So on the low end, it's only 38 points a night, medium, around 43 points and high. of 76 at odd points over the year now before we look at the room, that says a lot for a room that sleeps nine people, so it sleeps nine people and 30 38 points a night on a low level, that's actually very good and also before we enter. I wanted to show you not only what the outside looks like, but you have this little charcoal grill here, make some skewers and take them to your tree house and while we're at it, why not?

I want to show you one. Even more so, because we know how sprawling Saratoga Springs is and if you ended up not being able to park your car here or didn't even have a car, you are completely relying on Disney transportation, there are bus stops full of trash all over the villas in the area. tree house and our bus stop is right here, right outside our unit. Now this would be considered lucky because you can see that this would be the bus stop for all the units in this row, but there are quite a few and there is ours.

So before we even go in, we have our outdoor patio area here, obviously, one thing I definitely wanted to point out is that you have this outdoor charger or outdoor wall entry right here and I'm sure this is going to look good for the night. of little lights pointing at the floor without further ado, let's go see the inside of the villa, okay, we're all here, I can let you know right away that this is very much my aesthetic, let's point out the closet here right next to the main entrance . just a nice little laptop, a safe, a vacuum ironing board, you know the basics and then let's check our living room again, it seats nine people, we already went over the point breakdown, this nice little table here doesn't It's the size of a dining table that you would see in most large villas, but I really like it, I really like the style of this very country style, this reminds me of you know, Boulder Ridge or Fort Wilderness, but We are in Saratoga Springs, believe it or not, in the woods, albeit in a tree. house, how cool is it that I'll be looking out this big beautiful window, so with the parking there I'm not super immersed feeling like I'm camping or something, but just looking out from that view behind the couch feels like it's like I'm in nature and in the northeast or something, so take a look at some of the furniture here.

I love this side table. This side table is amazing. I want one for my house and if you look it's like this, it looks, it's a hidden Mickey, of course, our remote control is wrapped in very appropriate wild art, which is a lamp worth pushing. Right there, my friends, that's definitely a lamp worth boosting. I'm not going to do it and if you guys I'm watching one of our videos for the first time and it turns out it's an inside joke from a Dvc fan. No one is powering the lamps, but stay tuned for other shows so you can laugh along with those inside jokes.

I'm noticing some USB outlets so let's talk about that, something we always talk about are those USB outlets and this TV stand has them. I really love the style of this room, at least the living room so far is just amazing, my vibe is definitely aesthetically pleasing and really for the cost per night, if I see if I need a group of people to stay at Disney World for a vacation or something and I was using my points um this is probably what I'm going to do guys to be quite honest if I was using my own points budgeting my my uh my usage here I go for the villas because a minimum out of 38 points per night an average of 43 it's so good you have your bunk beds here the lamps are great I love the look of the lamps trees and stuff let's take a look at this closet.

Oh, we have a crib. It is the first time I have seen a crib already assembled inside a villa. I'm sure it will happen, but I haven't seen it yet. This window will be facing outward. the stairs so you can greet everyone when they come back from a long day in the parks let's keep moving there is haley right there in the kitchen hi haley another room i also love these beds, i just discovered them recently you can buy the antique furniture from the complex, like a liquidator, a local liquidator and honestly every time these

villas get renovated, put me on that list, I want this furniture, it's so pretty, again, more USB outlets, no problem with USB outlets . here I was a little worried, there was one thing that worried me.

I thought: ah, I don't know if triosville has good USB outlets, but you know what that concern is, it's since subsided, sure look at some more of the art. It's not Disney at all, but it fits the style. Okay, we'll get to the bathroom in a second, but first, what's in here? Just as I expected, our stackable washer and dryer. Okay, let's go see the bathroom. Our first bath of the day. Hmm, I really really like those countertops. I like the dresser in general. I see with these sinks. What always worries me is that they usually don't have good water pressure, so it's harder to wash your hands, but.

This sink has a really cool water funnel waterfall spout and good water pressure, so they are amazing butterflies. Let's get an amazing bathtub? It's just a normal bathtub. Good style. I really like the style, but so-so, so-so, okay, let's move on to the next room quick wide angle shot of that as we go, okay, I think this is the master bedroom and Haley is using the master bathroom right now . I have USBs on both nightstands here. Oh wow, I'm fine, so USB on both nightstands. the closet here, whatever you want to call it, has four of them, four of them here and then we have four more on the desk, so you'll carry everything in this master bedroom without any problem, another thing I want to point out.

There are many other large rooms that we have visited. I know this isn't considered a grand villa category, but it almost is. You don't have any balconies leading off of your rooms like we have had. Getting so used to it doesn't matter though because you have that amazing big patio right next to your living room, but it's something to keep in mind if that's something your family loves. Everyone has their own balcony to go out on. bedroom you had in the morning and enjoy your coffee or matcha or tea or whatever you make, this won't have those singles, that's fine, so this is our amazing bathroom and I'm a little surprised, so this is my royal bathroom.

It's my first time passing through a treehouse villa. Of course, I've seen videos that we posted earlier on the album. You know, Craig and other people did it years ago. But I've never been inside one. I probably should have started. with that, um, but this is a unique situation here, so I've never seen any of the rooms have a shower bathroom setup like this, where you have the shower right there and then you have the tub right there. There is some kind of reasoning. to this madness it's a great thing it's a great thing um I'm not saying I don't like it, more than anything I'm just saying I don't understand I feel like I'm taking a shower like a big closet like it's so big Well, maybe like when you take a bath with a bath bomb and you feel really oily afterwards, you jump straight into the shower from there and maybe that was the thought process.

This is amazing and you know, we just went to the garage and um or the main house and had something to eat, did some shopping and stuff and came back and the moment I walked in like that, it's a beautiful room to come to . The home is very comfortable and then you know out of every window you feel like you are in the woods, you are on the water, they do such beautiful work it reminds me a little of the cabins at Fort Wilderness. I've just been taken to another level. I love cabins. I haven't been on one of these in a long time and those that have a breaking point.

I've been hearing a lot of people say lately that Saratoga doesn't get the love it deserves and I've always joked that Saratoga was the resort of last resort. I think those people may be right. I think not this resort. He doesn't get the love he deserves and this here with an average of 48 points per night. This is a big reason why this is a big reason why this is wonderful. Absolutely wonderfull. Another point I want to make is a fiasco and I was talking. about this um of all the dbc resorts at Walt Disney World, in my opinion this is the best profitable resort in terms of price per point so right now I'm on the DVC resale market app which Le We highly recommend putting a link in the show notes.

Yes, I know this is really beautiful. It's actually a little bigger than I thought and I love it. the fact that you are right in the middle of nature you can literally turn around like this and there are trees everywhere and it's such a peaceful zen this is the perfect place like after a hectic day in the park seriously I couldn't agree more with you. The only thing I'm going to touch on is like not being able to park my car, but if you only have one car, this isn't a problem, this won't be a problem at all, it's just for us because you know Pete's coming in his car.

We have our car so we had to park and walk here to be fair it wasn't a long walk it was a walk but it's not a long walk at all and there is also bus transportation to get here if you really want to. I mean, if you really want to go take a bus, taking a bus from Saratoga to Saratoga doesn't sound like a great thing, but, but if you have to, it's there for you. I think the biggest problem was trying to figure out where the path was because there is construction going on right now and the path had signs that said "Walkway to Trios Villas"it was completely closed so you have to figure it out from there but I hope my footage helps you with that and also even if so.
