more than anything, but we'll go over the whole movement, what I do in a day, so it's just they caught me at eight uh, I'm awake, I have a vitamin booster first thing in the morning so multivets got gummies, apple cider vinegar, vitamin c gummies and cbd, also one every morning, which helps keep me fresh, all that's available in uh , from my Proteins are actually my vitamins so they're bringing out a wider variety of vitamins and then I'll have a protein shake so first thing in the morning I want to get a good hip protein right away because I'm going out walking and not I don't like doing cardio on an empty stomach so I like to take a little bit of protein to get the body started on the right track and then once I've done the walk he lives in the guest house so I literally have no excuses for being late and he's made two scoops of whey isolate and honestly, since it's with water, I'll do something with a non-latte drink during the day, but I drink water in the morning because when I'm making myself walk, run, I don't want to get stitched up, you know you don't want to have anything in your stomach that might bother you, so I'll have one with water first thing in the morning which will help me get through my session and then I'll have breakfast right after, very good, so that's the first meal, I guess 200 calories in that, so it's perfect, a little bit of energy, but it's more of the protein absorbing the protein, so look who just got to the morning campers, right? that?

I like to do it every morning because obviously I'm on a treadmill standing in front of the TV. It's very good to do my homework so you know. I will see fights. I plan on having 225 to 250 grams of meat, so burgers are a nice, easy-to-digest way to incorporate the meat, and because burgers tend to be one of the ribeye burgers, they also contain a lot of fat, so that obviously there is a lot of energy. I've seen the wife cook them in butter, basically added fats again, new flats for the training session and it's all lactose free because I'm obviously lactose intolerant so this is great because I can still consume all the dairy products that I always I have consumed throughout my life, but obviously without the bloating and everything, and then this is the cheap one. this is the cheese that you put on it yeah the cheddar cheese and then we use the cheddar cheese without latte too so again the cheese is lactose free and then I'll have a bowl of rice krispies rice krispies afterwards and that's also free of latte, so I'm consuming all the dairy products as I normally would over the years, but I'm also missing out on a lot.
It's a big thing for me, a big thing made a big difference. I did a tolerance test. In 2016, I basically told you that you know you really shouldn't take lactose. You know you're not the worst, but you're not. Your body can't really absorb it as well as others. There's that and peanuts. Can't. I don't have peanuts, my body gets inflamed when I eat peanuts, so I eliminated peanuts, I eliminated lactose and oh my goodness what a difference. Okay, you wouldn't believe the difference in my body like my stomach went down. My joints felt better. I felt better.
If you have a little bloating after having a cup of tea or you know, cheese on toast or whatever, it is very important to have a tolerance test done, but not just for lactose for everything, no. be an idiot splendid right, breakfast is ready. Now I'm pushing 49, so we're back in the gym. I do a little stretching. I always like to take my vitamin and mineral tablets after breakfast. It's a good time to take them. and we put all the water in at the same time and we'll pretty much do a back session for about two and a half hours now, so we lift the upper back, um rhomboids, that kind of thing and then it'll be lunch time, so uh. 'cause you know, a dollar sat here in my lunch and went, honey, I love you, okay, breakfast's ready.
I like to take my vitamins right after breakfast, so I have them all stocked, but I don't just have the gummies, the vitamins, the apple cider vinegar. I have gummies, gummy vitamins, and CBD gummies. I have a selection of tablets that I take two or three times a day, so at that time in the morning, one of each in the morning, one of each at lunch and then I usually take one of each after my physio so I'm taking free doses a day but most of it comes from my protein or like vitamin C and alpha the multi bit tablets the zmas clas omega-3 omega plus omega balance uh most of it comes from of my protein, but There are a few select things here that are not like, for example, selenium has vitamin K, we have vitamin B, niacin and echinacea.
I think almost everything else comes from my protein, so things like this are essential, you know, absolutely essential. getting a good dose of vitamin C for your immune system we have a good dose of vitamin D for the immune system we have all multivitamins we have vitamin K and B12 for energy release we have all B vitamins all Zma multivitamins are very important for a man my size because of all the electrolytes and we also have an electrolyte tablet with a good dose of sodium and we have the digestive enzymes so we pretty much address every aspect we need to.
I need to keep the body fit, strong and healthy, but the most important thing, especially at a time like this, is to keep the immune system strong, so I just take one of everything and then wash it with Nordic oil, so it's a super strong fish oil, basically marine oil with It contains 400 IU of vitamin D, so not only around the vitamin D tablets, I am also taking a very high dose of vitamin D from the oil, plus fish oils are something that most people neglect, you know, so you have the frozen friend and the 6's friend and the class and all that, but a super high dose of fish oil is so good for you that it literally lubricates your blood and for a man my size, you know, with what I do, it's essential, do you know if it were?
Basically, I have no fish oils and I've seen it under the microscope. You know, I was in our blood tests in 2016, when I found out that I absorbed omega-3, so I have to take it. Think about something like 10 times the normal amount to get the same as a normal person. So I have electricity, my blood under the microscope literally synchronized, you know, in clumps, like obviously, that doesn't carry much oxygen six months later, you know, after a super high dose of fish. oils and omega-3 and omega-6 um my blood is spaced out nice and evenly and obviously even more oxygen is delivered to the muscles so I've seen with my own eyes what it can do so it's super It's important to get the fish oils in right, I'm going to do neck with one of these, each one of them will make me go down to the officers and then we'll go straight to the gym and do the workout right, about to get stuck in the session training, so it's not a big deal. food, so to speak, but it's still part of my kind of supplement regimen, so I have five scoops of impact ease, which is literally 10 grams of scoop, so I have about 50 grams of, you know, yeah, basically very important protein throughout the session and then I'll have a liter of cranberry juice and that's just a little bit of carbohydrates with no added sugars so it's just a little bit of natural carbohydrates and good antioxidants and antioxidants are vital and I mean absolutely vital, it's not dandruff, that's what it is anyway, so um Antioxidants are vital for muscle recovery.
I think I've said this before, but I remember very, very young I saw a study with cranberry juice, basically 50 people, let's say 50 people did 12 weeks of training with a literal current producer in the Training 50 people trained without cranberry juice. cranberry and they only drank water and the 50 people who drank cranberry juice during the training session were on average 20 stronger than the people who didn't, so as soon as I saw that research, I honestly can't. I haven't tried looking for it since it was a snorkel? I think it was like a men's health heart or something. I think I saw that when I was 17 and I tried two liters of cranberry juice in my I've been dieting every day since I was 17, just for that reason, just for the antioxidants, so you don't need to get a lot of carbs, but it's some carbs for your session of course, the best way to fuel a session is beforehand.
I just had a big bowl of rice krispies and that will fuel the session along with the fats from the butter from the meat and the cheese, there you have it, halfway through the session, I have two scoops of whey isolate for my protein. and I'm just going to mix this with water. Sometimes I make it with the free oil or today it's getting a little loose over time, so it's all a matter of digestion, so if you add it with the oil, it's a little thick. uh it stays in your stomach a little bit longer because obviously it's a little bit longer to digest it and then you have dinner so with water this is literally in your system almost instantly so it's a great way to get protein in there so I'll have another protein shake. which is like 200 calories and then I'm also going to have a bag of the beast biltong, which has 50 grams of protein and 240 calories per bag, so we have 440 calories in there as kind of a mid-workout snack. session, well, this is a summary of the training session, we did a 300 kilo deadlift, two rhomboid exercises, so we did very heavy rows, heavy lat pulldowns, we pulled our machine, we finished, uh, rhomboid pulls , so we've been here.
Two and a half hours lifting weights, so now we'll go upstairs, the wifi will have made my lunch and then we'll take a nap and then have a second one this afternoon not far away. from now before boxing training, so see you upstairs, right, it says lunch and time. Oh, this is my favorite part of the day because I have a nice big meal. Hello, what do we have here? Our rice with chicken. What is rice cooked in chicken? But most of my meals are from butchers, you know, like chicken, chicken thighs, French fries, but that kind of stuff, um, but a lot of times I have a company called Prep Kitchen that supplies everything to me. meals for the week and what I'll do is just use your meat and then add my carbs and my vegetables so I think chicken is from the pet kitchen all I think it is and I always havea I also have a second dose of vitamins, so whatever I take in the morning I will take the same thing again with the release of Mega Freeze and the vitamin tablets, vitamin K, vitamin D, selenium, all that kind of things and obviously I also have an electrolyte tablet.

Now I go upstairs and take a sort of two-hour nap and then I get up around two-thirty, three-quarters and I'll vlog about my second dinner, so to speak, or just have a little snack before boxing. I'm a nutritionist and off the cuff this is something I would never normally train to recharge, but you know. what he said, try it and I did it and it worked, you know, it was very enjoyable throughout my boxing session, so I have another protein shake in a minute, but a Nature Valley crunchy oat bar and two milks of milk normal size. bars, so I'll have a protein shake and that and then for after, oh um, for after, I'll have another oat bar, a banana and another shake to break it up, so I'll prepare all my food.
I worked out in my basement, so I'm really lucky, so I can grab my food, grab my drinks, come down and work out, so I'll meet you there in a second, I'll make my protein shake, okay, we're in the basement, the rice field is here. Hello, here I am, I'm taking a good nap. I did not sleep at all. I'm tired. No, that's just a tablespoon. Enough. Just stop confusing me. It's too late for that now. So I'm going to mix up what I do. it's just to save time, I just put the powder in both, I don't put the water in until I want to drink them, one of these will be for after boxing, dishwasher, just to point out and it's really done. a mess of all my shakers so I took them out it's so good literally so right so two scoops of protein with water we've already worked it's 200 calories I think a nutritionist is doing more along the lines of a diet really high protein and then we're just fueling the sessions as is so you know that breakfast was good fuel for the morning session.
Lunch is obviously good fuel for now, but we're also hitting it fast, that's how all fast-acting carbs are. You know, we're good with protein and some fast-acting carbs that are going to work basically straight away in the boxing session, so it's already three o'clock, so Paddy and I will gear up, warm up and then wait for the boxing coach shows up and then whatever he says, you know, I don't even want to know, guess what he has in store for us, it changes all the time, so we'll wait and see. You can eat McDonald's as much dessert, pudding, cookies and shit as you want, a broth in there, we have chocolate bars, chocolate balls, I can't complain, there's nothing else in the diet, it's like he gives me one or two cheat meals a week and they're all spaced out mostly over the weekend and honestly, I use it as the off button, which is like a cheat meal, so it's like pizza, burgers, fries, you probably know some. five takeaways in one night and then you finish with a cookie. dough, I don't know, you know, what I'll say is that's okay, whatever, well, you know it's supposed to be a meal and a dessert, actually, it's a cheat meal.
I'm like, oh, okay, so what I do is I order five little things of each and make it cost like a meal really listen huge I have to say it again there's a guy called craig golias craig golias spells like you say on instagram give it a follow honestly so fun nature volleyball I shouldn't say for some reason I'm going to risk pouring gas and say 120 calories 532 calories just in the chocolate bar so protein is a shame two Nature Valley chocolate bars bar six seven eight about eight hundred calories, but Hannah will add up the proper calculations because she's very smart, right? drop all this and then it's boxing, so I have an hour of boxing, whatever my trainer says and then we have another little quick meal immediately after the boxing session, that's the boxing session over, Jesus Christ, it doesn't seem like a big deal , You know? people can't appreciate how much cardio box is until you actually get in the ring and start doing it there's nothing like it you can run you know how to swim you can play rugby football whatever no cardio like boxing I've done it all oh right so Immediately after my session, Paddy passes water please, immediately after my session, another protein shake, so I'm getting the protein in a little bit, helping me repair.
Oh, I dropped an electrolyte tablet in my drink for later, so that's mixing it up, cheers buddy, thanks.
