Anantaya Resort & Spa, Chilaw - Hotel Experience, Buffet and Room Tour

We are currently in the town of Chilaw. To reach the

hotel

, you need to turn towards Puttalam Road from here. The Anantaya Resort is located approximately 10 kilometers north of Chilaw. The area known as Karukupone is situated in Bangadeniya. You can find St. Mary's College, where the famous band Marians originated. We are currently crossing the Deduru Oya, which is the sixth longest river in Sri Lanka. Once you reach this junction on Puttalam Road, you will need to turn left from here. You may have to travel approximately 3 kilometers on this route. The road now passes through a picturesque lagoon area.

Simply turn right again to locate the

The entrance, along with the parking lot, is located right here. You will be able to find the lobby as soon as we enter. Right in front of the lobby you will discover a magnificent beach. This is the

where we will stay today. We came to this hotel specifically to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel staff prepared a beautiful birthday cake for the occasion.

has a beautiful balcony with a magnificent sea view. We begin our stay with dinner. The

buffet

will begin at 7:30 p.m. It is currently in preparation. Let's see what's on offer for the

. First we discovered the soup and rolls. This is the salad corner. First of all, among the main dishes, you will find natural rice. Next up is Nasi Goreng. Next is the roast chicken with barbecue sauce. Here you can find a beef dish. Next you will see grilled fish. Pumpkin Corn Potatoes Vegetables Pork Here you will find seafood skewers. You can prepare pasta here.

For desserts, you will first find curd and fruits. Here you will find a beautifully decorated hot chocolate pudding. Next, as usual, Watalappan and cakes are available. Ice creams of various flavors are served here. Here you can get burgers. Next, here you will find Sri Lankan dishes. Koththu roti is prepared live here. Chicken sauce is available here. This hotel has two swimming pools. Both pools face the beach. We are heading to a place where we can relax and rest. The beach is stunning, especially during sunset. Today looks to be a beautiful sunny day. Yesterday when we checked in it was drizzling lightly.

It's around 7:30 in the morning. We're about to have breakfast. Let's see what's on offer for breakfast. First, you will find Kola Kenda and soup. As for fruit juices, you will find orange juice, blackcurrant juice and wood apple juice. Once we enter here, you can see that the SPA is located here. Below you will see beautifully constructed water villas that are located in the lagoon area. This is an ideal place for a photo session or to spend a very quiet time.

We just left this hotel and are heading to lunch now. Here we will check how the buffet lunch is organized. First two varieties of soup are available. Right next door you will find bagels.
