There are a lot of things in the works on this truck right now. Cold start with compound turbos guys, like 67 in the manifold, 480 atmospheres, 250 on XG and inducers, injectors, is what I meant. twelve thousand pump through exergy, we have the D head on J, this thing is an absolute beast and unfortunately it's slower than all the trucks I have right now, but it still sounds good, you guys have no idea how impatient which I'm getting into on that specific topic. build because once it's all done with the trans built from our guys at Fire Pound, it should be running somewhere in the tens on the quarter mile, those forces will come out of it and those drag radials will be on all four corners with great boost.

It's so awesome that now you can't just buy any old exhaust that looks this polished right here; In fact, we had bought it and then gave it away. to our good friend CJ who polished it, no joke, he spent over five hours getting this from what was a stainless steel matte finish right after working it and bending it and all that good stuff down to what is now a tube of fully polished exhaust and over the axle tube how absolutely stunning this is, this is just one of those little things that I always wanted to do and that has always inspired me a lot because of the amount of craftsmanship that goes into bringing a piece of metal to a point where it literally shows your reflection.

I'm really excited to see that instead of that and that right there because this is the musket style escapement, luckily it's not the first generation musket style, but the second generation musket style, where they got rid of that weird little arch of that kind. It happened right here at the exhaust and they're clear about it now, but it's still not very visually appealing by any means. Now I realize you guys wanted to see some extra pieces fall off this truck, but you have to realize. If there's one thing I know about YouTube it's that I don't know who's watching and with that being said I couldn't really look at that super ugly exhaust pipe, unfortunately today we have to do what we have to do, you can have your own opinion. about that, if you want, you can do whatever you want in a scenario, it's simply my decision and this is the route we are going to take, so what do we have to do to install this?

You might wonder, it's actually a relatively simple installation. I'll give you a good look under this new truck and brandy, but we'll focus on the back of this big old thing, here you can see we have three sensors, one, two, three and basically what we're going to do. What we're doing is we're cutting the exhaust right here behind this big thing and we're going to bolt on the new rear DPF system, so we're going to cut the new systems here that are going to slide over it. We'll clamp it on, then there'll be a part over the axle that we'll clamp on there and then we'll be rocking and rolling and in business and believe me guys when I tell you from the outside this is going to look a lot better.

I think there's also some performance benefit in terms of cooling the exhaust a little faster because it's a five-inch pipe instead of a four-inch pipe, which is always a good thing because if you've ever walked behind one of these things, when they come back together, could literally burn the hair on your legs, there's no joke it gets that hot. In fact, I just watched an Instagram video the other day where a guy lights a cigarette through his DPF while I was in regeneration mode. Pretty crazy, okay, Charlotte's Web, get out of here, that'll do it. Ears ring.

What would be better? Okay, trying not to leave fingerprints on it, but it's really impossible. I wish I was like two inches taller right now, sweet, oh god. It's a beautiful thing so we have the rear DPF system installed and the big debate right now is that we have time to respond to this so by the time the video is posted I'll probably have made my decision but I want your input so leave a comment below, do we cut the exhaust right here and install a tip which I will show you shortly or do we just leave this type of half drilled half solid tip as it is safe your standard MB RT M BRT and it is off mbrp it is a polished tip, a pretty nice piece of metal and you know, I think it would actually finish things off nicely if we put it up to here or probably go right up to there if we combine it, yeah, something like that, thanks. you, I don't know, I don't know, it might be a new trend, but we'll have to let people talk. hashtag vlogger probs the fact that I have to fill this position, it's actually quite interesting, how elegant I'm tired friend SOS, it's like those wall planks your gym teacher made you do in like 6th grade, luckily the speed of the elevator going up and down gets a little faster hmm yeah, I don't know, I feel like we would like it a lot more if it didn't have those vents, the perforated area.

I actually didn't realize that this escape even had CJ polishing this thing and I didn't have a chance to reach it, so I picked it up after the fact when I saw that I don't know, maybe some of it really is hidden underneath, but It looks like in this case that's not the case, so we may have to trim this back a little bit to get that tip. installed, where is it, if we had the tip, did that one end up much better versus yes? I don't know, I'm thinking let's just go ahead and cut it out, guys, we'll line that thing up right there and It'll look really good, so let's do it here, so here on the back, we just cut it out and this was something to which I was a little reluctant because I saw that this edge was actually beveled, so it looks like they welded it on that type of diffuser tip, so it's actually going to have to be cut here and then it'll bring our tip location back here, which which will actually make our overall hip location recessed right roughly into the fender line.

I don't really want to have it recessed too much because you know all that creates heat, but it definitely needs to be on this side of this curve and unfortunately it's not going to go up because of the thickness of the pipe. I'm getting old, that looks a lot better, yes, fitter, more complete in every way, that's not very nice now to make sure it's okay, there's nothing that drives me more crazy than seeing a tip that It wasn't put in correctly, let's do it. this Danny, this is what we have to clean up the trash, I'm sorry CJ, so you're filming me right now, yeah, I'm not going to lie, it looks very, very good, much better and that thing over there has a nice date with the dumpster pile, seriously man, you are absolutely crushed.

Polishing this piece, I know it's a total hassle, but I hope seeing it here on the truck makes it worth it.
