It is a place where we organize many events such as National Day and many students gather here. I personally like to come here and enjoy the sunset. - H, I'm Herbert. I am standing in the NYU Abu Dhabi gym located in the Campus Center.

It houses a 200-meter racing truck and three full basketball courts. - Now we are on the rock wall here in the gym which also has state of the art equipment and fantastic trainers. When I'm in the gym I love to climb and play basketball. - Here we are on the second floor of the Campus Center. Behind me is Marketplace, the secondary student restaurant at NYU Abu Dhabi. Here you can not only enjoy great food, but also great conversations with people from all over the world. - We are on the third floor of the Campus Center and this is the home of the beautiful NYUAD library.

The NYUAD library houses more than 60,000 books, 5,000 DVDs, and more than 100 computers for student use. We also have a special archival collection featuring the first and earliest editions of the global Shakespeare collection, translated into many languages ​​along with rare Arabic literature. I personally love studying in this library, especially in the upper level group study rooms and reading room, which gives me a great environment to work. - We are here at NYUAD's 50-meter Olympic pool located in the basement of the Campus Center. This pool is very important to me because, as an Olympic swimmer and NYUAD student, this is where I come to train before and after my classes.

This is also the pool where I trained in preparation for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. - Hello, my name is Maria and we are now at the experimental research building at New York University in Abu Dhabi. Therefore, NYUAD has invested a lot of its resources in research and that is why we are carrying out interesting collaborative work. We have great financing opportunities as well as cutting-edge technology. I am a graduate student working at the Naumov Group and we are very proud to be pioneers in the field of self-healing glass. - Here we are at the Arts Center which is truly a dream come true for any artist.

It houses the Blue Room, the Red Theater and the Black Box, the latter of which is a customizable space that can be rearranged according to the needs of the artists. The Red Theater with capacity for 700 people and the Blue Room which has incredible acoustics. I performed the piano recital there myself and, honestly, it was such a beautiful experience to be able to share my music in such an incredible space. The Arts Center also houses visual design studios and practice rooms. and the carpentry workshop. In addition to this, we have artists and residents who come and organize workshops and masterclasses to teach students about their experiences, and that is why it is such a special place for me and many of my colleagues. - We are here at the Engineering Design Studio: this is a space where people from all disciplines come to create and innovate.

They come with their ideas and are always encouraged to bring them to life. The type of innovations we have here range from working with drones to designing solar-powered homes. What I love about the space besides the projects we create are the conversations that arise from the process. - Welcome to the NYU Abu Dhabi Art Gallery. The Art Gallery is an intimate museum space and a kind of experimental exhibition laboratory where we have exhibitions that deal with topics of both regional and international interest. As you can see, we are currently preparing for our next exhibition... and The Art Gallery is very special to me because I... was an intern here and I have a deep interest in the arts. - Now we are on the High Line, which is where we all live.

It's the open-air second floor that runs around our entire

campus

and is a really nice place to go for a walk, rent a bean bag and read in the sun or watch the sunset from the bridge. Welcome to the dorms. Each individual room, in addition to the bedrooms, has a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms, which is really nice. All students live on campus, so there is a real sense of community here. Shuttle services are available for students to come every day and enjoy the city and events, as the Corniche is a hub for many events such as the Red Bull Air Race, Beats on The Beach and the Think Science exhibition. Welcome to the heart of downtown Abu Dhabi, the Madinat Zayed neighborhood. Students come here to run errands, maybe do some shopping over the weekend, and enjoy meals at the various cafes like the one behind me, Foodlands. - We are on the grounds of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.

The mosque is named after our founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan or as we fondly call him, Baba Zayed. The mosque has capacity for 50,000 worshipers and its doors are always open for visitors who wish to learn more about our cultures and traditions. The Grand Mosque is definitely at the top of the list of places every student must see in Abu Dhabi. - So here we are 10 minutes from campus at Saadiyat Beach. Beach life is a really important part of life in Abu Dhabi for everyone, but especially for students.
