Roosevelt! Interesting fact about him! Did you know that President Franklin D. Roosevelt had more inaugurations than any other US president? He Had Four Inaugurations! The reason is that Franklin D. The president makes this promise: "I solemnly swear that I will faithfully serve as President of the United States and, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States." After making these promises, the president usually delivers a speech called the inaugural address.
