Our body is this amazing system that works together and if something goes wrong in one area. it can affect everything because all these different organs and systems are connected, I know, especially for new years, everyone tries to follow these crash diets or tries to follow these detoxes, honey, if you have a liver and kidneys, your body is functioning. that I was ever able to make my face makeup possible, I owe a lot of my best looks ever posted on Instagram to this beautiful woman, so let's see what you apply to your face at night.
It's around 11 p.m. in London. My skincare routine during the day is very simple and requires very little maintenance, but at night I find that I have a lot of time and I really make the most of it, so my bath at night is like a full spa experience. Yes, skin care is self care, it should be fun, it should be relaxing, it should be taking care of your skin because your skin takes care of you Lancome eye makeup remover, so shake it up and I'm going to soak an organic cotton pad and the The way I'm going to do this is I'm going to put it under my eye because I'm using mascara up and down and then I'm going to take my pad and I'm going to put it over the top and it's going to be really soaked and then I'm going to let it really absorb so I'm just going to massage it in a little bit, just rubbing the top pad tabs and I think the key here is to be super gentle.
I don't want to lose any lashes that weren't supposed to come off because why would you want to make every lash precious? This is a great technique, so first, the product you know. I don't like Lancome, they are not cruelty free, I find them very expensive, I know they work and a lot of people use them if you want, that's your prerogative, but I would recommend a few other things now. The technique is wonderful, you know, dissolving the mascara using this product and then just applying the mascara in a stroking motion to gently caress the lashes and remove them.
Great and like she said you are not plucking your eyelashes prematurely because Yes, your eyelashes fall out naturally, all the hairs on our body have different growth cycles, it is normal, but if you can't do things to pluck them out unnecessarily, it is always Well, they also removed my eye makeup, so I'm going. to do the other eye I'm going to do the exact same thing and the next thing I would do is use a cleansing balm and this is the least I would do so if I wasn't doing anything else I would do a double cleanse with a cleansing balm so I'm going to use this evolved organic soft cleansing melt, how good does that sound, it sounds intriguing and I have never heard of this line.
One thing I do want to mention. Double cleansing is amazing, is it necessary? No, there's no data to back it up, but there's also no data to show that it's harmful and I think if people don't wear super heavy theatrical makeup if you haven't put on a full Instagram face, then people don't know how hard it is. remove those things you need to take it off and yes double cleansing is probably the quickest and one of the gentlest ways to do it, specifically using cleansing balms are great, I like some cheap ones from hamish, some of these k beauty brands, There's even a brilliant recipe. that one has one that's a little more expensive but it also has papaya enzymes in it, which I think is really good again.
I'm not familiar with this one but I'm going to check it out a lot and this is for my makeup remover. This is really to dissolve the makeup and then just massage my forehead and eyebrows as well. I feel like everything about her is always so relaxing. That's right, yes, this is what I need. I can't wait to use my ham. clean balm tonight, this one specifically is only 28 so it's actually a pretty good price. It says for normal to dry skin it has some scented ingredients, if that doesn't bother you then that's fine, I don't hate fragrances, just avoid them if you want. sensitive or if you have an allergy, it looks like we have caprylic triglyceride, glycerin, and sunflower seed oil, so this might help dissolve things like waterproof sunscreen makeup, etc., a little sweet almond oil, some really good oils, actually overall this looks really great.
Orange water is less irritating than orange oil and they have tocopherol in here, which is vitamin E. I really like this and interestingly enough, these are actually a lot of the ingredients that you would also find in a moisturizer, so I've made them. found. I didn't play with the formula, it's definitely a cleansing balm, but I would wonder for anyone who's used it if it's a bit like a moisturizer. Could you double it and moisturize your dry areas with patches? I mean, that's completely speculative, but I'd be interested. to know, I will use a very soft flower or a cleansing cloth and warm water to remove all that makeup, which is so good when you see it all fall off.
I always do a second cleanse, not just for the security of knowing that all my makeup is off, but my second cleanse is my little meditation time and this is my second cleanse and this is my massage time. Can I say something that always baffles me is when she or Caroline Hyrens or even one of the Welsh brothers or anyone? England calls it flannel. All of a sudden I expect them to pull it out like an old flannel shirt and start rubbing their faces with it and I'm like, oh wait, no, no, Cassandra, that's a towel, it's like a British towel. oh it baffles me every time my mom taught me this when I was a kid and she used to sit there watching TV at night doing this for like 30 minutes like all these amazing massages. things on her face and then I thought it was silly and finally I realized how beautiful her skin was.
Sometimes I really like to focus on what my massage moves are and I know which ones to do, but sometimes I just fall asleep and sometimes I really go to town when it comes to the massage, it's so relaxing, the facial massage is amazing, ya you know, for the relaxation benefits, but also for lymphatic drainage to stimulate circulation, muscle tension, especially if you have TMJ or you have headaches, if you do a little bit of vibration. There are different types of massages here, some of the most common ones are things like tepulent, you could have effleurage, you could have petrissage again, vibration is also very good, you can use tools, but like she uses her hands, it's not really necessary . spend the extra money um I'm a very sensitive and sensitive type of person if we've ever met in person you know I try to give you a bear hug and unfortunately sometimes I burst people's personal space bubbles without trying um but to My touching is just It's so comforting and so healing, and you know, even the facial massage in front of the mirror at night before you go to bed is part of it.
I identify a lot, I identify myself and then once I've done that, I'm going to rinse. my face also with water that I did not use as hot water, I do not use cold water, I will use warm water exactly what we need and exactly what is best for the skin, too hot or too cold could damage or alter your skin. The skin barrier I love that it respects your epidermis. Our skin naturally likes to be at specific temperatures. We have an internal or core body temperature, as well as external temperatures, you know, and things like the nose that don't have a lot of circulation.
They're going to be colder than something like your cheeks, where you have a lot of proliferation of blood flow, soI eat more adipose tissue or type of fatty tissue, but your skin likes to range between a 93 and a 98.7 and that's talking topically on the skin, but keep in mind that's different for everyone, especially if you have conditions like hypo or hyperthyroidism, it's very variable, but again, the main premise is that you don't want to bare your skin too much, you don't want to be too cold. I don't want to get too hot, warm is perfect and I'm so happy that there are smart, inspiring, talented people on the internet, you know, who have similar philosophies when it comes to skincare, what I do, it just makes me feel like someone understands me, makes me feel like I belong, it's really good to know you have everything you need.
I take off my makeup and now I'm going to rinse my face with water, so I'm done with my cleansing and my face feels so nice and soft. Sometimes I feel like I need a little exfoliation, so I never use anything harsh or you know. physical exfoliation, so I would use something like this, which is an aha exfoliating mask, this one is from learning to sing burgers and it's a lactic acid and it also has other different salicylic acids and things like that, so I might put that on for five minutes or something um, just to clean my paws, another one I actually like is this one from ren, which is the glycolic mask, so I might put these on and then go watch some TV or read a book. pretty good, I'm actually not familiar with the first one, but as she mentioned, it has alpha hydroxy acids ahas and bhas and beta hydroxy acids like salicylic acid.
These are all exfoliants, so they should give your skin a glow that could help unclog. the pores, if that's a problem for some people and especially for ahas, they can act as humectants and even draw a little bit of moisture to the skin, the ren too. I've only tried a couple of ren's products, I definitely don't. I agree with all their marketing and advertising, but they have some decent products. I haven't tried this particular one, but it has water, glycerin, polysorbate 60, lactic acid, all of which seem very soothing to the skin. There are many different ones. fruit extracts in here, like lemon, we seem to have tangerine, tangerine peel oil and orange blossom oil, so if someone is sensitive, there are fragrances and plant ingredients in here that could cause a problem, but other than that, seems pretty decent for the price I probably wouldn't buy this one alone personally, but for someone else who wants to renew the lactic acid glow, if you like lactic acid, you'll probably like this one if I don't have time for that and I'm rushing to go to bed.
I really like it when I have spots, this is the salicylic oil and retinol gel from um, sorry oil, it's not dermalogica gel. Whenever I have spotty moments, blemished skin moments, I'll use it every night to bed for about five days and that tends to get rid of all the spots. I love this, it's actually part of my current skincare routine and I understand it's a little more expensive. I wouldn't call it luxury but prestige. This is the retinol lightening. dermalogica oil and I already know the ingredients because it has some of my favorite ingredients, it's an oil base, they specifically use jojoba and then yeah, they have a retinal derivative in there and they also have salicylic acid.
Now think about it, salicylic acid is Oil Soluble, it works very well in this formula, this is a light oil, it's like a dry touch oil so it doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy and I understand it's expensive but I feel like it's worth every drop and for It works for my skin, it leaves my skin feeling great, it's not as intense or powerful as a prescription retinoid that your doctor would give you, Dermalogica cleansing oil, I apply it every night and I've been using it for the last six. months and I love it, it's one of my favorites, it has like three of my favorite ingredients all together, I'm so happy that she still uses it and loves it again too.
I feel like I belong on other nights if I feel like my skin is more dehydrated or just feels a little dry or just okay. I often use this thing that I really like, which is a fermented essence from Korea. This is so good that I could use it if I was doing a really quick routine and I'll just press this into my skin and it's like it's lighter than a serum, it's just a very light essence but it feels so moisturizing. I always do it on my chest, don't forget your chest, anything goes. in my chest I love mash so much that I know there is some controversy with their sunscreen right now, in my opinion they have been fixing the problems by providing refunds and cleaning them very well, but from the beginning they have been a company that has always really listened to their customers, they are cruelty free vegan, I think they are completely vegan or mostly vegan, but this 94 fermented complex boosting essence is affordable, it's k-beauty, it's great and yes, it has some of those fermented ingredients that can help to balance the skin's microbiome, at least they are soothing, support the skin's structure, and feel as good as honey water running across the skin, like you can imagine the viscosity of honey but with the stickiness. of water, which means it's not sticky, that's what this product feels like and it's so good, they've got butylene glycol, they've got that lactobacillus rice ferment, they've got camilla census leaf extract, which is their green tea, we've got niacinamide, we have bifida fermented lysate, alan toen sodium adenosine hyaluronate, all of these are extraordinarily soothing to the skin, they are very soothing, could potentially be wound healing, potentially a little bit of anti-wrinkle effect here, very hydrating, this is a great product and friend from 1860 yeah it adds to my cart oh it arrives before Christmas I don't even know if this video will be released before Christmas yeah and then I would do my new face before I wear my new face I would put on a mask like this that sometimes I use a cloth mask, my favorites.
It would be suman. I like Philogra which is a firming mask and I like the Genifique melting mask. I'll put it on and then remove the remaining serum mask I have. Then I'll use it to wear my new face. She is a smart woman, I don't actually know any of these masks. I have acne prone skin so the masks I really like are these ones from zitsticka and as a fun fact, never throw away the bottom of the masks, there are a lot of them. of leftover whey here, you don't want to waste it, store your masks in your refrigerator and guess what, thank goodness, products are made with preservatives because preservatives prevent bacteria and mold from growing in your product, so yeah, when I finished.
My mask, in fact, I roll it up again, put it back here and use it two or three more times. That's what I do because I'm cheap and I'm not ashamed of it. Again, I don't know. These, if you want me to review them, I can do that, but I love that she's using water-based products with her new face. The new face is a great device. I have used it for about less than a year and you should use it. with something that conducts electricity because yeah, this device shoots microcurrents of electricity at your face specifically your muscles, but to conduct electricity you need something like water or a gel and I see some people doing this with oils and I'm like, yeah, oil.
It's non-polar, that's not going to do anything, but I mean, if it makes you feel good, go for it, but if you really want the benefits, just use a basic ultrasound gel and aloe vera gel from Holika Holika. I love anything that Conducts electricity and contains water basically, so something like this Cora hydrating mask because you need something to conduct the new face, so it also comes with a hyaluronic gel, but I tend to mix it up a little bit and then I'll do it. a five minute routine with this I'm just doing my jaw so she's doing an excellent job yeah she's getting the most bang for her buck the only thing you do notice is she's actually using the new face to lock her jaw there's a bone here , but what you're really doing with a new face is targeting the muscles.
You see, this new face or any microcurrent device basically shoots electricity into the muscles to make them contract and that can cause tightening which can lead to lifting. Sometimes you have that chiseled look, like a raised eyebrow and although these results disappeared within a couple of hours, if you do this over time it's like working your muscles at the gym and those could become more semi-permanent where I actually have a more chiseled. I've been using mine again for about a year. I really love it, but because of facial anatomy and the way the muscles in your face are set up, don't lock your jaw. best results if you go straight to the jaw and up and again, across the cheekbone and up, pulling up from the forehead to these muscles, you could even target some of these in the middle, this is a really great device in When it comes to devices I've used, this is my favorite on the market and just seeing someone I appreciate and trust with my money using it too validates my decisions as a consumer and my cheeks.
If you do this every night, I swear. I think it really tightens exactly the muscles of the face and again, the science behind this we can do this in the clinic and when we know, of course, we can directly adjust the amount of electricity that goes to the skin, like you made some things contract. It's really entertaining though, this is one of those things that

esthetician

s get so mad at me for saying it, but I tell you, save your money guys, if you're going to do a microcurrent treatment, it'll give you a temporary lift for a few hours, but you have to do it regularly to see results and of course you know the people at this spa would love for you to book a six pack and keep coming back to them, but to see results it's like going to the gym. you want to go a couple of times a week and if you use the new facial device or a microcurrent device every day that's when you're really going to see results because you're tightening those muscles and you really know they work if you go to the gym once for eight hours, do you? will it really help you?
No, if you go 30 minutes three to five times a week, you know, several weeks in a row, that's when you see the results and you see the lasting physiological change. I want to use this regularly to see results, so if someone sells it to you at a facility, or a spa, or even a medical spa, obviously talk to the person you trust, but from my personal opinion, I wouldn't waste my money . By doing that at a spa or a clinic you would get something like this that you could do at home and that you could actually do every day and the price ends up being less expensive this way too so that's my personal opinion it seems to work for my. and for other people the contraindication is that if you have epilepsy or seizures you should not use it.
My neurologist cleared me to use it, which is an important distinction to make if you have specific problems, don't use it. I think the company says if you are pregnant you shouldn't use it but talk to your OBGYN about it because again it is electricity but it is a low level microcurrent. If you have a pacemaker definitely don't use it. You don't want to mess with that, you know, but do your due diligence if you're not sure about it, I know I personally recommend it. I have seen good results, apparently she has done it too and there are other people who have done it. too, but again, everyone's skin is different, you know, and skin care is personal care, which means people have personal preferences, people have individual goals and what works for someone may not work. for someone else, so always keep that in mind and keep that in mind as well.
Products don't work if you don't use them, I think the biggest caveat is patient adherence, whether it's a prescription medication, an over the counter topical, or a skin care device if you don't use it. I won't have the opportunity to work. I'm not someone who uses very thick night creams. I don't like that feeling, but occasionally it was very dry, like I think during the winter, when I have the heater on a lot. and your skin is starting to feel a little dry, then I might use something a little thicker, as I quite like this waleeda um pomegranate firming night cream.
I would use a little bit of that everywhere. I don't know this one. Or I took a look at Cora's, we actually did a whole breakdown of that when we reacted to Miranda Kerr's skincare routine. You can watch it right here, open it up and add it to your Watch Later playlist because, uh, I don't want to miss that one and I think it includes this product, um, but this waleeda welda, this is the pomegranate wake up night cream, like this which looks like we actually have a lot of seed oils, then we have alcohol, which is probably used as a penetration enhancer. give this product a slip, i think it would probably evaporate off the skin, we have shea butter again, lots of seed oils, we have fragrances, if you are ok with thefragrances, this is nice, nice and oily, you know what it is, me personally.
I wouldn't buy it, I mean if you really want pomegranate then maybe I feel like I have other products that contain pomegranate, like frugia or some of these kbd lines that I like better, but it says it's a rich oil moisturizer if that works To her her skin looks great like her skin I say how come you don't wear makeup? you're just a permanent filter like you've been on youtube and like in the industry for so long that your skin just became a filter please give me the filter. I feel like serums are really good for me at night or essences or something like that, which is just a gel balm for sleeping, so the next thing I would do sometimes is use an LED mask at night as well.
So maybe after I've done that and this mask was completely sunken in, then I would go, I would use the highlight room, I would use the facial with just the highlights, I also have one that's just for the chest area so that's really good too for your immune system. I really like to put it on sometimes if I'm doing my new face and I put the um LED on my chest at the time. At the same time, I don't actually know that this brand LED is a proven therapy, it's used in medical clinics, it's used in regular aesthetics, but LED stands for light-emitting diode and it's essentially a form of light therapy that can stimulate collagen. on the skin. cellular changes, it can help with wound healing and, you know, tissue growth, it can also help with acne, depending on the color of the light, however, it gets complicated because you have to make sure the light is bright enough. strong and you must make sure. which is on the right wavelength, a lot of the products out there are super slick, not worth it, don't waste your money, even as above, can't recommend that, don't call it an LED device, that's a joke .
The little things you can look for is you want to make sure your equipment is sold with glasses and you want to protect your retinas, you want to protect your eyes, but if they're not sold with glasses, are the lights really strong enough? To do anything, secondly, you have to make sure that those lights are really like rounded diodes. There are some that are flush with the product and when you put them on the skin, that light can't dissipate when you have like real LED diodes. These can disperse light and cover the skin where you need it.
Look at this one, it's expensive. You know, just looking at this one, I can't make out the lights here when I'm zooming in. Look a little. squares, they seem a bit cheeky to me. I don't know how good this one is. Plus, it comes with glasses. I can not say it. Maybe it will work. I would have to take a look and again if any company is legit and reputable. when you email them you can ask them if they have tried it, what wavelengths they return, what it is targeting and they should tell you again that the one I have actually tried for home use and can recommend is light stimulation at the moment, that's the most powerful one and really the only one I can recommend because everything else in the clinic is these huge panels that we know they can control, but they're also like 10-18 grand so the light stand is still expensive.
I think 300 or 400, you can get them for as little as 169 for acne, which is what I use, but yeah, they're good, they're decent, especially now that a lot of clinics only offer elective procedures, you know, take your treatments and devices. for skin care at home if you can get something similar in quality to what you would get in the office, I say go for it, save money, have fun, yes, but I don't know anything about this one. I like him. bib idea, but I don't know if this is good, oh, they list, you know what they do, they list um 633 nanometers and 830 nanometers as wavelengths, you know what test results are, actually, you know, that's actually a little more promising. but where is the study that claims that and then doesn't show the study?
I'm going to have to dig a little deeper into this brand. Another thing I really like to use are sprays. All these brands I had never heard of before. it's about sprays, I don't love sprays, again, they're very sensory, if she likes them, it looks great, obviously, use them, do you need one, no, and again, if you like spraying your face during all day and it's just water that could actually cause more. Transepidermal water loss in the skin due to evaporation, so I personally wouldn't do that, but again, if you have something like glycerin or dimethicone that blocks things a little more, then it might be okay, you know, if you want a spray for the sensory aspect, do it if you want a toner in spray form, then do it if you have actives in the spray, then it's an interesting delivery system, but applying a spray over an oil is purely sensory at this point.
I want you to know that this is not something you need in your skincare routine. You know, for good skin, the next thing I would use and I would use this every night is a brow serum and this one is called New Brow and I would. just wipe my eyebrows. I've been using this for about two months and it's not four months anymore. I think my eyebrows are out of control they've gone crazy it works so well I have to pluck them most days because they are growing like wildfire now this is interesting I want to know what's in this um there are prescription things that they've actually been shown to work latisse latisse is a prostaglandin um a lot of these over the counter things are like castor oil and you They're like what um let's look at the ingredients let's see what they're putting in this.
They seem to have a double weight protein complex and biotin, yes, which is vitamin B8 that prevents further damage. They say water, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, keratin. hydrolyzed keratin biotin panthenol all b vitamins apparently alan toen pumpkin water oh, they have peptides here, okay, octopeptide, two copper tripeptides, one of which copper tripeptide and specifically copper peptides have been a little more researched, we have almonds, it's well with polypeptide 23 different oil copolymer sheets this actually looks very interesting I'm intrigued it doesn't look like a prostaglandin but they have this protein complex it's placebo effect this is just your personal acne drug but it works I don't know it's a hundred dollars um no I don't know if I want to spend a hundred dollars on it, but I'm intrigued, has anyone else used it?
You like me? Does anyone know if it is cruelty free or not? We will investigate this. I feel like I'm figuring it out. about so many new products I didn't know existed, this is exciting. I also use the eyelash serum on the same new lashes. I've tried a lot of different eyelash serums and I think this one is the best because not only does it make my eyelashes grow, it doesn't personally give me any irritation and with some of the others I've had quite a bit of irritation so I'll just apply a thin layer near my upper lashes, I think it's very important for her to mention that irritation, especially around the eyes, is quite common, even with things like eyelash glue or eyelash extensions.
The right people can have allergies to that and especially when a lot of these products have fragrances or things like that that can really irritate the eye area, especially essential oils like don't touch my eyes with essential oils, please and thank you, when We looked at this one at the derm store, this one is 150 so it's a lot more expensive, but again when we look at those ingredients, it doesn't seem to have fragrance so it's a great thing for something you're putting on your eyes. It seems they are saying it has sodium hyaluronate polypeptide. They do not claim that this has the protein complex. um, the ingredients are similar but not identical, this has alcohol, which is denatured alcohol, maybe for penetration, um, I'd be a little worried about it so close to the eyes, but they probably formulated it correctly or it was in a previous manufacturing phase, so there is nothing left at the end.
It also has PC or lectin. This is really great because it can help products reach the skin or lash area. This is actually a really interesting formula. and I don't know if it's worth that much, but I'm going to inspect. I'm going to investigate more about this. In fact, I keep it by the bed. It's the only way I remember to use it every night, so I save some. mirror and both products next to the bed, other things I do at night are: I always use hand cream or whatever I use on my face, I always put my hands on when I lie in bed, I usually do it at minus some body lotion this is my favorite thing right now it doesn't smell very good but I think it's a really good moisturizing cream and this is a chloris balm and this is their heavy duty cbd moisturizing balm so which I will do a massage with is on my feet so my feet feel so good it sounds heavenly when we look at this it weighs about 62 pounds so it's not cheap when we look at the ingredients it has shea butter coconut butter , mango butter, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, these are.
Good, but they are also very basic, it has hemp extract and hemp essential oil and one milliliter of product contains 13.3 milligrams of CBD. This is actually a pretty good amount. I feel like this is like a luxury or something more. expensive version of truly beauty, you can get a lot of these exact same ingredients in truly beauty stuff and it comes like whipped like a unicorn if you're really looking for cbd um our body has an endocannabinoid system, I think that's important to mention that the oils are Oils, you know, they can be broken down into their fatty acids, but the way they actually act in the body is a little moisturizing benefit and, again, there are slight differences between oils, but many of them work very similarly and in At this point you know that there is a lot of hype and marketing around CBD.
I personally would spend less money on real stuff and it's a lot more fun for me compared to this, but it sounds very luxurious. It seems like she likes it. Yes. It's definitely interesting. The other thing I'll do as well is I'll always have some drops of vitamin D and K2, so I'll put about four or five of these drops under my tongue. I love that you mention supplements again. Not everyone needs a supplement, but there are many people who are deficient in vitamin D. Your body produces vitamin D naturally when exposed to the sun. Fun fact: mushrooms do the same thing and that is why mushrooms are a source of vitamin D and you can get some vitamin D. a dietary source, but you need a combination of both for optimal health and well-being and, again, the best way to determine what you need is to get a blood test, see a doctor, see where your nutritional levels are, ask them for a recommendation and They can recommend a prescription, they can recommend something over the counter, like a multivitamin, so that you pick it up or, with their permission, you can order something you know, like these, where you select vitamins for your specific needs and again for mine.
I have vitamin B12. I have vegan vitamin D. I put ceramides in it hoping to get some skin benefit. Lots of antioxidants. Maca in there, you know, and if I were to buy all of these things separately, especially the ceramides. Either we're looking at Halo Beauty, or we're looking at, you know, $20 to $30 a bottle of all these different things and the fact that it's in a little compostable container, honestly, it makes me a very, very happy consumer, as I say. . I'm a night owl, but I tend to get naturally sleepy later if I find that I really feel like my mind is going crazy.
What I love to use is the rescue bark remedy for the night and I'll just put like a whole pipette of that on my tongue and I think it just relaxes you a little bit and helps you relax. What is this? Is this pseudoscience or is it melatonin? Oh, it's not on the list if I'm feeling tired. either I've been on my feet all day or I've been on a photo shoot, it's a really long day. I love, love, love taking a magnesium bath, so I use magnesium flakes, which is my favorite thing to do in the whole world.
I love that she mentions magnesium baths. These can be very relaxing for the body. If you have dry skin or autoimmune diseases, it won't cure atopic dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis, but it can help soothe them. There is even some evidence showing that small levels of magnesium can be absorbed. transdermally or through the skin, so instead of eating magnesium you can go directly to the lymphatic system. You know, through the skin is not enough to know how to get what you need. Still, you should make sure you follow a healthy diet and, if necessary, supplement it. appropriately, but I love that she brings this up.
I feel like baths are very relaxing, you know, like making yourself some human soup. And I'm so happy she brought this up. Taking a magnesium bath for me is like a great pleasure. I'll put on the eye mask and that's it, that's my epic

nighttime

routine to be honest, somenights I will do it all and more, that is the benefit of being a night owl. I guess I'll sleep well. Oh, I hoped we would. get a cat cameo, I know she has, I think she has three or maybe four cats, but overall her skincare routine is very good, I feel like she has a lot of products and I would be really scared to change them so quickly, but her skin literally looks like a glass filter so if you're not struggling with eczema, hyperpigmentation or acne it doesn't seem like you have anything to deal with so if you're okay with fragrances if you're okay with not using actives or just changing things, it's good for her. um, I love her philosophy behind skincare, just her voice, everything about her is so comforting, I mean, yeah, read me a bedtime story and by bedtime story I mean narrate my entire life from here on out. go ahead thanks I definitely have a lot of new brands to look into I'm not familiar with a lot of these if you've tried them please let me know if they were good for you or not and if there's a specific one you want me to delve into please let me know and if Is there any There is a specific routine besides this one that you want me to react to to let me know.
