Hey guys, welcome back, so today we're organizing another hard-to-organize space in my house. I hope you enjoyed today's video. I wanted to explain my new produce cleaning routine because it has changed a bit. I learned some new things. All the fruit you see on the counter is what needed washing, but first I had to go ahead and clean it. from the sink, but I always wash all my pots and pans by hand.

I have had pots and pans ruined in the dishwasher even though they say they are dishwasher safe, so now I wash them by hand, especially the ones I usually use every day. that way they are ready to use. I always clean the sink after I finish washing the dishes. I feel like it gives it that clean feeling. I go in with very, very hot water and then some soap and just give it a good wash. then I also like to add some lemons to the garbage disposal just to make it smell really fresh and clean, so you guys know I normally like to rinse all my products with vinegar, but recently I discovered that it's actually better to use vinegar. baking soda to remove pesticides, I actually had no idea about this but when you buy products that are organic all it means is that they are not grown in soil that uses pesticides, however that doesn't mean they don't use pesticides to keep the bugs away so to remove all those pesticides since it's acidic you need something that's alkaline and the baking soda will alkalize the water just pour in enough baking soda to cover all the produce I'm washing and then Fill the rest with water and let it soak for two or three minutes and I didn't believe this would work until I tried it.

I wish I had strawberries to show you, but I made a container of vinegar. and water and then a bowl of baking soda and water and I washed my strawberries and the water that had baking soda in it was much dirtier than water with just vinegar in it so now I'm a true believer that baking soda is the way forward. To wash all of your produce right after I finish soaking everything, I rinse it two or three times just to make sure I get the baking soda taste out. I dry everything very, very well to remove all the moisture from your products. before putting it away, it will prevent it from going bad much faster on days when I have a lot to do.

that's between Sebastian's room and our guest bedroom, so it's like a closure on the entire

. It's the shot from before right here, I know it's really bad, it's everywhere and every time we shop at Costco, we throw things in here, it got to the point where we didn't even know what was in here anymore, so what I did was empty it out. completely.

I feel like something like that, where there's just a bunch of diverse elements. You just have to go in there and empty it completely so you can see everything you have. I prepared a game plan and decided what. I wanted to store things in this closet that I needed easy access to and a lot of the larger items that I didn't need easy access to. I ended up moving into the garage and then I was able to go through my organizers and see which organizers I wanted to use. I found this organizer at the container store, very good for those like small sundries.

I'll link all my containers below for you. By the way, I was most excited to organize my batteries in this organizer because I discovered that they really shouldn't be stored all mixed together like you see in this container. Apparently this is super dangerous because it can explode, so they should only be stored next to other batteries of their type. I also ended up saving things. like wall hooks here, push pins and things that helped me hang pictures, all those random miscellaneous items, like little items that need a

home

, the next thing I wanted to organize was all the items in my first aid kit, so I have desire This is another one where we had stuff everywhere and I found this organizer I actually use the same organizer for arts and crafts and I thought it would be perfect for first aid stuff because it has all these little containers that actually fit together and are completely transparent so I can always see what we have in stock and if we are running out of something and this was just a great place for all the bandaids for the wraps. new sporn also everything related to fevers, the next items that are also very difficult to organize and that I found myself searching everywhere are light bulbs, extension cords and then all my packing and shipping supplies, so I ended up dividing those containers into three different containers and I found these containers at the container store.

They are so beautiful, so sturdy, these containers are not clear, but I felt like this was the best way to organize this without it feeling cluttered, so I went ahead. and then labeled them in the next row of our closet, I decided I wanted a shallower band for the things we needed to access daily, especially like the guest bathroom, since you could see everything inside them, I didn't think . which I needed to label them so this closet is also the closet closest to the guest bathroom so I also needed to stop it with clean towels and I tried two different ways to fold the towels let me know which way you Like most I ended up choosing a second way to fold towels just because I felt they stacked better, but let me know what you think, so I found these neat little things that are like dividers, you can use them on any shelf.

I actually have these in my master closet too, they're so good you can use them to divide things like towels, sheets, blankets, it just helps you keep everything really organized and then right underneath is where I put all my shallow baskets. and I like that the kids can reach the shallow baskets because if they ever need extra hand soap they can come get it themselves and then up is where I put the rest of the bands and I made sure to put the batteries and the whole medicine cabinet first aid at the top where the kids can't reach and here's another before and after shot of this closet and feeling like our
