What Are The BEST Charms To Use in Cuphead?

May 30, 2024
There are a lot of

charms

in Cuphead and I've played a lot, so let's rank all the

charms

from worst to

best

. The worst amulet by far would, of course, be the broken relic. For one coin, you get a small sad icon in your charm list. after that it would also have to be the Cursed Relic, naturally after solving the puzzle and beating the Indian boss angel you get an amulet that reduces your HP to one, randomizes your weapon every time you stop shooting and gives you a bunch of amulet effects, but only really bad versions of them, not worth it.

The next step would be Whetstone. It definitely has its specific uses, but compared to all the other amulets, it is very weak and is almost never used seriously. Next in line is the heart amulet, unfortunately this amulet doesn't really offer. enough to make it really useful, but I'm happy to announce that the damage drop is very small according to the wiki and Google, but still not enough for most people to really consider using it, except again for specific uses after that comes Perry sugar this. Charm is great for people who aren't very good at looking and essentially acts as a crutch most of the time, although it has serious uses for some fights.

However, Perry Sugar loses most of its effectiveness once you get good, so yeah, the last charm in B. level is the Twin Hearts charm. I usually underestimate this amulet, but I've realized that you know it's not that bad. I've completely forgotten how much damage is reduced by this amulet and again, through the power of Google, it appears to simply be a reduction of 10 for two extra HP, although it may not be very useful for casual play unless you're a beginner. Twin Hearts have their use on Expert difficulty and S ranks particularly if you're having trouble with the HP requirement. for s ranks maybe try twin hearts but other than that it's a medium at the beginning of the eight here we have coffee coffee is a great charm that really increases your damage output and makes boss fights are a little easier, passively gaining a super meter along with

what

you already gained makes it super easy and gives you plenty of opportunities to spam your exes and deal huge amounts of damage, decrease the time between boss phases and time to beat the boss in general works wonders for some boss fights, but sadly it's usually overshadowed by the above charms.

Now the next term may be a surprise because I think the astral cookie is next. This DLC charm turns you into Miss Chalice during fights with extra HP, a double jump parrying dash, and a dodge roll that acts as a mini smoke bomb. This sounds. Cool and all, but on top of that you have to learn how to play as Miss Shalots effectively with her reduced vertical jump and different playstyle. In general, I rarely want to play Miss Chalice for real, of course, it's just me, but I still believe in the charms on top of this. one is more useful for more scenarios and takes a lot less time to get used to and also I think astral cookie is not a necessary term and can be changed quite often to something better or more effective for the situation, let me know

you think in the comments and now finally we get to the Divine Relic after fully upgrading your Cursed Relic, you will receive the Divine Relic piece de resistance, although your weapons will still change randomly every time you stop shooting, you will receive the smoke bomb enchantment effects, the hint of whetstone and a better version of coffee.

I think it's clear to say that the pros really outweigh the cons here; However, the Divine Relic can be a huge nuisance to bosses on the ground, especially when weapon randomization is not in your favor, so while it may require some skill and practice to effectively use the Divine Relic, it really shines. in the plane levels since the only weapons you have during the plane levels are the peashooter and the bombs, you just switch between the two to create the weapon. switch easily manageable just to reiterate the plane levels for the cost of switching between your two weapons every time you stop shooting you receive a smoke bomb to defeat obstacles and projectiles whetstone to stop minions out of the way heart ring to gain HP during the fight and receive 5.2 percent free super meter every second, yes this amulet is absolutely great for s ranks and overall beats plane levels with absolute ease.
Finally we get to the two main amulet and the first is the smoke bomb. Do I need to explain an awesome amulet that works for literally any situation you find yourself in in Cuphead, I can't overstate how useful the smoke bomb can be for dodging anything that gets in your way. This charm doesn't really need any further explanation and in my opinion the

best

Cuphead charm is the heart ring. This may still be a somewhat controversial location, but hear me out on the only downside to not getting a super card for your first six stops, you have essentially free HP at your disposal and On Demand, if you're using a crackshot heart ring, gives you one HP in your first third and sixth period of a fight, it doesn't matter where Perry comes from, so you can just spam crackshot ex that leaves floating pink planets in the air that you can stop for not only more damage but also HP through the heart ring.
With this combination you can feel invincible. most of the bosses fight and really shine for maintaining their HP requirements for drinks. I leave my case, thank you all for watching.
