be the best wings you've ever had, but they are a fun offering and I think wings should be on more menus, especially at theme parks, they have them in a lot of places like City Walk and Resorts or downtown Disney, but You don't see many wings in the parks, but I love the links and there should be more wings.
Let's try the rice and beans. Here you have the rice, pretty standard, not super cilantro if you're against cilantro. I mean, it may still taste like that, but it's not overwhelmingly cilantro like Chipotles and beans. I actually really like these black beans, they are made to taste almost refried style where they are. I don't want to call it sticky because it seems like I'm putting it down, but I like it, you know what I mean, well seasoned. I think it's good food. I don't come to this restaurant much because I don't love theme park barbecue, which is what they mainly do. surf, but I think this is a great deal and how cool my mug will be.
I'll drink this sweet tea while I finish my wings and then we'll go get the special Fanta that you can only get here. The wings are consumed and we head here to Drinks to Chill the Bones. This is one of the mini stalls at Universal that has a freestyle machine. Refillable cups are very popular at Universal, especially since this isn't something Disney does outside of the hotels, but this one was 17.99 before any kind of discount the more cups you buy. less each cup is and then you can refill it as many times as you want during the day at the different freestyle stall restaurants etc. you can put ice and soda in it and then as a fun tip if you're going to come back. another day or you're an annual pass holder, you can reactivate it for ten dollars and then continue using it for the rest of your trip, so if you're going to have a couple of sodas or a couple of drinks, it's not bad, buy it and I'm excited to get the exclusive Jurassic Park flavor, look, I think it's here, Fanta roaring soda, oh, sugar-free or regular, you know, let's go all out.
I have no idea what flavor it is and that's the fun part, is it orange? Is it melon? Who says Orange and Berry? I think I think it's orange and berry or orange and cherry. Not bad. I will say that when I normally freestyle I like to drink Diet Coke with vanilla. I don't know why it's just a little gift I get, which isn't that bad and it's fun that there's a special Fanta that you can only get here for Jurassic Park, but now we're going to do something really fun because we're going to get special access to a location.
Jurassic special. Wow, welcome folks to the Lowe's Royal Pacific Hotel here at Universal Orlando and I know you might be thinking Molly, this is a Jurassic Park video. They already reviewed the Lowe's Royal Pacific hotel. Why are they there? Well, I'll tell you friends. one of the coolest hotel rooms I've ever seen in real life, we can see it right now, it's here at Royal Pacific, which is a top-tier hotel, one of the top-tier hotels at Universal, they have themed suites from the

jurassic

world and me I always wanted to stay in one, but unfortunately they were full during the time of this filming.
However, I contacted Universal. I said, Hey, long shot, but I'm doing a 30th Jurassic Park video. Is there any chance they'll let me see one? suite and share it with family between check-in and check-out other guests and they said you bet your ass you can. They said yes, that's the moral story. Anyway, I should stop trying to make that joke. Welcome to Royal. Peaceful again Alan and I took a vacation here recently, this is an amazing resort, has tons of great food, you get the Express Pass perk here, lots of fun, but for now let's look for the dinosaurs have arrived on the floor I even have a Jurassic World key super super excited here we go to the ultimate theme wait a minute I know what you're thinking Molly, this looks exactly like the Royal Pacific room you said when you reviewed that's almost true this is this It's a room a little prettier.
It has views of the theme park. It's a bigger room, but it's a bit interesting. This isn't the coolest room you've ever seen. Technically the Jurassic Park room is a kids suite, but obviously regardless of what we book in this room. I'll sleep here, the beds are the geospheres in Jurassic World, you know, when the kids climb on them and Jimmy Fallon is the host and then they get trapped in the geosphere and the Indominus Rex tries to kill them and he picks her up and crushes him against the floor, you know by the time I love, oh my gosh, pillows.
I'm going to go crazy with everything. The pillows. The mosasaur is this. Moses' horse too, yeah, yeah, and then they have stegosauruses, Indominus, Rex, Footprints, even the curtains are dinosaur themed and you get a nice view of the pool and Hogwarts and the philosopher, which is fun. Oh my god, this is great. You have asmall desk with caution tape and looks like the lockers in Jurassic World. you have a map of Newblar Island and of course, all over this back panel, here you have this dinosaur mural. This is amazing, so these are the family suites, obviously

jurassic

world themed, the price varies just like all hotel prices. at Universal seasonally and as you can imagine they are in very high demand, it's hard to find a night when they are available.
While doing a quick search, I was able to find just one random weeknight in the summer and the room was around seven. One hundred dollars I've seen before, when I looked at it I saw it a couple hundred dollars less with an annual pass discount but of course it can also be a lot more expensive when it's the holiday season and peak season but you can accommodate up to five people here. obviously you have a king size bed right here, this sofa can be turned into a single pull out sofa and then you have the two sweet jurassic world ones so it's definitely a splurge room but a lot of fun especially if you have kids who really like it. are. to the dinosaurs or Jurassic Park and don't forget that when you stay at Royal Pacific you get an express pass included, so if you put a group of people here it can even out, especially when the express passes are more expensive, over 100 or 100 150 dollars. per person per day so this room is really cool and I'm grateful I had the chance to see it and one of these days we're definitely going to take a vacation here and I'm not going to give up my gyro bed well.
